We got married back in February so I am late with this review but I have to say Carri and Renee and the rest of The Club at The Strand staff went absolutely above and beyond for our wedding day reception. We cannot say enough about them! Everything was absolutely perfect down to the last detail! Carri and Renee worked so hard to make everything perfect. They cared about every little detail and were on top of EVERYTHING. It could not have been more perfect. Their communication with us was so assuring and they executed our vision of the day literally perfectly. It was actually even better than I could have imagined. The whole staff did an incredible job. We had absolutely 0 problems. We cant recommend them enough! Incredibly hard-working staff and gorgeous venue!

Lived here since 2008. The new clubhouse owner and management is great! The club has added a lot new features and the golf courses has gotten amazingly maintained also. Great place to live nice pool, a few dining opportunities inside the gates.

My husband and I hosted our wedding this past weekend and must say we are very happy with the staff! Lauren and Amber are truly amazing. They coordinated everything and made sure every detail was in place. We had 197 guest and everyone was amazed by how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food and service was.We will never forget such an amazing evening.

Was there to perform a wedding ceremony. As I drove through the community I noticed a wonderfully manicured golf course meandering its way through the community. The many different style homes are quite beautiful and tastefully architectured.The Club at the Strand is a beautiful place to hold a wedding. Although we had to settle for an indoor ceremony due to the weather; The Club provided a very nice space that was extremely accommodating.They also have a beautiful ballroom with a spacious dance floor and plenty of seating for what looks like at least a couple of hundred people.Consider the The Club at the Strand for your next catered affair.

I was here for a professional education course, so I dont know anything about their Golf Club. However, if youre looking for a great place to host an event, their ballrooms are elegant and their food is delicious! I would highly recommend any events for conferences be held here.

Fun Times Charity Golf Outing!! Meet some nice guys!!

Nice course and setting. BUT BEWARE if using the Shark Pass which is a coupon for $45 green fees inclusive of cart. They charge you $55 and state that the QBE people made a mistake in issuing the coupons. If they know this why cant they tell you this when you make your tee time? Further, why are they so defensive and rude when confronted with the error? Seems $10 is rather trivial to lose a customer.

****Scam alert****. Booked a tee time today using the SWFL PGA pass. It clearly states the price is $45.00. When I went to go check in the “shop attendant” stated it was $62.00 and the section had sent out an email on the price increase. Honestly between the greens that were under construction and the dishonesties from the staff it looks like the club is hurting for money. Please don’t take it out on the general public who has given the PGA of America money to support you’re club when it’s under construction. I write this review to explode the fraud this poorly run country club is putting on the general public.

What a great Halloween party!

I could never say enough good things about The Club at The Strand and Amanda and Becca. Amanda was my main contact for the wedding, and she did an amazing job. She was so patient with me and very detailed. The day of the wedding Amanda was in every place at once making sure the day was perfection. They were very flexible in working with us to get all of our decor to the venue and set up. The food was absolutely AMAZING! My guests are still talking about it 2 months later. The staff was wonderful to work with and so very friendly. The grounds are stunning and made the perfect backdrop to our fairytale day.

Really nice place

The venue at The Strand is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The space is great and everything LOOKS awesome. The behind the scenes is an issue. Originally, we were supposed to have the Wedding Coordinator, Amanda. We really liked her and she seemed very organized and put together. However, we were then switched to Michelle, a different wedding coordinator. I dont even know that I would be able to remember all of the things that went wrong with Michelle. We were told we needed to pay for our food tasting originally, which ended up being incorrect. We were able to get two meals free. We were also told we would be unable to taste appetizers. It was stated that they order those in bulk so there is no way for us to be able to taste them (had to go into cocktail hour blind). We were originally told that the tables would seat 10 people each. At our food tasting (Michelle was not there), one of the waiters let us know that only 8 people fit per table unless you want your guests sitting on each others laps. We were told we HAD to have placecards for each guest TWENTY DAYS prior to our wedding and when we stated we did not have time to make those the way we would like in that time frame, we had to fight for a solid week to get them to let us have our wedding without them. The day of, all of our napkins were incorrect so we had to find someone to fix them all (130 of them). They served the WRONG dish for one of the two meals at our wedding and it could not be fixed as all of the chicken had been used for the WRONG chicken dish. Michelle was overall unreliable and if it were not for myself, my husband, and my mom, our wedding would have not looked put together at all. If you have your wedding here, be sure to do it all yourself. Do NOT rely on a coordinator to help you.I also wrote this review on The Knot. After seeing it, Michelle emailed my mother a six paragraph email complaining and harassing her for me to change my review and reported my HONEST review.

Part of the exclusive Strand gated community. If you get an invite be sure to go. The community also has a golf course, tennis courts and other recreational opportunities.

The Strand came through Hurricane Irma with flying colors. After receiving incredible damage from downed trees & flooding, the club was able to open up 18 of the 27 holes last Wednesday due to an incredible grounds crew.If you ever have a chance to play any of the 27 holes you will want to come back.Steve E.

Lots of bunkers and a good test of golf

We recently got married at the Club at the Strand. We were supposed to have Rebecca Diamond as our day of wedding coordinator; unfortunately, due to certain circumstances we were unable to have her there. Instead we had Michelle Klaas. While Michelle seems like a nice person, I do not think she is cut out for wedding planning or anything wedding related.My husband and I could not depend on her the day of. I STRONGLY recommend hiring an outside planner or having a detail-oriented, motivated wedding party if you plan on getting married here. Our wedding started late because we could not find her, half of our guests did not receive their food while the other half had finished eating, she disregarded my maid of honors because she was with a prospective client (even though my wedding was happening that day), at one point when no one could find her, my dad found her in her office playing with ornaments, the rehearsal lacked direction and she was on her phone the entire time, she was very difficult to get a hold of prior to the wedding, and lastly, I had several guests come to me after the wedding to complain about Michelles disregard for us and our wedding day.The Club at the Strand is a beautiful location. Our wedding was beautiful thanks to our wonderful friends and family. I do worry if Michelle is kept in this position she will ruin someone elses wedding by not being helpful or attentive. Just a fair warning to all the brides looking to get married here. Had Michelle been the one we met initially over Rebecca Diamond we probably would not have booked this venue.

This is the best wedding venue in Naples!!!! I had my wedding here in December and Rebecca Diamond was my wedding planner from the Strand. From the very start she was always extremely nice, helpful, and quick to respond to all of my emails. She helped me plan every detail of my wedding and she did a lot of extra things for me that saved me a lot of time and stress as a bride. The venue itself is so gorgeous and worth much more than the price they charge. So many of my guests told me and my family that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and the nicest venue they have ever seen. We had the Holy Smoke Buffet which was so delicious and the servers made sure we were satisfied and had drinks all night. The whole day was perfect and everything flowed beautifully thanks to Rebecca, Amanda, and all of the staff that worked to make our day as perfect as possible. I am SO happy I chose The Club at the Strand and I recommend it to everyone! I spent a lot of time looking for a venue in Naples and none of them compared to the Strand! We even had a few gift envelopes that ended up in their office after the wedding somehow and Rebecca let me know about them which shows how trustworthy they are. Love this place and all of their staff!
