East Coast Gaming provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Javier was friendly and answered all my questions. On the day of my sons party he arrived on time and was great with the kids. A good time was had by all, the kids couldnt stop talking about what a great party it was. Id highly recommend East Coast Gaming and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I rented out one of East Coast Gamings trucks for a 3 day long charity event on city hall plaza in Boston. Javier and Harmony were awesome!! They were so accommodating of all my needs and were friendly and very easy to work with through the whole event. The truck itself was extremely nice. It was perfectly clean and all the equipment worked great. Everyone at the event loved the truck and had a blast playing all the games! Thank you East Coast Gaming! We hope to see you back next year!

The truck arrived on time and they had a great attitude. Also, when I needed to extend my time they were happy to accommodate me. I have recommended them to friends who have also raved about their experience and excellent service. This is a wonderful option for all ages and interests. We have booked them 5 times and each time it gets better!

My son and his friends all (26) of them had a great time with East coast gaming company. Javier arrived 30 minutes early for the party, he was so nice and helpful to all the children there. The inside of the truck was deck out with all working gaming systems, the music kept the kids singing as well as entertain. I would defiantly book this company again.

We got the gaming truck for our sons birthday party. The truck arrived on time and had a great variety of games. The employees were very helpful to the kids playing the games on the truck and my kids and their friends had a blast!!!! I would definitely recommend it to parents of kids who love to play video games.

Love the extra touches they provide, esp the hand sanitizer before each child starts to play. The Instructor Javier was very informative and patient with the kids. The kids had a blast! I recently booked this gaming truck that Ive seen driving around the neighborhood. I was reluctant at first but decided to give it a go. Scheduling the time was as simple as a quick click on the web. The truck arrived ahead of scheduled and the driver maneuvered the trailer into a tight spot with ease. Once parked I was given a quick overview of the trailer and games. Shortly there after the kids came running out eager to play on the truck.One of the things that probably goes unnoticed by many, but the staff provided a hand sanitized blast to each person entering and exiting the trailer. In the height of flu season, I thought this was a great gesture to provide a germ free environment. I will booking them again this summer for a family reunion.

The Gaming Truck is really nice. Unfortunately the owner has no customer service skills.I reserved the truck for a two hour window at $400. I left a $100 deposit and paid the balance of $299 2 weeks prior to my reservation.The truck arrived 10 minutes late to my sons party and when I questioned them about my 10 minute make up and I was informed that my neighbor held them up so I just lose the 10 minutes. Gaming Truck had a contract with me not my neighbor. They owner finally hung up on me and charged by account another $299...ONLY USE CASH WITH THESE FOLKS....ITS ILLEGAL TO GO INTO SOMEONES ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

Ordered it for 10 kids ages 6 though 11. Truck came 15 mins in advance. The driver was very nice and polite. He was very helpful with kids and getting them all set up and really worked hard getting them all situated. However, it would be nice if they asked in advance what games the kids would like to play. Took 10 mins to set up games and lost 20 mins at the end of one TV because discs were dirty or not readable or memory was not enough on XBox. Truck reeked of cigarette smoke (others probably wouldnt mind but I am very sensitive to smell). Overall, kids had a good time other than the two kids the were waiting for 20 mins and then it was the end of our time. It would not be a big deal but the lady became really stubborn and said, no, it was only 5 minutes and kept not listening and saying that, well, kids enjoyed themselves. Basically calling me a liar. That really ruined the whole experience as it was right in front of her eyes that the guy tried to set the TV up for the boys. I would not go with this company again.
