Been in a couple times, the staff was very helpful. The store itself is beautiful and always has lovely lingerie and toys in stock.

Went here tonight for the first time and I have to say the sales lady that helped us was very pleasant and extremely helpful and not pushy at all. We never felt uncomfortable or awkward. Will definitely be making the drive to come back to this store only .

This store is amazing! They have a great selection and the people that work there are super helpful and friendly.

Visited the store and Sara the manager was very pushy. When paying, she boasted that she would add male enhancement pills to her partners drinks without his knowledge. we were disgusted and shocked that a professional , especially a woman, would do that without consent. absolutely unacceptable. Not going back.

When I called asking for help... the young lady practically bent over backwards helping me get the information for exactly what I was looking for. The store is awesome !!! I love going to pleasures. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of their prices are better than hustler and just as great a selection. I would recommend this store to anyone.

This is the best adult store in Nashville great friendly staff not super pushy like hustler where me and my wife were followed through the whole store and asked if we needed help every minute or two when we were must trying to look around I would recommend pleasures to anyone couples or singles or for someone whos never been to an adult store and dont want someone telling them about the sale on vibrators once a minute

The staff was very knowledgeable as well as helpful and polite. Going to these kinds of stores can be awkward sometimes, and they made my s/o and I feel comfortable. Weve also been shopping these types of products for many years, and we fully understand that you get what you pay for, and that it is strictly against policy (at any self-respecting adult store) to accept returns on the items due to the nature of the product line. Beautiful store - loud music outside, not sure why. Inside is all luxury sex toys which are tastefully displayed along with a good mix of other adult entertainment related items. I dont know if it was training that made the employee I talked to sound like a sex hipster but that was a big turn off.

I rated this store 1 star, but I would have given it zero stars, if I could. There were 3 staff members there, but they were more busy with inventory than helping us. My sister tried several times to get a salesperson to help us. Instead, one was rude and a second one has very little info about the products (kept saying, I am not sure??) We ultimately left and spent $300+ at Hustler. Danielle (the manager) needs to train her employees on cust service if she wants to the store to thrive.

The employees are great, the store has everything you would need, the music was also cool. Just a great place to hang out.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! We were not even acknowledged when we entered the store. We politely took our business to Hustler on Church Street. We will never visit Pleasures again!!!
