I’ve had bad experiences both times I have purchased from Coco. First time I bought a bedroom set and the bed had a defect so they couldn’t build it and took it back the same day they brought it. It took over 2 weeks to get a replacement. I couldn’t reach anyone and it was so difficult to speak to anyone. After 2 weeks of waiting at home without a bed, I really just wanted a refund but they said it wasn’t allowed.Second time around we bought a dining room table for my father and the same issue happened. It came with a defect. They brought a replacement table and about a week later the table just gave out and fell apart. Luckily I was not injured as it landed on me and not the floor, but it could have ended badly as it is glass and should have shattered everywhere. Because it was my SECOND table and it seems their furniture is just poor quality, I asked for a refund. I would prefer to avoid getting another of the same table just for it to fall and cause injury. But they refuse to refund the table.

To think I was going to furnish my new 4/2 condo on the beach. Due to reviews I cannot take any of those risk. Hope you guys change.

They ruined a gift I was giving my mother for Thanksgiving. Please read so you have an idea of how these people treat their customers. My mom went into their store and loved a dinning set, we have a joint card and I told her mom, get it so you have something nice and new for your place. Ani the sales rep that took care of her was amazing when she first dealt with my mother to pick out the pieces and charge my card. Then the problems started, First they delivered the dinning set... My mother told them it has a bunch of scratches on the glass, metal chairs bent and discoloration on the chairs. Ani went ahead and sent another delivery to replace the glass and chairs. The new delivery came, the replacement glass also severely scratched and the chairs they brought to replace the bent ones were IVORY and not white as we ordered. They asked my mom to load the chairs in her car and bring them over to see them and have them replaced again (Ive never heard of a client having to do this for a new order in my life).... They saw the chairs and said oops.. and would send a third delivery for the chairs and glass again. (At this point we missed thanksgiving but figured to be patient and use it for noche buena)... The new stuff came again, once again there were many defects with the order. The Delivery guy had the balls to complain to my mom and tell her the store was making him pay for the scratched glass!! Why does my mom need to hear that? To guilt her into keeping defective New Furniture..???? My mom called Ani again, Thats when Ani made the mistake of telling my mom that That my mom is making up stories. I lost it, I left my office screeching into that showroom to yell and scream at this Ani... Who wanted to make my mom feel like she was doing her a freaking favor by replacing these damaged pieces which should be perfect and new. I asked for a manager, they informed me that she never comes in. I made sure to be loud enough to make sure the entire store and customers around were aware of how this company and Ani treat their customers after the sales commission is made. The whole experience has ruined the gift and my mom had to go through so much BS with these people just to order a dam table and chairs. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place. Deceptive business practices 100%... They dont care about their clients and told me point blank, that I can write a bad review because they dont care about reviews anymore. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... THIS IS A DUMP AND HEADACHE WAITING TO HAPPEN!!! We will take our hard earned money to El Dorado and American Signature.. Please see photos attached

Terrible customer service! Idk how they even run this store , I wanted to purchase a sectional got quoted the total price including delivery when I visited Miami in person then I was told I could order online when I got back home to Orlando I decided I did want to purchase the sectional so I reached out texted no response then called the next morning did speak with someone whom said that she will call me back in five mins she never did... I called again twice with no answer then I called and texted the other location I communicated with someone named maydin We were texting back and fourth and got up until the point where all I needed was to send my card information then she just stopped replying!! I wrote again and called a few more times with no response , very unprofessional! and when I go to both locations Instagram pages they are posting ... I also noticed some negative comments of other customers complaining of them not responding and they disabled the comments! I do not recommend this place to purchase furniture!

Great store!furniture, toys, gears, everything they have is selected with great taste.it makes me wanna be a little kid again! the store is spacious and fun to look around. its exciting to be there. we bought wall decor and mobiles for my daughters room. the sales person was very helpful.

I must admit that I originally ordered my bed in March and just received it today. Throughout the whole process Jessica and other girls from Coco Furniture always maintained me up to date with the status of my order. As soon as it arrived it was delivered straight to me. I cant express how happy I am with my purchase and how beautiful my bed is! It was totally worth the wait. Jessica was always super polite and always kept me in the loop with the updated ETAs. This is the BEST place to go for furniture! ️

Today I was going out looking for furniture since I’m moving. I was assisted by Cary Fernandez and Ani. The customer service was great and i had a great experience. If it wasn’t for there personality and professionalism i would have gone home without purchasing anything. I purchased a bedroom set with an amazing price and with my fashion taste. Everything was trending and popular.

First time visiting this place and two Hispanic women who were supposed to greet and asked to see if my family and I needed any assistance in looking for furniture failed at their jobs. While they were talking amongst each other one said “No you go help them and the other said the same. We walked out the store and did not waste our time because they not only lack professionalism...the furniture is not worth the money. I would give 0 stars but there aren’t such a thing.

I entered this location after an overnight shift and was extremely tired but needed a new bed. Ascension welcomed me very nicely and very friendly. She helped me pick out a bed and was very patient and was very informed in the merchandise. I kept changing my mind on the model but with a smile she helped me make a decision I was happy with. It was fast and easy and will recommend this location to my family and friends.

Horrible experience. There is no returns, we have been waiting for more than a month for our furniture but they keep saying the item is out of stock. They cant wait to charge your Credit Card once they get their hands in your money your are at their mercy. I want my money back, I feel robed!

I am getting ready to move into my first apartment and I have to say I was nervous and excited not really knowing what to expect but I knew my colors and how I wanted everything to look. I have ordered three Iteams from here and had so many issues with this specific coco furniture. They lack so much professionalism. First of all, They do not always answer the phone and they do not call you back. It took 2 months to finally receive my things and when they deliver, they don’t tell you what time they will deliver. They don’t even give you an estimate of what time they will most likely be delivering. The day they were suppose to deliver, they told me they would be delivering my merchandise and never showed up and answered my calls.

The furniture here is beautiful and affordable my only concern was I was annoyed after being guaranteed a delivery of out of stock merchandise but then as the day got closer to delivery I was never informed that the delivery would be pushed back an additional 3 weeks! But the lady did her best to accommodate me ! Hopefully I have smooth sailing moving forward this place is absolutely horrible ! I placed an order feb 12 I called the day the furniture was supposed to be delivered to ask them why I haven’t received my delivery they asked me to come in just to tell me that I wouldn’t receive my order for another month and a half that would’ve been a total of 2.5 months before my furniture came in I then changed my order and 2/5 of the dressers were broken. And then I was promised replacement furniture for the following week and when I didn’t receive a call I called them and there was no answer ! When I finally get a call back the next day it was to tell me my remaining 2 dressers wouldn’t be received for another 6 weeks! And the lady has the audacity to tell me “Things happen” there’s nothing she can do! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY RUDE STAFF and don’t recommend anyone else to order from them too their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE !

I was so excited to find this place. I saw an ad through Facebook and talked my husband into coming here. We purchased a living room set. First time they delivered the furniture one couch was completely broken, and the cushions were destroyed. We had them redeliver the furniture, they showed up outside the window of time and my sick father in law was home that has since then passed away. The furniture was damaged again. We tried to contact them several times and they don’t seem to care, we then disputed the credit card charge and they provided false information to our credit card company. They could have easily remedied the situation but they don’t care about their customers. I was looking forward to furnishing my entire house but nowThat’s out of the question. So today, we were moving by couch to rearrange the furniture and one of the legs completely broke! My husband had to figure out a way to stick It back On. Mind you it’s only been a few months. This whole experience has been extremely stressful. We’ve called so many times only to be told they will call us back and they never do. The furniture may be unique but honestly the quality is cheap and the service is terrible.

Not very professional. I was told the delivery would be a specific day and I planned accordingly as I have a very busy schedule. I asked the sales lady maybe twice to confirm the date and on the date again I asked to make sure the delivery was happening and she assured me it was. At 7pm I received a text saying it will be for Friday. I had already thrown out the old bed. Her response to this was it is not up to me. As a company you must work together to provide great customer service the day you compromise with a client should be the day you made sure it can happen.

Very low quality furniture. Stay away.Terrible place to buy furniture. We purchased a sofa set which was delivered broken. They redelivered a week later. Again, the new delivery was damaged. We attempted to call the place many times to complain, however, they stopped answering our phone calls.

Extremely unprofessional very rude customer service I bought a dining table sofa two bedroom sets tv stand and computer desk and chair they call me to tell me the sofa i payed for its no longer available because they only have one left and it’s damaged so I need to pick a different sofa I went to the store picked a different sofa and it’s a cheaper one the extra money they refused to refund me they forced me to keep in store credit anyways delivery I was told on a specific date at 4pm now 9pm and nothing and the store it’s closed and don’t pick up the phone I highly recommend Not buying from this place

Horrible costumer service, you make an order, leave the deposit to be delivered in a month and when you are going to finish paying the total owed you find that part of your merchandise is not because according to them there was an error in the system but they could not tell you in the 3 months that the order was for delibery, on the other hand they do not tell you that when the order arrives at your house there is no return because it is supposedly a personalized order, and the seller tells you that you have to learn what you sign, what which is true but you have already trusted in their kindness, beware of this store and its vendors, the deal to sell is fantastic, after they charge you change completely, I never go back to buy there without counting that i spend almost 4000 usd, lack of professionalism, the manager never gives you the face.

The sales service is more concerned about the money and the person gets to pay more than the agreed price at the place of sale they tell you one thing and when you call the insurer the price is much more ... CARE YOUR INFORMATION STAFF .... if you buy here take care with what you take to your house ... almost all furnitures have defects, once you pay there is no back to back they take orrores in return their money and they do not return the payment If you go to the place you will see two women who do not know where they are standing .... very pertinent and when you call to complain they hang the phone (DO NOT BUY HERE) THERE IS BEST SHOPS AND ALWAYS REMEMBER THE CHEAP AT THE END IS EXPENSIVE.......

They send me the wrong furniture to start then been waiting for the rest of the delivery for almost a month nobody call me to give update

Horrible place to buy anything, if i could give no stars i would! horrible customer service horrible attitude and phone etiquette from sales rep Asuncion. everything with her is a no can do attitude and no for everything. she denied us talking to manager as well as helping with our pick up of furniture. she also hung up the phone everytime.
