A neighbor we used to live by moved there & we went to visit. If I was going to move to a mobile home park, I WOULD MOVE HERE! her home is beautiful and the area is so well kept!!! Very impressed!!!!!!!

Yeah Cottonwood crows I have no idea where it is never been there the person who is happening to my phone the last week must have been there but now I havent been there saying whats up my mat fast or whatever my PC fast never been there. I know what happened that allowed into my phone book and phone it doesnt sound like this is the one stay off my phone or for I find you in person if you know what I mean.

Lovely place, quiet, gated community. Big Cottonwood Creek runs through it. A little haven in the city.

I love being able to work in such a friendly and warm community! The owners really care about the residents and staff, and in making sure that all have a positive experience here. If you are looking for a comfortable, beautiful and friendly senior park...look no further! :)

Still waiting to hear from them have a fantastic home I was approved to buy their draging there feet about My grandson and I gave them the paper work that they needed they wouldnt even know he was around hes very quiet and helpful

Thats where I visit my parents I love to go there.

My opinion of this place is that is very affordable and desirable place to live. It always appears very clean. Its an extremely good location close to stores, churches, dry cleaning, parks, libraries, theaters and a variety of other businesses. Its not on a main road but on a good short-cut; Gordon Lane which goes from 45th South on the East to State Street on the west. Its a diagonal Street.

New management is strict...developers took over instead of family owned now!Don’t make it welcoming for guest/family and grandkids coming to visit.
