Love going to the movies here but there closed right now because of the virus.

This movie theatre is great. It is a large theatre with nice reclining seats. They have a small bar inside where you can get drinks and Elsa’s frozen yogurt inside. They have a variety of flavors for slushies and actual meals like wraps, salads, nuggets, fries, sweets, etc. They also have a kids menu snd various food combos to choose from. The theatre offers rewards for frequent movie goers. They have a small arcade with a few games to pass time. The reclining seats are very comfortable and recline quite a bit compared to other theaters. You have to reserve your seat when you purchase your ticket but you get to choose your spot. The screens are nice and big with great quality. Overall a really nice theatre.

Its good to be able to get back to the movie theater! Everything was pristine, staff happy to be back. War With Grandpa was fun!

Good to be back in the theater for a movie but...they welched on honoring my birthday coupon for free popcorn...because it was one day past maturity...so maybe we just continue the home version of watching movies!!

Great seating and matinee was $9 during the weekday. Its actually hard to have a bad seat because they are all comfortable and no one can block your view (Im 5 2 so it makes a difference)! Sound wasnt deafening so I didnt have to wear ear plugs! Combos are the best price for concessions and there was even a carousel for$1/ride! Lots of fun and a big expansion from its beginnings when it was known as the Cinema 6. Plenty of parking available!

We were in the Muskegon area and decided to see a movie and decided to give it a shot. Not a bad theater. Decent service. Not clean at all. Bathrooms were nasty. Overall the low rating is because movies are overpriced. High enough elsewhere, but $12.25 for a standard movie? Ridiculous.

Movies are movies. What differentiates a theater from others is their products and service.For years, I used to go to 4-6 movies a month. A year ago I embraced a new healthy lifestyle. Since so much of the movie going experience revolves around concessions, this is an activity Ive just been avoiding. There are maybe 2 or 3 things they sell that I can eat.I see they have salads now and I thought about getting one, but I would have to bring my own dressing and exclude most of their toppings. If they had more healthy food, I might see movies more often..

Great theater, also the only one around. Grandhaven will be your next option and tickets are cheaper but the theater isn’t nearly as nice. The price is verified for the experience so you really can’t complain much. They added a bar awhile back and still have the carousel. I believe all theater seats have been upgraded to the comfy recliners so even in the front row the view isn’t bad.Appearance: you can tell the owners care and re invest into the place instead of milking out as much money as they can.Service: the employees are great and always have been I think that’s a large perk of a small town, people tend to just be friendlier typically.Food/beverage: the food and drinks are a bit steep but it’s the movies I can’t complain much because it’s expected.Just some unrelated info. I don’t live in the state and have a membership with AMC. This could possibly be a great option to mimic this to fill empty seats well guarantee consistent revenue. To me it’s been really worth it and I’ve honestly spent more at the concession then I ever have before I was able to go for free...... the irony right. Anyways I’m not implying the cinema has an issue filling seats just wanted to add so value if you see the review to possible attract more people in the door or atleast have reoccurring Payment’s regardless if consumers come.

This is the theater that I grew up with and it keeps adjusting to the times. Im happy that we can reserve seats here and I like being able to do so from the convenience of my phone. The seats were comfy and the theater was an appropriate temperature, not too hot and not too cold.The staff were helpful and the facilities were clean. My only complaint is that the online convenience fee seemed a little steep; at $8.75 it was almost the price of another matinee ticket.

Nice theater. Lots of times available for the standard movies. Prices about what you would expect from a large multi-plex. Adult beverages available. Something to please everyone.

This movie theatre is wayyyyyy better than the old ones. Theyre always super nice and the theatres are very clean. The bathrooms get a lot of use and I can understand how the front one is hard to keep up. Their faucet has been leaky for a while

Large lobby and bathrooms to accommodate a crowd of people. Very comfy chairs with lots of room for viewing. Loved my movie experience!

Love movies but they are so expensive now that they remodeled so much. Glad to see it look so nice, not glad about the reflecting costs of it though. Could be worse, could be better too. Food is outrageous too, wouldnt spend a dime on it

It cost me $50.00 for just my granddaughter and I to go to an 11:40 am movie. I got a water she got a medium pop and we shared a large popcorn. How is a grandma, with a limited income, supposed to be able to enjoy a movie with her grandbabies when it costs so much money. I was so disappointed that it was hard to enjoy the movie.

We had a great time! Only ones in the theater. Was clean! Staff were very friendly. The popcorn kernels were small but tasty. Restrooms were clean.

Been here four or five times within the past couple months and have enjoyed every moment of it! I wish I knew the name of the guy who takes your tickets because hes such a nice guy that you can tell he enjoys being there!

Super comfortable seats and even recliners. The staff is always nice and tentative. Popcorn tastes so good.

Got our popcorn quickly and a bottled water. Took to long to get a beer. Great seats! Very comfortable. Bring money, itll cost you!

It was a Sunday afternoon and not busy. Didnt wait in a line and our seat placement good. All I know is it has been a few years since coming to this particular theatre. The restroom has certainly seen better days. It is in need of some simple repairs and a really good cleaning. No reason on a non busy afternoon to walk in to urine-ammonia smelling stalls.

It is beautiful inside! They have a lot of food selections, and the staff was wonderful!The movie theater was clean and well kept!

In the 21 years I have lived in West Michigan, I, as well as my family, have frequented the celebration cinema chain. We have NEVER been disappointed. The staff at each Cinema show a dedication and unwavering commitment to customer service. The Cinema carousel where I live is no exception. The staff there is willing to help, and is more than willing to accommodate you if they can. They have lost a step or two over the years, but theyre still a damn sight better than Sony and AMC theaters. As long as they keep things up, I will always go to a celebration cinema theater. if you want to see a movie in a quality theater I would recommend celebration cinema theaters. And if you live in Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Norton Shores, or the Muskegon general, I highly recommend Cinema Carousel.

Love that food is served to your seat now . Not sure how long thats been going on but I rarely get to go out ! Love it , always have ! And walking down the original portion is definitely nostalgic !

Really enjoyed this theatre until my daughter lost her wallet. I called and a young man went and retrieved it and confirmed her money was still in it. By the time we picked it up from management the money was gone. But the theater is nice and comfortable with decent screens.

Like everyone else, I like to go where people recognize me . The people who take our tickets now recognize our faces after a few visits . The desk person offers us ways to make our visit as comfortable as possible ( wheelchair service for me , help with my Walker for my guest .

Its good picture and sound but the seats need to be seriously updated. It would be 5 stars if that gets done

I like to go to the movies with my family but the ticket prices are crazy expensive . I don’t like the prices of food and drinks. I also don’t like that people drop their young children off to go watch movies unattended. It sucks when you pay to go watch a movie and parentless children are making all kids of noise and goofing around.

Nice theater and a great entertainment resource for the Muskegon area. Adult drinks available and nice combos for the little ones too.

Whoever put up the current sign is either completely out of touch or tone deaf and it just makes the ownership look really bad.

Theater was clean. Seats are really comfortable, just a little to close together. Great sound a picture quality! Spent as much on popcorn and drinks as we did on the tickets. Lol. We dont go to the Carousel very often because of the cost. Otherwise, we really like the theater and the service!

Best place in the area to see a movie. They have theater seating, wide seats, recliners, and spacious aisles. You can order food to be delivered to your seat, or many options from the food court (even has a Starbucks).One quibble keeps it from 5 stars: you cannot currently order your tickets online through Fandango.

If you like movies this is your theater. All the food and snacks you could want but it is the people that make this theater work. Not stiff robots but movie lovers that will talk and laugh while taking care of customers. It is nice to see a place where service is important.

I would have given a 5, but tonight my sister asked for a lime to go with her shot of Patron and the girl used her BARE HANDS to take it out of the bowl.The reason Im giving a 4 is because the elderly gentleman that checks your ticket is amazing and sweet. It has the best movie selection in the area. The front area reclining chairs are very comfortable too. I stayed here for over 7 hours watching Captain Marvel and Endgame back to back on this visit. Only thing I dont care for are the concession prices are always high. But they always have been, and they compare with other cinemas that show opening weekend movies. I also really like Elsas frozen yogurt. I could go back again just for that alone!

My go to movie theater. Not only does this place have a frozen yogurt shop but Oscars Bistro is what makes it stand out. They have great drinks and food. From funnel cake to burgers, its nice to have something other than popcorn to choose from. I always like seeing the new selections from the drink menu.

What a great theatre! The staff (nice young man with short, dark hair and some facial hair) was super helpful in explaining how to have our tickets printed after ordering them online. The sweet, young women (Hannah?) at the concession counter was very helpful and accommodating to our large party (7) needs in regards to popcorn and soda. The theatre was clean, comfortable and seating allowed an unobstructed view to the screen.When in the area, we will definitely return.

I love going to see a new movie here. The prices aren’t too bad, but they are worth it for luxury seating, and amazing snacks and drinks. As well as a small arcade, carousel, and a frozen yogurt joint. This is an amazing place for a family movie night, guys/girls night out, or a group of friends to just hangout and see a movie. I have been here on so many occasions, and the staff has always been friendly, kind, and helpful. Best place around to go see a movie!

I wanted to give a shout out to the employees here. I took my family to our local theater during Endgame weekend. It was very busy and chaotic. We had our normal excellent service and every employee had a smile on their face. They were all working hard that day. This guy appreciated it.

Great theater to stop and see a movie. We were visiting from out of the area and wanted something to do on a Sunday afternoon. Was fairly busy, but the ticket line when quick and we got our refreshments before the beginning of the movie. There is a frozen yogurt place here as well, but we didnt try it. Next time for sure!

Prices are astronomical. Many of the recliner seats are broken and have been for some time. Staff fail to mention which ones are broken upon purchasing tickets which would be nice information to know. My wife had back surgery recently and couldnt get comfortable because she was unable to lean back and I had bought the tickets early to ensure we would have reclined seats.

Had a great experience watching a movie here. Especially loved the comfy seats, it made it much more relaxing. Went late at night so it wasnt busy at all and we pretty much had the theater to ourselves. Concession was all great and will continue to go here for future movies.

Went to see a movie and decided to buy tickets once we got there. My only issue was there was nobody at the ticket counter. We had to wait in the line for food to get our tickets. We didnt want food, but still had to wait for everyone else that did. Fortunately since we showed up early we still got through the line in time to not miss the beginning of the movie. Overall the theater is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Best bet is to buy online and skip the line if you dont want food.

Cinema carousel is updated with new seats and food area. You can order different foods to snack on and have an alcoholic beverage if you prefer. Great place for the whole family.

The Cinama is very nice. Usually clean, but WAY too expensive.

We ordered food from the online app our food never came, come to find out the app doesnt even work in their location, I literally missed all of my movie constantly doing back and forth anki my order, they charged my card already. I showed them my phone order they said theyll have it right to me and it still never came after they realized the error.

Love this place. They never seem to have a bad employee. Everyone seems so friendly and helpful. They offer so many food and beverage options. The main theaters are great and have comfortable seating. It seems like they are improving something or another every year.

The experience here is always the same: Excellent. The latest movies are here and stick around a while in case you missed it. The staff is nice and the food is very tasty. They even bring it to you so you dont have to miss the commercials. XD The theaters themselves are very large and if you dont like to sit with other people then other youll be alright...unless its release day. Stop by the yogurt shop too. Its great. : )

I have been here with my adult friends and had drinks and food. I have been here with my kids and they went on the carousel. I have been here on a date. They even have vegan food! The seats are comfy and the staff is friendly.

Great place to bring family friends to see the latest movies. Some movies coming out you even get to see the night before its released which is a plus. Sometimes they even offer free movie posters. Management & the staff are all very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend going here to watch your favorite movies.
