This was such a cool accidental find in downtown Mesa! We tried to go to another nearby coffee shop but it was actually closed, so we tried Jarrod’s. So glad we did! The owner (or manager?) was super friendly, very welcoming and friendly. It seems like a really cool place to hang out, as it’s also a gallery. Our coffees were tasty, so this was all around a 10/10 stop. Hopefully we can return soon!

This place has some of the best coffee and tea in the valley, and thats not even the best part of this place! The artwork is amazing, always changing and always interesting. Like a river, you can never come into the same shop twice. The quality of service and fare is always consistent, and the staff are people you just want to hang out with. There are tons of places to sit and chill, large tables, small, intimate tables, couches, lounges, several rooms and meeting spaces. This place is a gem, and Jarrod and his staff are truly interested in supporting the community. One of the best local business out there.

Ive been here constantly for the past month its a very chill and pleasant place to hang out and study or just to talk quietly. The back room is amazing theres always a new detail I notice everytime I come in. They also have coloring books and pencils to pass the time. My favorite drink has been the hot cocoa so far but that might just be because of the winter. It tastes amazing and its just hot enough to warm you up but not to hot that its scalds. If you like a nice little hang out spot Jarrod`S Coffee should be on your list of coffee shops to visit!

I love Jarrods... The staff are always great and loving people, not only does the drinks and food look gorgeous they taste great as well (I love their lemonade and smoothies)... Theres always something to do; you can sit and use their WiFi, play board games, play the piano, and listen/participate in the open mics or watch local performances, or you can simply just walk around and look at the beautiful local art work all around the Cafe... I would 10/10 suggest this beautiful peaceful place to anyone any day

Jerrod and family are kind and caring business owners, and that translates into the finest cafe and meeting place in Mesa ( and many other places as well). I meet here regularly with a weekly group and also bring my friends. It is a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy many treats, snacks, sandwiches, and beverages. The Art and Gift Gallery is as good as you will find anywhere. Kudos Jerrod! Ill be seeing you again soon.. ~ R

Cool joint with a hip vibeb the dame behind the counter werent too bad neither. Tall drip, plenty of cream I said. She served me up right. Dropped a wink a smile for a tip. Today was my 1st time in, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Right off the batt I noticed that all the customers as well as employees were wearing masks, which is super nice to see since a lot of other coffee shops Ive been to have not been enforcing masks while customers are sitting inside. The man at the register was very welcoming and friendly. I was super excited to hear that they had 2 different types of nitro coffees. I got the light roast the Ethiopian, and thedark roast Mez (I cant remember the full name). As chilled coffees they both had strong flavors, they werent weak. The light roast did taste slightly more acrid to me but I usually like dark roasts more anyways. I think the nitro would have tasted more smooth and had a better head to it if they allowed more nitrogen gas to infuse in the coffee. It seemed like maybe the tank was low. I got a large latte for my boyfriend. It was SO good. The espresso was so smooth, and came with 4 shots. Over all I was super satisfied with the nitro coffee and the latte. The atmosphere was very welcoming and it was nice to look at the art while waiting for the order. I will definitely be back!

Im not sure if it was the friendly vibe of the proprietors and patrons of this place, or the wonderful art on the walls, but I found a smile was soon replacing the grimace on my face. It may also have been the fault of the sonorous voice of the songbird that entertained the place that night.

Did you mention that you play piano and you were wondering if they have one there you can play? Well the answer is YES, but b courteous and ask permission first. It sits in Mesa on Main Street but for a slow business area they have quite a few customers that come in. Also check out their events they have going on as this is what coffee shops are supposed to be like. They even have a chest table which sits right next to the piano. The entire Cafe is wall-to-wall with custom paintings that are for sale. They also have a jewelry counter with items for sale.
