The MAG Art Center and Gallery is a jewel in an otherwise, nothing out of the ordinary, small town in northwestern Vermont. Set in the towns shopping plaza, behind the post office and between the hardware store and the Chinese Buffet, this 6,000 square foot store front, is chock full of a wonderful variety of art and fine crafts, created by 80 or so artisans from all over the state. Definitely worth a little detour off the beaten path to Burlington, the Islands, or north to the border. The perfect destination to purchase a special gift or memento of your visit to Vermont.
