Great park, complete with walking trails, baseball fields, playgrounds for the kids, a gazebo for eating, basketball, volleyball, great location close to the heart of Monsey, lots of open space, anything that makes a park good, Manny Weldler Park has it all.

Its a beautiful experience

Peaceful park in middle of Monsey. Several ball fields, tennis courts, nice walking path, and plenty of deer. Great place to escape the hustle for a little bit.

Great paddle ball courts

Pretty big grounds, ball courts and children playing area. Regular nice - nothing major. A great plus is their long paved and shaded walking path, a hidden gem in the heart of town.

Its peaceful and relaxing

Also known as Viola park, it is a huge park with large open fields to play various sports. There are a couple of baseball fields as well as tennis and paddle ball courts. The play area for children is relatively small. I would advise parents that are bringing small children to a allocate a hour max to the kiddie park.

Soft tennis courts

I grew up with this park and its still nice. Yes can use some upgrades but overall a nice place to relax and kids run around within a low crime neighborhood.

No one is taking care of this place. No one is mowing the grass and some of the tennis courts are still broken down. As Viola Park some years ago, it was gorgeous.

Great all around park for all ages, there is a nice playground, good tennis courts, grassy fields, walking paths through the woods and a gazebo.

Very peaceful in the morning. The air was Cool I picked not such a hot day when there were clouds overhead. We took a nice walk around through the many trails that lead through the forest.

Manny Weldler, or as known locally as viola park is one of the biggest parks in the neighborhood, the park features large grass fields, a few baseball courts, and a few short nature trails, in the middle of the day the park is always busy, especially on summary Friday afternoons, but dont worry there is over enough space for everyone!

Very nice park, although the rules are kinda though... No motorized vehicle, no airsoft toys, and lots and lots more. Just make sure to read them before going on the trails with an ATV etc...

Good for outing with kids. Pity you cant BBQ.
