Love this place! Took my daughter on a Sunday and she loved it! Planning on having her birthday party here! Can’t wait!

It’s a new way of living today. In this COVID-19 life it’s very important to be in places that clean and this place was. We went there today and had a blast.

I loved it! Our family is completely an American Ninja Warrior fans! We have been waiting for some real obstacles down south and I was really impressed to see all the obstacles urban air offers! Great place to do a party as well!

I was super pleased with the attention we received. They’ve taken extra precautions with hand sanitizer everywhere. Employees randomly wipe off railings and spray disinfectant. After every course a staff member spritzes the kids hands. Miguel, the asst manager, answered all my concerns and personally wiped down a table for me. Kids say the staff were super friendly, as a result I purchased 5 memberships.

It was extremely chaotic and confusing from the get go. Parking is impossible. Once entering the doors it appears to be a zoo. We reserved a table for our daughters birthday and considering the amount of parties taking place there, I figured they would have an exclusive line just for party check-ins or even a sign/email that notifies the customer what to do upon arrival for parties. The only visible signs were for daily purchases and membership passes. The sign-in was more or less easiest part of our visit. Our party helper Karla was juggling at least 2 parties in our area. She failed to give us all that we ordered, did not explain what the bin was for (shoes), did not know exactly which specific attractions we were allowed on, did not bring a lighter for the candle and didnt facilitate with singing the Happy Birthday song and dish out the cupcakes we brought (like we saw her do for the table next to us). We were basically left in the dark being our first time to the establishment and will not be recommending this zoo for any functions. I observed the other employees as being too young and immature, fooling around with the keypad to enter an authorized only area. It was suggested by another parent that a system such as what Chucky Cheese has with stamping groups with black light stamps to help keep kids safe because it is an absolute overcrowded madhouse! I thought it was going to be a bigger facility based on photos and videos but it is small and cramped. The only positive experience I got from the event was when we were all safely in our vehicle, leaving the establishment.

Amazing staff, especially with covid 19 they have made it mask mandate. Limited capacity with 2 hours max per guest. With every seating and tables separated. Thank you urban Air!!

On Tuesday, November 17th, I took my son to Urban Air with two of his closest friends. I took him there at my sons request because it was his birthday and I wanted him to have a delightful and enjoyable time. I bought the basic pass for the three kiddos. However, after a 45 minutes of playing dodgeball and jumping on the trampolines, they eyed other attractions that they wanted to play but were not part of the basic package. What my son wanted was part of the Deluxe package but I couldnt afford to pay for all three of them. :( One of the employees, Vaushaun, was incredibly kind. Although I paid for the next upgrade for all 3 kids, he upgraded the wristbands to the Deluxe and the kids were all elated. The manager then offered my son a free icee! :) I was all teary-eyed and moved by their generosity and kindness!!!Take your kiddos to Urban Air. They will have an AMAZING TIME!!!THANK YOU for your kindness! We need more Vaushauns and managers like the one at Urban Air in the world!

I love that place, every time I go I have the time of my life with my kids. Amazing workers that help you have a wonderful time there. Definitely going again and I recommend this place with high honor.

Urban Air was definitely an experience. I walked in and no one checked to see where I was going or whom I was coming to see. I easily walked around. Under normal circumstances this might not seem important but with the present atmosphere of todays society it is important to protect our youth.The prices are extremely high and most of the stations are manned by high school students. I observed one young lady tell three boys to stop horse-playing but they were completely ignoring her. There was no adult with them close by and their behavior was horrible. I respect that she didnt disrespect nor insult them but there should be some type of system in place to not only protect the patrons but the employees as well. After observing her timid approach for some time, I stepped in and used my authoritative voice to calm the boys.It was at night so I might be overreacting and I will give the place another try if I find some coupons. I definitely wont book a birthday party because what should have costed my friends son approximately $300 -$400 total ended up costing him $800+. He was so upset and he went back to question why it literally almost doubled in cost. After questioning and reviewing the hostess notes he was refunded $200+ but still it ended up being way over the estimated cost they were quoted when he booked the party. I am not impressed but I will give them another chance for redemption.Please, to anyone who reads this, pay attention to your children and your bill. Both are worth a lot!

Went for a birthday party and it was a good time. The rooms are pretty small. Food is good. It was VERY VERY crowded. A Saturday a 2:30 so its understandable but they dont have enough staff for how busy it gets. Kids are all over the place skipping in line shoving their way through the place, parents are paying very little to no attention to their kids. The lines for the attractions are super long. There was a kid behind us in line sad that he had a 3 hour pass to play and wasted 30 minutes of it in line waiting for ONE course.

I had a birthday party Saturday in a private room and it was a terrible experience for my guests and myself. The pizzas I had ordered came out almost at 7 pm. ( My party started at 5:30PM) When I called Urban air sometimes it sends you to corporate and changes made by corporate are not translated to the Kendall location so changes to my original order were not made. In addition, my party host told me there were 16 participants and two adults and when I was charged they charged me for 18 participants and two adults. What he told me didn’t match what they charged me. I called today to cancel my daughters party despite paying the cancellation fee I will never host a party there again. I paid almost $800 for terrible service and they even forgot to give my party scratch off favors which are just coupons to return I asked for them after my party was over. Spend your money for a party somewhere else! Plus Saturdays are a crazy day to have a party there too many people. The Only reason my pizzas arrived was because I complained to the owner who did his best to bring out one to two pizzas at a time. When I called to complain and cancel my order the party coordinator didn’t even apologize for the incident. I’m very disappointed.

Nice place. My kids are 6 and 3 and they both had fun. I only gave 4 stars because some areas are only for people who buy the most expensive pass. My son insisted in trying to get in the pool with plastic balls and it was extra work for me to keep him out. It should be all included in one pass the play area. I would understand if the virtual videogame/laser tag were separate price but playing are was unfair to the kids.Over all it is a fun place.

Very horrible service me and my boyfriend Where talked to so disrespectfully by one of the employee’s You have to wait for someone to assist you to play whatever me and my boyfriend stood by one of the playsets and waited for over 30 minutes mind you we caught one of the employees looking so we figured we had to assist ourselves we continue to start the machine ourselves and succeed all of a sudden we see the same employee that was looking at us come and rudely say “Just Because You Don’t See Nobody Here Doesn’t Mean You Touch It” It’s Not actually what he said it’s how he said it as if we disgusted him so we kindly got off because right there my whole vibe was blown We went to find another set to play on we decided we want to play rock climbing we got assist by another employee who begins to ask us “Why did we have to choose this one” My guess is he just didn’t wanna do his job So As we stayed there for like 5 mins we Proceeded to find something else when he told us “Don’t get on it because i have to do it “ I was just so disappointed by the service because me and my boyfriend paid a lot of money to get on anything we wanted and to have employees tell us NOT to get on because they was tired is tragic I Honestly Felt like we was treated that way because the color of our skins but i won’t pull the race card Don’t Recommend at all..

They had affordable packages but they made it seem as though there were more activities included than there actually was, just not very clear. Then they put the activities not included in your package right in the ones that are so ofcourse the kids want to upgrade. Kids had a good time but quickly got bored with the limited package

Its amazing. My children loved it. Clean restrooms & good staff. Oh, the pizza is amazing! Its delicious and a regular pizza appearance seems as if you order extra cheese & topping. Kinda pricey but worth it. Unfortunately, adults cannot participate.

I have the year membership for my 2 kids. My son went with a group of friends on 11/4/2019. Two weeks ago to be exact. He was at the ball pit and his phone fell out of his pocket. He told the employees and the manager about it and he was told to write a report and they will get back to him as soon as they find it.I called Urban air and explained to them that the phone was still at the park and they said that they will look for it as soon as the clean the area that they do it once a month and it was going to be very soon since they didnt do it on october. I offered myself to go and assist with the search, they didnt allow me because they said that 2 employees looked for it already and could not find it. You can imagine, wait a month to get your lost phone that it still shows at the park. How many people could find it, step on it and break it during a whole month? The phone showed in the park for 3 additional days and I guess it turned off. I call them every day, because they open at 3pm and I am already working by that time. I have no information and I feel that they didnt do enough to help a customer that is not a onetime customer but a customer with a year membership. I like your park and we enjoy the time we spend there, however you have no customer service at all.I want to make very clear, that I understand that my son should have used the lockers or shouldnt have taken his phone with him. It was a very bad choice, however you guys didnt do much effort to help.I really hope to hear from you anytime soon.

Pizza is nasty, workers act like children because they are, extremely overpriced. Manager needs to train the employees to do their job properly. Parking is the worst part, any weekend try to find a parking spot without valet. They need to limit the capacity, its too crowded. While I understand weekends will be busier, its a safety issue when you have children doing physical activities and its overcrowded.Update: Notice the management doesnt say anything to those who post negative comments, how about reach out to those guests that may have had a bad experience and try to remedy the situation.

This place is pretty amazing and full of fun things to do. The prices are as somewhat expected I mean it is an indoor amusement park, my only suggestion is go in sandals because you have to buy their socks. The socks are non skid so it really for your own protection. I loved it I felt like a kid again jumping on the trampolines lol, my kids enjoyed it. All in all I would definitely go again and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Urban Air is a great place for the kids, so much to do to keep them entertained for hours. Staff is helpful and friendly and the place is a very clean! We will be back!

Fun place not only for kids but for parents as well. Great way to bond with the kids and get some exercise. The only concern Ive had was it only being guys working to strap females in for the sky rider and other things. There should be a female and guy working together when having to strap little girls in the harness. No guy should be touching that low on little girls or any female.

Amazing experience from the get go! Had loads of fun at the go kart track with Adam and Taylor, it was a great time!

Its a good place to blow up steam :)Pricing is not great though. For toddlers (5 and less) you only pay $10, but that covers only the basic trampolines. If you want access to every attraction including the virtual reality one you have to purchase their Platinum Ticket which is $33.Socks have an extra cost too, so keep them and reuse them every time you go.

Arrived @5pm and no staff giving direction on where to go and/or height requirements for each package. Went to kiosk but found myself confused on what to purchase for my children. No help there either. Left, got in line and waited 15 minutes to be told the line I stood in would not accept purchases as it was only for parties. In addition asked a worker for some help on package heights and what would accommodate my daughters. That’s all i needed. He was confused and kept telling me to look at packages, again i reminded him the heights were not on there. Then he acted like he was going to find out and left and never returned. I asked Ashley to please accommodate as there was no sign advising that the line was specifically for that. She argued with me rudely and pointed at the ceiling advising me of the sign when I asked her to come out and check, sure enough the sign was missing. Again I asked to accommodate after waiting so long. She was rude and completely unhelpful . Told me to that there was nothing she can do and needed to get on the next line which had 5 parties in front of us.Went back to kiosk to purchase, to be told I needed to get in line for a band.HORRIBLE process and staff is untrained and rude.Needless to say we stayed, the place is a madhouse and extremely full. Not recommended between 5-7pm.Won’t return unless we have a bday party I think.Henry I urge you to hire more staff for the front as it’s unsafe for anyone to walk in and out. Have all trained on packages and requirements so parents can make educated purchases. In addition but the requirements on the marketing materials.I gave it two stars because kids did have fun after all, just long wait times on some adventures.

Cool place for kids parties.. a little chaotic and loud though but thats part of the experience.

This place is awesome for kids. They have so many things to do and have fun. Avoid Sundays, it is too crazy packed and overwhelming. We went another day and it was way better. Also good to have birthday parties.

We purchased the annual pass for my two kids ( 11 and 3 years ). We loved it! We go two to three times a week. We have voiced some concerns to the manager and employees regarding safety and height for the tubes and they have taken care of it right away. Food is ok but good enough to eat for fast food. I recommend this to anyone with young children who live nearby. The annual passes are the best unlimited entry and the platinum pass gets a free pizza and snack every time.

This is a great place for kids. However theres are premium activities and basic activities which I did not like. You should let the kids play on whatever they can play on.you should have all activities included for the single price even if it might be more expensive.

Kids loved it. The place has a lot of attractions for every age. At the time I came, some attractions where closed. Still was a great experience. I’ll give it five stars because when there is a new business, nothing is perfect. But here are the things that need improvement: there are not enough cashiers in the “Purchase Assistance” area. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get service. Same in the food court. Still, the customer service was excellent. The staff needs more training on how to handle different situations, like upgrades and levels of service. The exit door is next to one of the tubes exit and is a risk because there is no control of the entry and exit of little kids (I expect something like the one in Chuck-E-cheese). The people that use the self-service skip the line and makes the waiting longer. I recommend putting signs to ask people for not blocking the tables with shoes instead of using a locker. This is supposed to be the cleanest indoor park, but shoes were people eat is not very enticing. Its a customer fault, but the staff needs to enforce it. But even after my great suggestion, Ill be coming back for a long time. Overall, the customer service is excellent.

Great for ages from 5 and on. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very clean and orgonized. It is very pricey is the only issue I see. Best time to come is around 1pm it is much less crowded. Overall great experience just pretty expensive.

I was really looking forward to try out this new place in Kendall but I was very disappointed. First, there is no type of organization, most of the people that work there are teenagers that don’t really care what goes on around, second super expensive for what is worth! A party that should had only cost about $400 ended up been about $1000 and NOT WORTH it!!!!

Not too happy with this place. I have the annual pass for me and my kids. And they are using the 2.5 hours to kick you out even when the place is not full. Before was all you can play and now is an hour to 2 hours play just because they feel like it. I wont be renewing my annual pass for sure.

Very disappointed with their party service. I came in one day to check out the facility and spoke with someone about having a party there. They advised me to book the party online. After booking the party online 2 months in advance, I never received a call to go over the details as they advertise online. So I decided to call in and check on the details. They told me that the system canceled my reservation although I did everything right. They also told me there was no longer any rooms available and there was nothing they could do. Furthermore, although the system canceled the reservation, there was no automatic refund of my deposit. Now after sending all invitations, I have to find a new location for a party. They also did not even offer ANYTHING for this problem, not even a 1 day pass. So upsetting.

This place has potential & a lot of fun activities for children, however no organization whatsoever and rules are not enforced. The only area that they have for toddlers is surrounded by older kids trying to get through to ride the zipline. No staff around to keep things in control, for parents that have smaller children this is a nightmare.

I never actually go through with writing a review about a place but just coming back from here i was disappointed with how the customer service was so poor for such a fun place. for example, about 5 minutes after 8 (closing time) as my family and i were putting on our shoes to leave the owner came up to us not once but twice telling us to hurry up because he wanted to go home. we tried giving him feedback in person about the customer service but he rudely told us to just write it. so here it is! overall fun but mediocre customer service

Now I admit Im a big guy so I personally did not go jumping or running in this place but, my kids love it. With so many options from young to old the kids will get tired fast but not tired of coming back over and over again.

Wow. I am impressed on the place. Weekends are crazy and can be a little hecktic depending on age group. If your a local look into the membership. And the VR is to die for!!!!

Super unsafe and untended place for kids... As a mom I was so stressed when I was there.... to many kids running without supervision of parents or staff... I saw 2 accidents when I was there... crazy... no security checks for kids to go out... not recommended...

Its good. But a little expensive. Also in the few areas where u have to make a line the workers are not paying attention and skipping is happening alot. And small kids had to wait alot.

My son (who is 11) has been here twice....will never return again! The first time he complained that the workers were kind of mean. I really didnt think anything of it. He went back today and verbalized that the workers called him trash particularly the workers that were monitoring the zip line. Will not let this one rest....will make sure my complaint is heard at a corporate level. Will never allow my child to step foot in here again and will be sure to let any and all of my friends know to never patronize this establishment. I can forgive a one time incident but the second time is unacceptable!

Too loud. Thank God we had a private room. Giant TV blaring showing the death of Kobe Bryant all afternoon. Yikes!!!

Place is a bit overcrowded, the food is ok and the staff are a bunch of high school kids with no desire to be there and a bad attitude. They really need to put an adult in charge of the place.

This place is not for children of 2 or 3 years because they do not have to play and have fun, it is more for children 5 years and older .. apart from the work staff are young and do not care about how to treat people .. if it lasted half an hour on that site it was a lot .. each playground has a different price that means that to enjoy the whole park you have to pay for everything you want to enjoy ..

Great place for kids to play, however, staff really need to endorse their rules. There is a deluxe attraction called tubes course which is for kids 52 and smaller well throughout my visit with my little one teenagers and kids obviously bigger than 52 were all over this area making it a risk for the little and make it uncomfortable for them to play without worry. Staff will walk right next to area and not even care to say anything. They need to be a little more organized and enforce their rules for everyones safety and fun experience.... oh then I had to complain about it to a staff member and they say they can be here as long as the follow the rules....WELL GUESS WHAT.... thats not what your sign states: tubes course 52 and under only RULES need to be implemented!!! And their staff need to LEARN them

Terrible service, waited over 40 minutes for food, with no explanation why. Second time this happens to me at this location. When I explained the issue to the manager, he was dismissive and did not care.

Had tons of fun with the family, however there were a few things that we werent completely happy with. First off the place was a bit dirty (bathrooms) and the customer service wasnt the best. Second there was no control over lines and people waiting.

Had my daughters birthday here. We had kids of all age ranges and their parents having a great time here. Adults and kids can do the obstacles. It has great pizza. Not the kind you are used to at other kid party locations. We did bring our own cake and treats. They provided sox for us all to wear that had the no slip grip under them. Thry were cute and a great take home party favor for our guests in addition to ehat we provided. All and all a great experience. Also loved that we didnt feel thtown out. We were there for 4 and a half hours.

While the place can be lots of fun, there feels like there is never enough staff supervising or working.

Must of the staffs are too young and they Do Not know how to deal with little kids... they are so rude when it comes to tell them something.. first time and already a bad experience.. RudenessI called back in May to cancel this non sense membership as all your locations are closed Because the pandemic. No one never call me back. Since then I called and left several messengers and no reply. My card keep been charged with out my authorization. Today again my card was charged when your locations remains close. So what are the charges for again???I have notify the business bureau about this big fraud this company is doing and be aware I’m not the only one with this concern.Also is no help at all when calling customer service, they never return calls, the people on the phone are the most rude and disrespectful they can be.I been in the phone all morning to the 1800 number and no ones comes to the phone. Only one person did and she put back on hold until the system hang up again automatically with out even allowing to leave a message

What a fun place!! Took my daughter and her friends here for her 12th bday and they all loved it. The zipline has to be one of the best activities, the waiver process is simple and they have all sorts of food and drinks to enjoy. I wish the place was a bit bigger to fully enjoy the ziplining experience and perhaps some massage chairs for the adults to use while waiting lol but overall a great spot for the kids.
