When I first inquired about my home I was excited and couldnt wait. I ended waiting 4 months for my new home! I was happy at first they told me everything I wanted to hear and if I had a problem they were here to fix it but over time nothing has gotten done and still has not gotten done! They said they didnt want this community to be like a normal trailer park well it has turned out to be like one. I have asked them to fix the same problem now 3 times and this time it has taken them over 2 weeks to still not show up. Now when I call the office they screen my and mine husbands number which I dont feel is professional. Needless to say Im already ready to move and I hate moving.
The 2020 legacy homes are beautiful! I’m still in love with mine and if you have any issues they are on top of getting it fixed the new owners have definitely turned this trailer park into a wonderful place!

Absolutely love our new 2020 Legacy home. Office manager Sopia is very sweet and knowledgeable about everything that has to deal with the community. Jason is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I think we are going to love Riveria Courts!!! I highly recommend Riveria Courts to anyone looking!
