I always find what I am looking. The store is always cleaned and stocked. Employees are friendly and willing to help if you have a question.

I went to return an item. The woman said it wasnt on the receipt do I have another one. I said no I was just here this morning at 10:00 a.m. its on that receipt. Like I literally havent even been home yet. She said while its not on here.I said well its not my fault if it wasnt rung up correctly but this is the receipt from this morning it has the date on the bottom. I bought it off of that rack (I pointed) and that person rung me out (I pointed) and that person came over and said that its not on the receipt and asked if I have another receipt. I again said no and he said well its not on there. and I said well thats not my problem. I cant help that it wasnt done correctly. I said it was this one and was the santa one. and I want to return just this one they said was not on the receipt. And they continue giving me attitude like I did something wrong.Please, if Im trying to get away with some big scam Im not going to wait in line for 15 minutes to get 4 dollars and 19 cents after an additional 5 mins in arguments.Anyway, a 3rd person came over and said its not on the receipt . He said there was only one item on the receipt and I said apparently it was rung incorrectly. And that there are two items it says 2 @ 4.19 . he asked if I had a different receipt. I said no it was this receipt. this is what I was given this morning I cant help if it wasnt rung incorrectly. He told me to not give attitude and retail workers need to be treated with respect and to stop yelling. I said so do I and Im not yelling. It continued until I started crying, that didnt stop the poor treatment. I will be contacting the corporate office.Like sorry not sorry if Im now mad at this point. it shouldnt be my problem that it was not rung correctly. The first two people should have treated me with respect. There was a huge line at 10 this morning and, maybe the person didnt look close enough to realize they were different, or maybe he decided to try to cut corners and rang one it twice. whatever the reason, it is not my fault so do not give me attitude about it. I get that these people are stretched due to the holiday season and the pandemic but management needs to understand how to schedule better so that these kind of accidents dont happen, they need to train better so that people arent cutting corners and scanning two different products that have two different SKUs as the same product, they need to hire better with people who give better customer care. so if someone goes to try to return it they are not being given attitude that they cant return it because its a different and not on the receipt because of a mistake by their staff. Go ahead, check your cameras from this morning. The receipt says 1019am.I had a really great experience in early November with some really lovely ladies with a pickup order one night but after that experience this afternoon its going to take a lot for me to come back here to buy something.Additionally, today I was walking to my car and noticed the item was cracked so I went inside to exchange it and saw a woman that worked there. The line was still long so I showed her the receipt showed her the cracked one and showed her a non-cracked one and asked her if I could just exchange it and she said yes. I had seen a friend outside so I had headed back in at 1026 am so that was probably around 1028-1030am. The return was at 13:06 according to the receipt.And the guy was wrong, retail workers shouldnt be treated with respect. ALL PEOPLE SHOULD. So how it should have went down?Miss, I understand you said you bought this item this morning. And I see here on your receipt that this is from this morning. Did you by any chance have two separate transactions this morning because for some reason I dont see this item on this receipt. But Id like to help you solve this this problem.That would keep the line of communication open. That would have not escalated the situation. That would not have made the customer felt like they had done something wrong. That would have kept a customer.

The Christmas trees were lovely. We shopped around and everyone was very friendly.So glad they are here for all of the crafty things. Always liked them better than AC Moores.

I always loved this Micheals but after visiting yesterday not so much. The place was messy, prices high, long line and one cashier. She was very kind.

This Michaels looks a little run down but had a great variety of craft supplies.

Not that great, if Im being honest. I never seem to find the things Im looking for and the other things dont seem to draw my interest. I wouldnt call it a dirty or messy store, but it doesnt feel prestine upon entering. Every now and then, they have some interesting holiday decorations but I wouldnt say Ive ever really bought any. Overall, in a pinch that you need some art supply thats only a little too uncommon for a superstore, you *might* have a chance here but I wouldnt hold my breath.

It was clean and well lit. It had a variety of Arts and crafts materials.

Helpful employees, made the initiative to find items I otherwise would have taken forever to locate myself. Although some items were out of stock, they found replacements to suit my task. Also had a clean and organized environment.

The Milford Michaels is a better place than the newer Bridgeport Michaels. It has better stock better choices its somewhat cleaner and better organized.

You can find anything craft. Friend staff. Very convenient location.

Order online and get curbside pickup here during the Covid crisis. Every order gets 20% off using the electronic coupon and you dont need to create an account to complete your order. The first email confirms the order and then you get update emails and finally you get an email that your order is ready to pick up. Drive to the store and call the number - its on the sign on the door.They made a mistake today and did not fulfill my order properly but it was real easy to fix.I love the air-dry clay.

The stock in the store is horrible. Im really disappointed because usually they are more stocked on their products. Was looking for someone to ask a question and did not see any sales associates on the floor. It seems lime this is happening in all their stores in the Connecticut area.

My shopping experience here was quite unexpected. I havent been to Michaels in years. The last Michaels I went to was in Danbury, CT. The Michaels in Milford, CT has a nicer feel when you walk through the doors. The customer service was great.

Such a great store and staff. The deals at this store are amazing. Everything is fairy easy to find and the store is always very clean. I appreciate the coupons they send as they do help in keeping up with my crafty side.

I ordered two Christmas gifts for pickup in store. The condition of the Etch a Sketch box and its item that was received was horrible, disgusting - the box was all taped up with scotch tape. The Etch a Sketch looked used. I will never ever use this service again and most likely not go back to this store. What kind of employee does that? Someone obviously that doesn’t care. I gave this store one star so I can write a review otherwise it would have received no stars.

Really great customer service. I needed a wedding cake topper and they held it for me. Very kind and very helpful staff, I hope they stay because its really nice when the staff is kind and helpful. Also the store was very clean and very organized and there were many staff all around the store working hard restocking and still taking the time to answer questions.

Really nice store except for they charged me for something that should have been free.now I have to go all the way back to Milford to get a refund. Not happy!!

This is my go to craft store. Michaels Craft Store is the only one of the big 3 that carry needle felting supplies. Fortunately, this is also the closest craft store to me. The parking lot is easy to navigate. I always find a good spot. The building is aging, but the craft supplies are always fresh!

Customer service is horrible I’ve been calling for a curbside order and they always hang up they don’t bother at all with picking up phone calls

Just had a very rude experience at this location...I have been a customer for years and have never had a complaint regarding employee related services. When using an online coupon, from a site I have frequently used throughout the year, the cashier informed me that they dont actually except those and that she was just doing me a favor by excepting it. When I asked her what the reasoning for that would be, she explained that they dont accept them because theyre probably expired or something. It is my understanding that Michaels honors coupons from competitors as well as online coupons. Coupon Did have an expiration date listed and had not expired!

I went there tonight to buy some crafts. I ended up waiting 45 min for spray paint. I have asked countless employees for help all they did was call someone else to do it . This has been so horrible. Never coming here again

Its good to know that racism is still alive.I Love everything about Michaels and have shopped with this business numerous of times back In Memphis ,Tn. Upon greeting a couple ,it should be Hey you guys, how are you doing today. Instead my wife was only greeted , do to the fact of matter, that shes the same race as the cashier....Michaels need to invest in at least 1 or 2 self check-out lanes. Customer service is at an all-time low . I also work Customer service.......Its 2018 get over the racism...
