8/10 sound quality (treble could be clearer), the GA area could be a bit more sloped to allow people shorter than 58 a shot at seeing the show. Was there for New Order. Great concert otherwise. And overall, the space is bigger than Id like - my favorite venue is Bostons Paradise, in case it helps

Amazing venue on south beach. Parking is convenient. Across the street is a parking garage with great rates compared to most of the south beach area. The venue itself is great for an intimate concert. General admission tickets provide a concert experience unlike any other local venue; up close and personal.

The Fillmore on Miami Beach is a fantastic venue for smaller concerts and performances. I have been here before and find the place to be top notch. The seating is comfortable and the acoustics are great. The food and drink prices are limited and a bit pricey, but this is to be expected when you are captured inside of an event. Parking is available in a garage down the street. It is a small enjoyable walk since you are South Beach. Security is tight and the wait to get in the door was minimal.

A favorite spot to see a show.I have been down to the Gleason about a dozen times, and its been great every time. From comedy shows, to pen events to some great rock bands, its never disappointed. The other day I was down for the Pink Floyd show. Oops, I mean Brit Floyd, probably a better show even at this point.getting in was fairly smooth, with metal detectors not slowing down the masses much. once inside, the same nice atrium was there to greet. We got in the concession lines, of which there is always enough of to keep lines down.We grabbed our seats after mingling about in the lobby for a bit, waiting for the show to start. Our seats were about the 20th row, but it truly felt like we were right n top of the stage. It was a sit down in chairs type show, but I have been to other rock shows that standing room, and its well laid out for that as well. Its a bit of a drive to make it to South beach for a concert, but when its a good show, its well worth it.

Love going to concerts here. Only drawback is there are no cupholders for your drinks. So be sure to bring a bag to keep your items in to keep next to your seat. Also if you have to sit to watch a concert be careful when choosing your seat. Everyone loves to stand and dance...it is a music concert after all :) Dance on my fellow music enthusiasts.

Amazing place! Now that sounds like a boring review to start with. The Fillmore is a fantastic venue that all artists should perform in, there’s a lot of seats yes but the space is so large that whether you’re sitting in the back or front you get an amazing view of your artists or group.

Went there 10/29 for the Sleeping With Sirens / Bring Me The Horizon show. First time going to the venue, we went early so there was no problem parking. (Traffic is ALWAYS a nightmare down here) We were in the front row pit, the only problem I had - there was a weird smell, smelled like Sharpie markers, gave me a headache. Oliver Sykes jumped off stage came and put his forehead against mine, smiled the biggest smile and then hugged me! Kellin Quinn jumped off stage, took off his jacket and gave it to my daughter and then after the concert, signed it! We love being in the Pit, brings you so close to every one! Best night ever!!!!

The Fillmore Theatre is absolutely beautiful. I was there Saturday, December 14th to see Madonnas Madame X Tour with a friend. It is an old Theatre and has a max capacity of about 2500 people, however it is larger than I expected. The seats are comfortable and the view to the stage was great. Although, I was sitting in the orchestra section. My only complaint is we ordered two mixed drinks (not doubles) and paid $50.

This is one of my favorite theaters in the Miami area. Due to the small size, any seat has a fantastic view of the stage. Ive seen John Legend perform concerts here twice, and both times within the first 3 rows and those seats really make you feel like youre on stage with the artist. The pictures Ive attached were taken from my phone from the second row without any zoom. The area they have desginated for VIP is also very exclusive in size which make the experience more personal. They have multiple bars and restrooms are very clean. Everytime I see the opportunity to go to a performance here, I take it!

The theater is beautiful and the staff is nice and attentive. This venue uses extra thick plastic plates and flatware for their catering events. At a time when more people are straying to be aware of their plastic consumption, and were trying to refuse/reduce it, Im hoping the Fillmore will make an effort in the future to request compostables instead.

Very angry and dissatisfied with the lack of support providedNo one ever picks up the phone ever. The website says they are open but to whom. I was so excited about seeing her.

I took my daughter last year to the KIDZ BOP 2018 concert. Good atmosphere, very happy children, nothing to complain. I bought orchestra seats. After the 3rd song they put a security person to take care that the CHILDREN did not cross to the area closest to the stage. The gentleman was literally standing in front of the show. I decently asked the show organizer to tell the security to at least sit down and nothing happened. This review is for theater organizers. The show was fantastic. Find attached photos.

World class venue! We had Pit GA tickets and they luckily had a separate entrance for us so we didn’t have to wait in the very long line to get in. Once inside, the place was extremely new looking, clean and well setup. Our Pit section had its own bar so you didn’t have to miss any of the show while waiting in line (rarely was any line). That was a huge plus! Cuz normally you miss a song or two to go get more drinks. I’ll definitely be going back to the Fillmore Miami Beach and will always try to get Pit GA tickets for the best experience possible... worth every penny.

Went to a concert. For a start, organization was not good. Long lines of cars trying to find parking and another long line to get be able to get in, not to mention the pricey drinks. But that could be understandable up to some point, at the end of the day nothing is perfect. The worst part was being inside under the harassment of the staff. They came to us asking for the tickets at least two times in the middle of the concert, like if they wanted to verify that we actually bought tickets for the section we were in. A lady in a very bad attitude was forcing us to go to our seats in an area that was quite open for us to move an see the artist on the stage since everybody was standing up and you couldnt see anything from your seat. I even saw her trying to block the camera of a guy filming a song. I was so upset that I asked her name. She said she had no problem on giving it: Connie Sanders. Seriously! You pay and go to a concert to enjoy and not to suffer the mistreatments of such an unprofessional staff. Hope this comment helps to make things better in the future and administration to take action.

We went to Madame X tour / Madonna last night and was the worst concert ever. No air conditioning, and the WORST VISIBILITY EVER. The Fillmore needs to work on this. You pay a huge price and then you are not able to see 90% of the concert because people cover all the view. The stage is so low and we where in “good seats” orchestra level. Want my money back. Customer service & acoustics were fantastic. BUT, the carpeted steps to the seating are NOT ILLUMINATED!!! To me, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Excellent venue, just the right size, not too big, not too small. Nooks, crannies to disappear or just hang out all over. Good sound quality, but occasionally a little too loud. (I once had ringing in my ears for 2 days and now bring ear plugs just in case its overwhelming).I just saw Madame X (Madonna) and last year saw Umphreys McGee which was amazing. There is a decent parking garage on 17th Street close by. Much has changed in South Beach in the two decades that I have been living in Miami. One of the few constants is the Jackie Gleason Theater. I’ve seen performances here on and off over the years -- David Sedaris, Margaret Cho, Mamma Mia, Tori Amos among others -- and I am delighted that it is still a part of the landscape of this city. Last week, I saw Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker which was fun, joyous and captivating. Conveniently located a block or so north of Lincoln Road, the Jackie Gleason Theater has maintained its relevance by showcasing the types of performers and acts that fill its mid-size stage and which have an enthusiastic and/or underground following. Built in the late 1950s, several recent renovations have ensured that its interior, lighting and sound are up to date to meet the expectations of today’s audiences. The venue staff are always friendly and helpful - I purchased my tickets at the Box Office and got terrific seats thanks to the recommendation of the ticket agent. Likewise, great service at the concession stand. Performances start on time and ushers direct attendees to their seats quickly (and discreetly when they arrive late…!). There are several parking garages near the theater and its proximity to Lincoln Road makes dining options a breeze as well.

How are you going to host a metal/hardcore show and divide the general open area and also have a smaller pit area? Even the bands were confused and apologized for choosing the location. So much so that one of the artists went to the back of the seated area and sang from there. The way the stairs/railings are positioned randomly in the front ...it’s just Not a good venue for these types of rock shows. This was for Sleeping with Sirens and Bring Me The Horizon. We went to see Imogen Heap. The venue was nice. We were really close to the stage, so we could see perfectly. I liked that even the general admission floor space was terraced so it was easier for everyone to see. If you are thinking of getting seats, I wouldnt buy on the first few rows, because they are right behind the people who are standing. The one downside was the drinks were super expensive, so we didnt get any. Not many people I saw bought drinks. I was at the Fillmore last night for the LANY concert. The concert itself was amazing. I also scored tickets to the meet & greet and it all went smoothly and was super fun!! However, the staff at the teacher was EXTREMELY rude!! Something that really surprised me because I have attended shows at the Fillmore before and never had a bad experience. When we were walking into the meet & greet, one security lady yelled at it because we kept walking right up to the doors since no one was standing there. She yelled at us for no reason. Moreover, once we made it into the venue we were trying to get to the pit and there’s a yellow line marking where the line ends. I was standing on the line and instead of telling me to stand in it nicely she grabbed me by the arm and told me to leave. Totally uncalled for. We decided to leave the place where we were standing and just grab seats. When we tried walking to the seats, the same lady put her arms out and wouldn’t let us through. Yelling at us, she said “where the hell do you think you’re going?”. We explained to her that we wanted to sit down and she kept yelling at us telling us that we shouldn’t be moving around even though everyone was doing it too and it was way before the show. Overall I enjoyed the concert experience but really only because I love the band and their show was really cool. I was really disappointed with the staff!
