Raised lot rent twice in 1 yr. $125 to $250. Wont spend any money to update, STREETS ARE TERRIBLE. Pine trees keep park dirty and filled with pine needles. Sprays roundup on every vacant lot 16x80 which is 39 lots, so we have to breathe and smell it every night while sleeping. Bad heath problem. GOOGLE IT. Trees are over growing electrical lines. Kids ride bikes up and down streets. Used to be a nice park with mostly semi retired, retired ,not many kids allowed, but grandkids end up being babysitted at moms home. Pets pee and poop around mail boxes and vacant lots. No enforcement, or removel, Wild cats are everywhere laying in streets, people feed all the strays, ferral cats spread disease, Park allows junk and old homes to stay and wants to buy any in any condition, to resale and fill lots. Lots of homes have rotted decks, holes in underpinning. Not many new homes ever come in. Park entrance has no curb appeal. Could use some landscaping. Park has no heavy trash pick up, not even once a month. It will cause a trashy and dumpy park in future. These comments are just facts about the existing conditions, not intended to bash management in any way.Note# New management just took over on 6/10/2018. Maybe things will show promise.

Property manager has little man syndrome. He has chased off good people by always hounding them about trivial things. And the real idiots, he does nothing about.

I wouldnt ever live here again.. we moved cause they was getting to strict with every little thing.. i dont recommend living here for anyone unless they want to live in hell..
