Too much smoke. You have to pass through a smoke filled casino to get to the nonsmokers OTB...horrible, nasty smell of smoke is still in my clothes...I love the races but I wont be back until management does something to protect nonsmokers.

Some of women who work there be feeling some type of way for reasons unbeknownst to me!! But as long as i have no interaction with them Im gucci!!

Love the offtrack betting but really needs a bit of overhauling. The cigarette smoke is over the top and it is dark. Has slot machines and set up for horse racing. Sad to say this because always liked going there. Conveniently located and ample parking. Just cant take the stale smoke smell in my hair and clothes! So sorry!

Pretty dingy and grimy inside and their machines hit pretty often but not for very much their payouts are very low

This place is nothing but a big scam. They change there games and wagers to take your money!Just when you think you have found a winning machine they change the games and the price to play. Save yourself the time and money. Play somewheres else.

Machines were really loose for a year, but now have tightened up alot. Not sure if its the time of the year, or just all the cash drawings.

Terrible machines! Never win here. Dont waste your time. Too many people smoking cigars and those stinky brown cigarettes. Too many old people in there. Hardly anyone in their twenties. An old lady spilled her beer on me. It was disgusting. My cousin and I left after only 30 minutes the last time we went.

Treat customers terribly dont serve any snacks are appetizers never come around to see if u need anything half the machines are broken buttons dont work

Been coming to this OTB since 2006 .. The ladies who work here are very nice. They all know me by first name.They offer complimentary drinks. The machines pay sometimes and sometimes it s tight like any casino. Customer service wise the ladies are great but i m disappointed at management. Over the years i won my behind off and also lost my behind. They have a loyal reward program for loyal customers and also VIP members get more cash each month to play with. The one thing im disappointed about is this new manager came in and i m guessing he has to figure out who is VIP and who is not .. What i see is people that just started coming there are getting extra monthly money ( VIP) and as for me i get the regular $5 bi weekly .. I ve learn to just get over it but i had to share my thoughts. Besides the unfair judging i really love coming here all because i enjoy gambling.

Apparently kicking the machine off the podium and yelling you cheating w**** as loud as you can after losing $800 is not acceptable

I spend thousands of dollars in that so called betting parlor when I went there a couple of days ago to cash out a little $5 dollar a week flyer that Ive been getting for at least two years or more than when I put my credentials in the machine it red flagged me.That means someone who I call a RAT that so called Works there is into my business.
