I like the fact that theyre strictly enforcing Covid 19 safety precaution. Everyone who enters the building has to have a face mask on and their temperature checked with a non contact thermometer. Also there a partitions between each game seat.

Im giving 5 stars because Ive been coming here for close to a decade, but I do have some critiques. Ive seen this place grow from a smaller venue that was tens of thousands of square feet to what, like 100 thousand square feet now! This place is amazing. There are more games to play than you could ever want, and Ive stayed in the hotel once, and its literally one of the best hotel rooms Ive ever been in. They even accommodate you if you want to bring your own game system or media player with easy to reach HDMI and USB Outlets in the rooms. The AC is ice cold for the hot summers, and the hotel is attached to the casino, so you can easily gamble anytime of day, except now when its closed between 3 and 6 a.m. Ive been here a few times recently, and my only issue is not having access to drinks. Only yesterday did I finally see someone that I could order a drink from, but I wasnt about to pay $6 for a soda. It looks like this week they finally put together a setup that allows someone to give out free sodas. This is my critique. I believe this casino reopened in late April or early May, thats four months ago, why did it take 4 months to finally Implement a way to give refreshments to your players, especially when its something that will allow people to keep playing, even if they are hungry? I know you guys are still making money, so try to be more accommodating to your players. Other than that, Ive never been more in love with this place. There finally is no smoking inside, which makes it so great. I couldnt be in certain rooms when there was smoking before because Im so allergic to it. I never understood why they allow smoking inside anyways because a smoker can easily take a break and go outside. Walmart and other stores dont allow smoking while youre shopping, so why does someone need to smoke while they gamble? Anyways, thank you for banning smoking inside, especially since we are required to wear our masks, which are hot; the entire time we are inside. Ive been to this casino as well as another type of casino in North Carolina, and I will always come to this one over the one in North Carolina because this one seems to actually want people to win at this casino. They also giveaway freebies, and I used to get free stuff on my birthday, which I missed this year, but hopefully next year I can get something again. Keep up the good work. By the way, they do clean the machines, but I love the fact that there are bathrooms everywhere to wash your hands as well as hand sanitizer everywhere around the casino. We dont even necessarily need the restaurants, but they are available for anyone who wants something to eat while they continue to play. By the way, I took these photos before I was told I had to stop taking pictures. Im posting them anyways as a way to give information to anyone whos never been here, especially if they are worried about social distancing. Enjoy :-)

As far as Native Reservation Casinos go, this is the better of them. Coming from someone who grew up in Vegas, thats saying something. Its got good games, a great atmosphere, the people there are kind for the most part. The staff is awesome, I was referring to the gamblers. Thats the only less than favorable part. People suck. As for my experience, I spent almost 12 hours there. I had a blast and my mom in law did pretty well on the machines.

Great place to play. I have had great luck here. Usually leave with $500 or more and I only take $100 in with me. You will win more often betting low but this has liver payouts. Betting high you will win less often but the payouts are great. This staff is amazing. friendly and quick to assist you. It is non smoking but they do have a designated smoking area. Taking great covid measures. Constant cleaning and machines are spaced apart. Call and make a reservation before you go. We have had no problems getting one. Very friendly phone staff also. Very clean place for a couples night out.

I have been to Wind Creek Montgomery approximately 8 times. If you want to win, this is a great place to play and have fun. Dont get greedy and its possible to win a little to take home. No million dollar winners, in this place so dont go thinking youll be rich when you leave. Have fun, enjoy the food and drinks.If you happen to win a few hundred, stop and take a break.

Lost some money but its cool I made some more too. Weird vending machines, no food inside them, and they get so expensive. I guess its a diet store? Because machines take money and give no food so I dont get to munch? Now Im getting skinny just like the rest of the casino shoppers youll see here from midnight til 3 AM, maybe theyre all in the same boat as me. Either that or theyre up to something.

This is a Place full of entertainment, bright light, laughter oh, and good food I cannot tell you much about the drink there are a lot of people whispering but I do not drink so I cannot comment on that element. The rooms are extremely with a modern feel. The room service is immaculate. All of the staff have very positive energy and theyre constantly wishing you good luck. When you walk have the machines they speak to you its a play me play me know play me. Always be mindful when you are playing in the casino you going to win some and you got to lose some but dont risk more than youre willing to lose. This is my experience and I hope you have a great time there.

My daughter and I were starving and we stopped at your little lunch restaurant the menu was terrible only a few things were available and no french fries I find that totally unacceptable. We waited at least 45 minutes for plain hamburger it was ridiculous there were no other choices to have lunch at the casino I was very disappointed it was expensive and they didnt discount for the no french fries they didnt offer chips or anything else I dont think well be going back

Loooong walk. When we got there it was absolutely beautiful ! The only problem I had was the machine wouldnt take our card so we had to keep going to the window to get money. Other then that I loved it!!

I love everything about it. The food and drink,s are ready most of the time without a long wait. I win money sometimes, the free rooms are awesome.

The hotel staff was great. They were kind and attentive. The staff at the restaurant spent more talking to each other than the patrons. However, the food was delicious.

Check in was difficult, they could not see I had already paid in full. Took a long time.After dropping a grand in the casino, then ready to go to bed...only a sheet on the bed (it’s cold).Called front desk, 3 times in an hour requesting some cover as we are cold.Third call did the trick!! Got a ‘hospital thin blanket’ delivered to our king size bed.... the blanket was a twin!!!I will be speaking to the Manager in the morning for a comp. this is no way to run a business!!

Ive had some fun times at this casino. Lots of slots and they have lots of rewards for playing. Parking and drinks are free. You can smoke. Id give that last star if they had tables. Great place, probably best casino anywhere close to here. Good vibes.

First let me say this place is amazing!!!!The staff upon entering the casino, hotel and all the restaurants were the best.. The rooms were A1 Im so looking forward to my next stay. The casino was fun relaxing and I won!!! I still cant get over how well the customer service was.. The salon is very nice also. This is a place you should visit..Even if the casino is not your thing.. The BB KING BLUES RESTAURANT IS A MUST GO VISIT INSIDE... The food alone is worth the trip..

A pretty decent selection of slots. Disappointed no personal keeping machine wiped down. A few people walking around with masks off their faces. All in all the casino itself was clean. Will go back.

It was not crowded and everyone didnt have a mask on but it was clean. And there was social distancing. All the perks were still being met. It was very enjoyable.

Nice place! LOTS of slots to play. Sure, there are elderly folks around, just like every other casino.If you work or worked all your life, you may want to avoid this place around check day. Low income people who are spending your tax dollars that should go towards living expenses are all over the place. A few I bumped into were quite rude, dirty and disrespectful of basically everyone. One such woman actually attempted to start a physical altercation with me.Any other time it can get busy, but the number ber of machines almost assuers youll find one.

I normally don’t leave reviews, this is the second time I have come here when I have won a little over a 100 bucks, when I have had someone watching me over my shoulder and then asking me to cash out and and give him some money. This is absolutely ridiculous and should never happen! I’m not even a nervous person but this type of stuff makes me uncomfortable. It’s never happened in Wetumpka or Atmore but only here. Don’t think I’ll ever come back!! Just don’t feel safe!

Nice place nice restaurants. I just couldnt win..... I had to stop at wetumpka on ther day back to get my money back.... the machines just seem different, the volumes were low and mostly unadjustable and the was no excitement there ppl where like zombies. They were talking and clapping when they win at wetumpka and atmore you can hear different machines hitting like when youre at a real casino. Montgomery might want to work on that. The lights and sounds is what makes a person stay even if they not winning much. I wont be back to Montgomery locationor a long while. Stick to what I know.

BBQ Food is great but service isnt. Slot play wins are too few. Their sister property pays out more. The other food place to eat is way over priced. For example a 1/2 ear of corn was $4.00, coke was $4.00 etc

But I do enjoy playing the games and trying my luck

The food selection was good the 1000 dollar free play rip off you have to play n loose at keast 75 dollars of your own money to get up to 75 to 1000 free play which would be awarded up to 5 to 10 business days or 24 hours after you return got a free 10dollar food voucher for signing up for players card got a philly cheese steak it was delicious but for the size of it the price is outrageous

So this was my first time visiting this location and I gave it 2 stars because the lady at player services was extremely nice and helpful. Firstly I did like that they had glass up for safety but the machines really need service. I was frozen during mid play on at least 3 games where I had to call for service just to get my ticket to print because the machine kept freezing. Each time I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone “with a key” to come and fix it. Not only did I loose but usually if I loose I at least loose having fun but this was not fun at all. Everytime I go to the casino I usually spends hours or all night but yesterday was such a bad experience I wasn’t even there 2 hours and I drove 4 hours to get there. Wetumka was a lot better which I went to 2 weeks ago.

Very nice Casino near Montgomery! Went twice while there for the week on business, lost of course, but on my second visit I received $150 in free play! They also offer free drinks which is rare outside of Vegas or the big Casino cities. Staff was very friendly and rewards program seems to be very generous. Would definitely go again if Im ever out that way! A great way to spend a night out!

HAD FUN AND GOT $100 IN FREE PLAY, BUT THEN WHEN WE WENT TO GO EAT AT BB KINGS THEY HAD CUT LINE FOR LAST COSTOMERS RIGHT BEFORE US! SO ALL WE COULD GET WAS SANDWICHES FROM THE OTHER RESTAURANT AND THEY ONLY HAD TURKEY AND A 20 OZ COKE WAS $4.00 THE SANDWICH WAS HORRIBLE THEY HAD NO CHIPS OR ANYTHING ELSE ON THE MENU BESIDES A PRE MADE SALAD THAT WHAT THEY CALLED CHEF SALAD BUT ONLY HAD TURKEY AS YOUR ONLY CHOISE YOUR MEAT JUST LIKE THE SANDWICH BUT THE SALAD LOOKED OLD LIKE MY SANDWICH WAS SADLY I DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL I GOT HOME! NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WAS A HORRIBLE EATING EXPERIENCE. THINK THAT LACE WAS CALLED LUCILLES OR SOMETHING FOOD HAD TO BE TO BE TAKEN WITH YOU ONLY NO PLACE THERE TO DINE IN.

Ive been here twice now. The first time, lost a** but last night I hit for $1200 so theres money to be made. The cleanliness, meh. Ppl were jumping on a machine as soon as someone got up. No cleaning in between. I think you can request it though? All in all a good time. You should go. Seriously.

Staff here is ghetto!!! Just experienced false alarm and no one said anything. Housekeeping was cleaning room next to our room, she did not say a word. Once reached first floor by taking the stairs, front desk saw us also and did not say a word. On the hotel side, they need to hire people that wants to work. The Wetumpka location, we did not have any problems or issue..treated us the way you treat family and friends with respect. Since we got here there has been issues after issues. Worst hotel EVER!!!!

Ive been going to Wind Creek Montgomery for years, and Ive noticed a change in the machines, its less bonuse, always taking money quicker than before, with taking the same amount of money Ive always taken, I noticed Im not spending the same time as I use to, that lets me know the machines are not the same, I understand that you dont always win, but its not any wins thats got me not wanting to return, not even fun anymore.

Very clean, practicing social distance and employees are great with wiping everything down. Machines have plastic glass between them. Cool setup.

Was not Happy with the service.Was in Wind Creek Montgomery the other night ordered a drink and never got it. It was canceled. Ordered several more and they got canceled. Spent almost 600.00 and couldnt even get any thing to drink .Told them as I was leaving and broke about it and all they could say is they go get me a drink. Not i.. am sorry or anything. Just feel like I got treated poorly. Not the first time this has happened. I go every week and spend money there and it has happened the last two times I have been there.

Small Indian owned casino. Theres no rewards system for players since their machines are owned by different vendors that lease space on their floor. As such, the slots seem to be a little looser with more payoffs and smaller max bets. My boyfriend and I played for over an hour on just 26$. We didnt hit a jackpot, but we didnt have to spend a fortune just to spin a few slots. There are no table games or a poker room, but if you like slots, this is your place. Friendly staff and a large selection of slots.

They have more room the machines are not to close together and the people havemore room to move around without bumping into each other.

Everything was going ok until I realized the rooms are not fully cleaned and sanitized especially during COVID 19 and most of the employees except the bellman had bad attitude problems. We brought friends with us that stated this would be their first and last time staying at this hotel and visiting this casino and I agree, the only thing that could possibly bring me back is the BB King restaurant.

Love the Gem that they built in Montgomery. And would honestly love the opportunity to stay in one of their rooms too be able to give a complete review for Google. But unfortunately its outside my funding range. Doesnt help that when I got I end up giving the extra cash I do have to a lady friend so she can play. But the staff is always friendly, and do there absolute best to try and make sure your in good spirits.

Everything was good except I do not like going outside to smoke, I think they should have a smoking room for smokers that is not outside on the heat, like New Orleans casino has smoking room with heat in winter and air conditioner in summer and bring back poker slot machines

I hate it here. I never have won money despite going more than a mere handful of times. You hear jackpots going off often but never see the winners or become one yourself. Save your money and treat yourself to something nice instead!

This place has come a long way, now very contemporary. Two restaurants, nothing fancy tho, just American food. Rooms are nice, bathrooms lovely! The hotel does not have toiletries in the rooms but they do provide you with a nice little gift bag with assorted toiletries. Casino floor not overly crowded, plenty of machines. There is also a non-smoking section.

Cozy and inviting inside. Lots of employees cleaning and they take your temp on arrival.

New home away from home. Everyone is so nice and accommodating.

They have switched things up. They werent really paying out. Probably should have waited a couple months so they can reup on their profits since covid hit.
