If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I went and absolutely loved it. Halloween is his favorite holiday, so we have been to many different haunted houses and this was by far the best! Super scary, actors were very committed and loved all the decor/animatronics. 10/10 would recommend & we will definitely be returning next year!

Lots of fun. Everything is very scary and the actors/actresses were dressed creepily well and were extremely spooky. Werent rushed thru the house and the set made you feel like its just you and your group in the house. Very awesome props too! New favorite!!!!

I think it was definitely scary and they did a great job jumping out at you and so much more! The reason I give it 2 stars is due to how short it is. For $30+ I feel there should be more. At least have a good truck or more activities afterward. Also, the beast jump is a joke. It’s a kiddie jump. Nothing scary about it. Don’t pay the extra $10.

This is not me pulling your chain. I believe this is the best haunted house around Nashville. It’s intense. Music is LOUD in there which assaults your senses and keeps you from hearing most the screams from people ahead of you. Constant scares and great actors. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This place was amazing!! The best part was being inside of such a creepy old house. I love historical buildings and this one was my favorite to visit so far. I did get scared and jumped a few times. The actors are sneaky. I’d really like to go there during the day and get an actual tour of the property.

The BEST IN NASHVILLE!!! No exaggeration, I go to about 3 haunted houses every year and this gets better each time I go! I don’t want to ruin any of the haunt but all scares were unexpected and almost back to back. Trust me you won’t need your money back!!

Really fun haunted house. There was a ton to see, but the overall vibe I got was a cross between Saw and The Exorcist. Lots of good scared from actors, animatronics, and blasts of air throughout the haunt. Just went this past Saturday and would like to hit it again before the season ends. Go check it out!!

I went tonight, and I was expecting it to be extremely terrifying based on the website and its previous money back challenge. I was dead wrong. My friends, who get scared very easily, were uncomfortable at most. They spent more money on animatronics than hiring actors. It took us about 15 minutes to walk through and was overall not very scary. It was also very loud, to the point where it took away from the suspense. I was also shot in the face with water from a dirty toilet, and I was not told that I would get wet. The water went into my eye and all over my shirt. The actors do touch your shoulders and your ankles, but most of them seemed to have gloves on. I thoroughly hated the water and had to take a break to wipe my face off and shake the water off of my shirt. Altogether, it was not very scary it was like the Disney World haunted house just a tad more intense.

I give them a 2 because of the props outside making me believe it was gonna be awesome. This is a get em in get em out get rich quick scheme. Load em in and out like cattle one right after another no spacing really. They didnt do the money back challenge this yr so Im hopeful that when covid is under control it is way more exciting than what it was. Ive been going to halloween haunted events for 24 yrs. I dont know how beast house is usually without covid restrictions but yeah def a waste of money we did the vip fast pass the line waited about 4 minutes in the rain while most of general admission had a tent over them lol. It was 4 mins compared to 22 mins to wait vs the VIP. so we get ready to go in and Im assuming we are spaced out enough. Wrong oh so wrong. So by the time we get to the second little room weve caught up with the group before us (which got all the good scares) I get bumped behind me so the group behind us had already caught up behind us. I was so disappointed. So being in the middle of 2 groups our 80 bucks was pretty much wasted. Not near enough jump scares. Little holes in the walls for people to peek a boo you not actually jump scare you. After the house you go through this part outside with metal chain linked fenced lol okay we see you buddy you cant jump and scare us we see you. The actors were sitting on the ground mostly and just patting your leg with the foam lights you need to buy cause its so dark lol no do not buy the light. Its a waste of money. I had it stuck in my shirt hitting my self in the face with it getting my own scares cause I forget I had put it there. Come on now yall can do better then this. Its reputation proceeds itself. I am a expert haunted house goer and this just didnt do it for me sorry. The space in the house is so open you can see the next room and the light so you can actually see whats coming next. Dont waste your money if you are a hard core haunted house person. If you are kid yes this would be fun if youre like in high school still and wanna stand in line to hang with your friends. Its a good beginner haunted attraction. Space out more I seen alot of reviews of the spacing issue. As a customer we want to be able to see and experience the hard work thats been put into the house. Not running and rushing through. The props were awesome and it really has potential.

The price is way to high for the props and actors, not scary even my 15 year old girl wasnt impressed. The name sells it. Lebanon haunted woods is better and we wont be back here again, waste of time and money. Dont care for a refund.

Went for the second year in a row. I absolutely loved it! I went to about six haunted houses in and around the Nashville area this year and this was definitely the best. Great job Beast House!

The Haunted house its self was good quality! However be cautious of the people popping out of the walls i got hit in the face! We are huge fans of Haunted houses i definitely have not been touched and grabbed at this much before...I was honestly shocked that it happened and it took the enjoyment away i was constantly on the look out to avoid it again.

The Beast House was an awesome experience. Definitely scared the stuff out of us! Easy in and out parking, with helpful guides. We will go again. Loved it!

I went for the first time on 10/17/20. It was awesome! The actors were amazing with jump scares and being interactive with my group. Had and amazing time and we plan to go back very soon before the season is up.

All I can say was the first time in years I’ve hid behind someone!! This place was AWESOME! Every turn was questionable! Actors really portrayed their parts! Liked it so much bringing the whole family on Friday the 13th!

So, I’ve been to a lot of haunted houses this year for 2020. This one was new to me. By far the best I actually got scared and screamed. I highly recommend this to anyone over the age 16. Because, they do touch you even with covid going on. We didn’t know that SURPRISE!! Totally worth the money and will be back next year.

Very short first 5 minutes was good but then it was like they forgot about the other half of the house and the ending was not finished and had no one in it. Took us 10 minutes to get through and that was with me dragging my feet hoping something would jump out and scare my wife. Very disappointing

Had a really good time for my first haunted house of the season but it did go by very fast with all the other groups crowding up and making us have to go faster. @ one point I looked back at a group of little kids and told them to wait a min and let us go up so they can get some scares to. PLEASE stop sending people in SO CLOSE TOGETHER takes all the fun away when the people in front of u take all the scares

VERY IMPRESSED! 2 very enthusiastic Thumbs UP! it takes a bit of effort to give me a fright, and BEAST HOUSE definitely did not disappoint! My boyfriend has claw marks on his arm from my nails digging in as I held on for dear life!! oopsies!! we will def be returning for Friday the 13th!

The Beast House is by far in the top 3 of best haunted houses that I’ve ever went through & I’ve been through probably 100 of them! It’s definitely an experience that is sure to have your blood pumping by the end of it!

We came through on a Saturday night this past weekend with a full travel baseball team and parents, and the boys and adults all had a great time. Scared the boys into winning a lot of games the next day too, which was kinda neat!!!

The characters tuch you and some times a little to excited and forget how strong some of them are .Just hit legs and back never face, neck and never ever pull on hoodies EVER.

So I payed $70 for 2 it was ok but had 3 kids kept running and pushing and dint like that. Also kids was taking pics with flashes all over the place. Also felt rushed not sure why 10min was the ETA . If anything about $40 for 2 sound more like the right price .also never got are money back for completing the house. Even tho that’s what they clam they do.

No money back haunt this year even though they advertise it. This is very pricey, short hounded house with little fright and not scary at all. I wrote a comment on their Facebook and they blocked me, how lame, got offended fast. I would never go back. Nashville Nightmare is so much better.

We missed out going during the Halloween season. So we had to come check out krampus. It was outstanding. Definitely can tell that theres less actors but thats normal in all Christmas haunts Ive been to. The actors were top notch and the props were perfection. We cant wait to come back for the 2020 Halloween season!

My cousin and I went last night. By far the best that we have been to so far. We loved every minute. Didn’t realize they touch you until we got inside and that just made it even better. It was intense through the whole thing. Loved the music, love the props, love the actors. They did an amazing job and this place is now my favorite. We will be going every year!

Best haunted house by far. The place has a long and graphic history so it’s creepy in itself. The actors are very interactive and energetic. Pretty terrified when we went through. They will touch you so it’s not for the faint hearted. Also heard that you can do a challenge to win back your money but it’s gross and it wasn’t for us. But overall very very impressed . They also expanded from last year and it is only better! Highly recommend.

We went tonight 9/27/20 it was a joke we arrived at 7 waited till 8 to even park which is whatever but we get our tickets and everything then wait over an hour for them to start letting people into the building we where in and out no longer than 15 minutes if not less than that It’s only one section of the building there are very few actors and the groups are to close together not worth the $25 I spent..

Had an great time. Going through the actors were great. Plenty of surprises waiting to make you jump or scream. Tried the challenge. I do not recommend for the weak stomach. I made it half way through. Good luck.

We waited 45 minutes to go in but we still had fun waiting! Once we entered we were on our toes the whole time even when my wife lost her phone and we had to go backwards with a flashlight looking and the staff was extremely helpful and the girl that found it thank you and if I could of understood what your name was.... Id make sure you got a reward but thank you so much.

It was so terrifying. I didnt expect to be touched which freaked me out. The props and the people were a1. Everything was amazing. I payed for the jump but didnt do it cause I chickened out. But it was fine

BEST HAUNTED HOUSE EVER!!! I experienced some things Ive never seen before, its truly very different from other places in a good way!! I also irresponsibly lost my phone going through and all the staff were very helpful with helping me find it. One actor ended up finding my phone and all my stuff was still in it. I dont know her name but would like to thank her in person to reward her. Do yourself a favor and go to the Beast House!!

Beast house was awesome! We didn’t do the challenge, but the beast jump after the haunted house was a lot of fun!! You jump off the roof at about 12-15ft high and land on a Zero Shock airbag. It was very simple and safe!! Highly recommend the Beast House!!!

First, I dont get scared at Haunted Houses. I go with my wife every year to lots within driving distance because we love them. But this place got me a few times. Ive been to some other attractions built around real Haunted places elsewhere in the country and this haunt is equally impressive. Such a cool property and the haunt is well done. If you havent been, go.

Absolutely loved this experience!The only thing is the last part with the smoke maze, literally sent me into panic mode. Felt like I couldn’t breathe. Other then that, the actors in the haunt were amazing. HORRORific set up! Literally looked like a horror house inside. Scary, creepy, they can touch you. Loved it.

This place is a joke. Trying to make a living one month out of the year. Get a real job. Cmon?

Beast House is a Great Haunted House with plenty of Thrills and Scares! There are Plenty of Rooms and Hallways to walk through; just Watch Out for things Lurking in the Dark Corners or Shadows. Once out of the House, the Thrills continue along an enclosed path that ends in a Smoke Filled Maze. The smoke is so Thick that you cannot see. Last thing - the Beast Challenge is a True Challenge. Be prepared to dor the unthinkable or Fail the Challenge like I did!

It was scary and fun

2 actors touched me in line before we even went into the haunted house.. Then we get inside and almost every room they touched. Grabbed ankles, and touched your arms and shoulders. Yet, they get mad at you when you defend yourself and tell them to stop. Didn’t care for it. They told us at the gate you had to “pay extra” to get touched. We didn’t pay extra. Very unprofessional. They’re we’re minors in line behind us that caught up to us in the haunted house and they were touching them as well. Lawsuit waiting to happen, y’all are brave.

The best haunted house I been to so far. They are very detailed with the setting of the place. It is a huge place. I bought VIP tickets so I got in right away.

I honestly think this was the best one I’ve been to so far, even though I wasn’t scared out of my pants most of the time, I thought the actors were good and they sure did scare my friend. I think I was fun!

Not scary at all. Wasted gas, time and $80 (VIP for 2 people) didn’t even want to do do the challenge to get our money back because you have to pay for that too.

Do not recommend. They touch you without telling you up front or signing a waiver. Totally ruined my night. I will definitely not be going back.

Was really expecting it to be a long bit scary but it wasnt scary at all. I tried the beast challenge and lets just say if only my bottoms wouldnt have broke I could have made it. The jump was fun.

They put their money into the props. They have some really cool decorations. But could use more actors. To give u a good thrill. And the maze is one of my least favs. Way to much fog.

They didn’t have many props or actors. I don’t know if it was just an off night or what (it was a Saturday). Definitely have attended better in the Nashville area.

Always worth the money

For a first year attraction, we were very surprised at how good it was. The actors made it fun and we definitely felt like we got our moneys worth. The challenge is NOT for the faint of heart or for someone with a weak stomach. They have a lot of room for expansion and will improve over time. Give it a shot!

I don’t get scared easily, but the props and actors had me jumping around almost every corner! But then again I went in as a group of two, so we got the full effect.

I live about 2 miles from this place and drive by it everyday so I had to check it out. It was so much fun!! The kitchen was the scariest part. My bf also did the jump thing which was funny.

Amazing! Its starts off 100mph and never slows down. Way better than most and undersold for how cool it is.

I like haunted houses but they dont really scare me. This one, however, was a blast. The actors were not only energetic but were placed very well. Everywhere I turned there seemed to be someone in my face. They did a great job of actually making me feel like they were real. Ill be going back to Beast.

It was a fun time while scary as well based of of a family that was murderd by one member of the family.

Reading the backstory of this attraction on their website, I had really high hopes for this haunted house. Unfortunately, it was bland and non-cohesive. With a backstory and history that brings the Amityville Horror to mind, youd think theyd play it up and make the murderous Nashville lawyer/homeowner the star of the show. You meander from random room to random room, seeing the same actors over and over, while canned screams are blasted over the speakers. Most of the actors simply stand there and do nothing. The fact that it was a house originally gives it a creepy, claustrophobic, and slightly realistic atmosphere. However, the set decorations dont add to the atmosphere, nothings cohesive, and theres no discernable theme. In this haunt, the actors are allowed to touch the guests as they pass through. This could be terrifying, but its just way overdone. Theres way too much grabbing at ankles, tapping on shoulder, etc. Its only uncomfortable in that it feels intrusive and almost assault-like. At one point I was nearly molested when I was touched about an inch or two from my genitalia. The animatronics are way over used, predictable and not scary at all. The outdoor section is possibly the most frightening part, but only because of thick, disorienting fog that could cause anxiety and unpredictable behavior in others. Its meant to make it easy to get lost, but there was nothing inherently scary about it, and yet again, no cohesion or adherence to any theme.I dont think Ill return next year because it just wasnt scary. I go to haunted houses because I love the adrenaline rush of being scared, thus I was very disappointed. I shouldve stuck with Nashville Nightmare. It is consistently high quality and cohesive with lots of great actors, strategic animatronics, consistent themes, and immersion. Its actually scary.

$25 for the haunted house itself...for us it was well worth it. Now you can pay extra for The challenge which if you complete it you get your money back. The challenge to my understanding includes the haunted house, free falling from the roof, and the eating challenge. Not sure what you eat but if you do all 3 you get a refund. For us the haunted house was enough. Standard jump scares with a few extras that I wont give away. However I do recommend The Beast House.
