Went in today with my brothers bar mitzvah photo and and the owner was extremely helpful in helping me get the right frame. This photo means the world to me and he took the time to make sure everything came out perfect. No need to look around for other framing companies. If you have something that means the world to you this is the place to get it done.

FRAME ART DISCRIMINATES AGAINST GAYS. OWNER IS HOMOPHOBIC. When I came in to have my painting framed, the owner used the F word (F*G) during his conversation with me. While it may not have been directed at me personally, it is unacceptable for an establishment to use such offensive language in any context during the course of business. The owner kept bragging that he has been in business for 42 years. Well, I hope this is his last year in business. Such homophobia does not belong in Brickell or anywhere else. This neighborhood is changing and gay men and women are moving here from New York City and other urban areas. What he does not realize is that gay professionals typically have a lot of money and they choose to spend it at establishments that do not disrespect their customers. This appears to be a family business so if I were one of his family members, I would keep him far away from customers, put him in the back, and have him read a book about the history of violence against gays and how that word is used during those violent acts. It is hate speech. The Better Business Bureau and the Florida State Attorneys General Office will be notified.

I love supporting local businesses, and I am happy with my visit to Frame Art Inc. today. This is a custom frame shop that appears to handle mostly high-end art, so I felt a bit silly when I walked in needing a frame for a concert poster. The owner was very helpful and gave me a very good price. The framing was done while I waited and the final product was amazing! Additionally, they even fixed a do-it-yourself framing Id done with a shadow box for free. Talk about going above and beyond!! Please consider supporting this local business especially while all the construction is going on in Brickell. They are open for business and no project is too small!

Owner and staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and perfectionists. They have a quick turnaround on their jobs and generally work within a persons budget.

They do a very solid job of framing things like diplomas or stretching canvas art you already own. credit where credit is due. aside from that, dont expect any amount of friendliness or accommodation from the staff. if the owner gets the vibe you cant afford his in stock art, he wont give you the time of day.

The Owner of this Framing Place is rude and unprofessional. He quoted a Job for us once and then got upset because for what ever Reason it took a bit more Effort then he expected. Anyways he called us and was rude and nasty. Anyways, if you cant handle a Job you quoted dont take it up with your Clients.......Anyways I get my Framing done somewhere else now

I was once brought over to Frame Art by my father-in-law who wanted to show me this place. I found art in this shop from $50 bucks all the way up to a $280k original Monet painting. I also saw a Botero painting on the wall going for $250k.I kept coming to this place to simply look at the art gallery (not to buy anything but simply to recreate my mind). There are al least 2000 paintings in this place. The owner offered me scotch a couple times and was super nice, even when busy and knowing I wasnt buying anything.I finally went back last week to frame my wedding pictures. My budget only allowed to get my wedding pictures framed in a beautiful silver frame at Super low cost. Great deal!Great job on service, location, parking and Im so happy you did not let Brickell City Center take over your space because then we would not be able to afford the framing.

I cannot believe how bad was the service of the same owner!!I went to quote 3 different pieces and because I was writing them to compare, he got annoyed and start talking to his coworker to avoid me and not pay attention to me while I was trying to explain what I needed for the third piece. So he started talking louder on top of me and then started screaming at me Fueraaaa!!! Veteeee!! I think he showed his true cuban colors ignorant bastard!!!
