I was here the other day and me and my daughter and I had about just the best time! The event service as well as customer service was impeccable, specifically a young man, Brayden. He was very attentive to our needs and at one point, my daughter was lost and he quickly brought her right to me. Will definitely be coming back here for future events if the customer service stays this impressive!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We took my 2.5 year old son here and he was too afraid to do anything. After five minutes of trying to coax him into the various bounce houses, I asked the woman at the front desk if we could get a refund since he hadnt done anything. She said once you pay the entry fee there are no refunds. I think this is horrible customer service. Total waste of $8. I would have liked to have been told it was nonrefundable under any circumstances when we came in.

I made a comment about the pricing of the drive by bunny service being $35 for 15 mins bc i thought it was a little high. They deleted my comment instead of addressing it. Also the ONE time we did go the place was not clean, i didnt let my kids get on half the equipment bc it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in a while. For the price you would be better off going to urban air. You have just lost my support for your business. You should also reevaluate how you take criticism/opinions.

This place is awesome. they have friendly staff that make sure the environment is safe, clean and fun. there is ample room for a party and plenty of tables to sit at. there is also arcade games as well. my kids love this place I will be coming again and again and would highly recommend this place to everyone

This place is wonderful for kids. Lots of bounce houses and indoor games. My nephew loved it!

MY GRANDSON REALLY ENJOYS THIS PLACE THE PEOPLE ARE SO VERY NICE AND THEY ALLOW THE KIDS TO JUST BE KIDS AND ENJOY THEMSELVES.... I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...THE ONLY THING MISSING IS FOOD IF THE HAD A FOOD STAND THAT WOULD BE THE BOMB....

The kids had fun but I think it is way over priced. Almost 200$ for 2 hours and really the only thing they provide is a table cloth and plates. We even had to clean our own table. I wouldve expected them to clean up for us for the price we paid

Went for a party. Party host never showed. Customer services sub par. I didnt like going for a birthday party feeling unprepared. They had video games for the kids to play and without cash, I felt we couldnt have as much fun as intended.
