Thank god they revamped this place. So much room to sit while youre watching a movie. Really fun!

Movie theater is neat and clean. no garbage in the aisles or seats. the restrooms are tidy. ticket process was easy and parking can be validated. seats are nice and big and comfortable. they recline back - there are also foot rests. its adjustable so you can move it to the right degree that youd like. the sound quality was good. all in all a good experience.

The movie was shown in a small comfortable theater. We had seats close to screen but because they were reclining seats, it was easy to see the screen in a reclining position. It was neat. The Saturday matinee price was great, and the fact that they validate your parking ticket made it even more affordable. There are also numerous excellent dining options within way walking distance of the theater.

Best seating in the area by far. Only downside is snacks were on another floor. Sit or lay down and enjoy the show!

Definitely dont HVAC issues. I never experienced a theatre so hot. Could not get comfortable at all. Bathrooms are extremely tiny for the amount of people in the theatre.

Pretty good AMC but not the best in the area. Parking can be annoying but they do validate so not a big deal except the process of getting in. I prefer Hanover for newly renovated theaters but will go here if I cant get tickets I want there.

I travel about a half hour to go to this theatre because its better in every aspect compared to the dozen or so other theatres that are closer. The theatre climate/temp has always been comfortable, Ive never encountered a broken recliner, it is not crowded on Tuesday nights. I have not had any issue with concession service or cleanliness. Food is tasty. I even enjoy the walk from the parking garage to the theatre.

Nice movie theater. My experience was amazing as i went there to watch a 3D movie. Theater rooms are clean and temperature was well maintained. Every seating is a recliner which i liked the most. Staff is very friendly. Theater is children friendly. Parking is available in basement near to morristown downtown.

Unique location right in the middle of Morristown.friendly staff and plenty of parking in the parking garage. Your tickets get validated which was an unexpected bonus

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. This movie theater is an embarrassment to the AMC brand. Customer service is pleasant enough but the theater is absolutely disgusting - a layer of popcorn all over the floors everywhere mushed into the carpets, bathrooms that seem like an outhouse, ans a popcorn station that is nothing short of disgusting with spills everywhere. I will never be back.

Love the lounging chairs. But make sure when they stamp your parking slip that the validation indent is obvious. Last I was here, the parking meter would not accept my so-called validated stub and I had to pay $8 for parking. The parking attendant was not nice and just said its not his responsibility. I have to go back to AMC. But thats a waste of my time. I just paid.

Nice movie theatre. Very small but of course its small because the town is small as well. My only issue is that the cashier gave me limited options for ordering and said there was only two sizes for popcorn. So i got the large because it was only a dollar more however it was way more than i needed. If i was you and wanted to save money, i would order on the app instead.

Great seats, food offerings leave something to be desired but are standard for most amcs. Upstairs popcorn machine smoke was nearly unbearable.

If youre willing to pay the amount movies cost these days, youre in for a clean, comfortable, and fun moviegoing experience.

Very nice theatre, you can reserve your seats, and the seats recline. Parking is free is you have your ticket validated and the parking facility is a parking deck. The parking deck you can access from both Spring Street (where it is clearly marked) and from Speedwell Avenue (not marked). As soon as you see the Hyatt Hotel, the parking is after that. Theatre is clean - clean before the show starts anyway. Sound system is good. Overall, this is the movie theatre we are going to from now on.

Spacious seats, reserved seating, concessions stand has a priority line for members. Best place to see the big movie. They validate parking at check in. Park under the hotel and you can take the elevator to the lobby. Plenty of places to eat dinner before/after in the hotel area.

This place is a dump and has gone [WAY] downhill over the years. And the service is just awful! They have 2 floors of theaters...with concession counters on both floors. However, the last few times Ive been there, they only open one of the counters, forcing some customers to walk down and back up.

Went here to watch Captian Marvel on a Sunday afternoon and it cost almost $30 for two tickets. It is definitely on the pricey side but we got what we paid for. We sat in recliner seats and they were spacious and comfortable. The theater was also pretty clean. You can reserve your seats ahead of time which is helpful so that you dont have to rush or arrive extra early to find good seats. There is ample parking in the parking garage and it is free as long as you get your parking ticket validated. It is certainly a splurge to pay so much money to watch a movie but worth it!

Saw a couple different movies there. They had nothing on the menu saying delivery was the next day. But the lazy boy recliners were awesome. Js

Great movie theater. Need more consumer related stores, and entertainment themed places, bring back food court, it not always about the corporate type. Great health club,Hotel, day care. Give 5stars. If they step there game up.

Very comfortable seats and good snacks. Attentive staff parking validation. The food was a little expensive but there is a good selection and the soda machines have a huge selection as well. All in all a very enjoyable movie experience. I will definitely return to this theater the next time I want to see a movie.

I absolutely love this movie theater. I go here very frequently. It has phenomenal facilities and really, really good food. I go here because of its convenient location and will continue to do so for that very reason. It also has reclining seats, which are a major plus.

Took two grandkids to the movies AMC Morristown, NJ. 3 med drinks, 2 med popcorns, 1 lg popcorn = $48.00. They deserve empty theaters.

They added new electronic reclining chairs a few years ago so if youre looking to get out and go see a movie its a nice place to do it. The theatre is a bit neglected these days however, it can be a bit quiet and the staff seem a bit bored.

Parking lot is a little shady and unclear. The lobby area leading to the place is like a maze if dont park on the street. The theater itself is great, it has lounging seats that are spread out nicely. The seats felt clean and were not damaged.AMC in general needs to somehow make the middle part of the arm rest (underneath it when you raise is up) made of cousin material if possible. The arm rest goes up to cuddle but its uncomfortable, I have seen others like the one in Wayne, NJ with less padding which makes it better.

I always point on the monitor to show what seats I want but are always wrong. Otherwise a nice theater

Love the reserve seating, comfortable recliners, nice picture and sound. All theatres require stairs up or down, often the lower concessions are closed, so you walk up stairs to get good/drinks then down 2 flights to the movie, can be quite a pain when herding kids.

Food wasnt that great. Got the cheeseburger sliders. I advice avoiding that liquid butter flavoring. It made me feel unwell because i used more than a little.

The theater is very clean and looks great. The staff is made up of high school and college students, which can lead to poor service. Otherwise, a fine place to catch a movie.

Staff person reminded me to validate parking (which I appreciated) but fee for buying tickets online seems excessive.

We like going to HQ for the seating , but the service and attentiveness I find lacking. The last couple times. The soda machines were out of most things. Popcorn is either old or burnt. If not getting refreshments its a great place for a movie.

Good for actually watching the movie, sound picture quality, but anything that is controllable by management here is a disgrace. Concessions are horrible, dirty floors scattered with thrash n popcorn. Coke ran out as soon as I pressed it. Bathrooms are gross. I cant believe AMC allows this establishment to represent their brand.

Great movie theater. Parking garage nearby and is FREE for theater customers. Make sure you have your parking ticket with you, so you can get that validated in the theater.

Reserved seating and reclining seats. That is why we go here. I dont like the parking validation. The parking spaces are really tight. There is a charging station by the entrance of the elevators if you have an electric car. It is a Level 2 charger. Free. There are two levels for movies.

I remember the old days when you had to sit in a crappy chair and fight off back issues or wait in huge lines. No more! Since they renovated a few years ago the place is amazing. Very comfortable and assigned seating. Great sound and picture quality.

Really great place to catch a movie. Right in the heart of Morristown; so, you have access to all the bars, clubs, stores, etc. The theater has a downstairs covered parking garage; and, AMC validates the tix for free parking. The theater itself has the latest AMC projection/sound systems; and, full reclining power seats.

I was on the fence about giving this theater 3 stars but there was enough that I disliked to warrant the 2 star rating. First, parking is an underground lot away from the theater, even though they validate your ticket making the parking free you have to account for this when trying to arrive on time for a movie. Second if your movie is on the ground level you have to go up 2 floors to get to the concessions, annoying. Lastly they list this as a dine in AMC, it definitely is not that. While they do have the reclining seats there is no dine in experience.

My daughters and I like the recliners seats. I also like the parking, its covered so no matter if its raining or snowing,and you can validate the ticket.

Consession stands needs more employees. One person behind the register overwhelmed by people while another employee cleans and rolls her eyes seeing the crowd building up. I was first in the premium line and was clearly seen by this employee. She says this line is closed I ask even the premium line? And she turns around. After seeing the crowd get bigger decides to help. I show her I have a coupon and she whispers something I cannot hear and she gets bothered and whispers it again had to ask a third time. Then doesnt let us know that soda machine ONLY has lemonade products. If it wasnt for the great service I got through the phone and girl giving us our tickets Id give this place 1 star.

My 1st time coming to this location and I would definitely like to come back. It is located at headquarters plaza so parking isnt your traditional lot you have to park in a garage but the theater does validate your ticket but for only 4 hours so just be mindful of that. It was a bit tricky for me to navigate out of the parking garage to the theater but it wasnt too badd once I made it to the Hyatt Hotel the theater is not far from there. The theater itself is very clean and I loved the reclining seats that they have the other theater I visit doesnt have great seats like they have at this location.

Attended a late afternoon movie yesterday and did not have a good experience. Reclining seats are comfortable, but both of our seats had rips and bald spots, in addition to melted chocolate on mine which ended up all over my wool coat. The bathrooms were not clean and the trash near the mens room was piled high. The young man who took our tickets was sitting on the stairs and did not even bother to get up and in our theatre area, no concessions were available. How hard is this??? Get it together! Not going back.

My favorite things about this theater are the comfortable seats and reserved seating. However, the place could be kept cleaner, especially the bathrooms. All in all, I come here every week and Im generally very satisfied with this location.

The staff could use a little bit more enthusiasm and a little less time on their phones. Also an occasional cleaning underneath the seats in the theater. I dropped my phone under one and had to look underneath it with the seat reclined. It looked like it was cleaned more rarely than the drain under the soda machine.

This theater is really awful. Management, or lack thereof, should really be ashamed at the low level of service, absolutely filthy conditions, and staff that are so miserable I want to take over for them and send them home. What is the problem here. This is a nice town but this theater completely does not represent that. Movies even started late. I don’t know what’s happening but someone should fix it.Update: now they are playing the wrong movie! This is ridiculous.

Nice place to watch movies.. though still gives u the feeling of old world charm in the way the theatres r constructed within. Sad part is the parking though.. we took 45mins post movie to locate our car!
