I called in to give my information, then Tammion contacted me the next day. It took over a week to get a quote. I understand they have lives of their own, but Ive gotten quotes the same day from other travel agents. The quote wasnt even the right hotel, and she only emailed one portion of what I requested. I will be taking my wedding party elsewhere.

Our family trip this year to Domincan was wonderful great service and easy sailing the whole way through.They even have us free bottles of champagne in our room.

Ok, well i called 3 times and was hung up on 3 times. I dont understand why they dont want to do buisness.

My friends and I found Tammion and her business through my friends mother. We paid for a package deal to go to New Orleans for the Essence Festival that was SUPPOSED to include the hotel (staying at the Omni) for 3 nights and the concerts for 3 nights. It was a disaster from the beginning. She never communicated to us but only to my friends mother (Tammion and the mother were friends ) We did drop the ball and most of the group paid their last payment too late. We were willing and ready to deal with the consequences, which she told us there would be late charges. She than told one of my friends that the tickets to the concert were gone. But how when originally the hotel and concert tickets were a package deal? I called her and she said she would see into getting some more tickets and would call me back by the end of the week. No call. I called back, no answer. My friend calls and she than lets him no that not only do we not have tickets, we no longer had the room, which she knew about but never called to tell us we had to call to figure it out. She than took it upon herself without communicating to us and booked us at the Intercontinental, NOT the Omni. When asked why, she stated that someone said we needed a room but couldnt provide a name. We later asked would we be getting money back for not being able to go to the concerts (which was promised) She said after she calculated the late fees she would see how much. Never received a call back. She has not provided an invoice to anyone but me on the last payment, 6 people ended up in 1 hotel room, and we didnt get our money back for the concert. She tended to have an attitude every time one of us would call checking on the package deal we were promised or she wouldnt answer her phone. She never called any of us 1st. We would have to constantly call. Shes very unprofessional and came off to be a horrible liar.

The staff there is great and I have a wronderful vacation.
