What a wonderful place to learn new things

Ceri is an amazing instructor. I went in knowing nothing about welding, and came out understanding the gas bubble, the metal, and what constitutes a good weld. Ceri is personable, engaging, and informative. I had SO much fun in this class. I love my little jellyfish tube. Cant wait to do it again!

This experience far exceeded our expectations! Ceri is a refreshing gem. She was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent teacher! Her passion for metal works was invigorating and made us all want to stay longer. Her shop is brilliantly put together while showcased all of those that created masterpieces before us. I would highly recommend coming to a course if youre looking for something different for a date night or even just a night out. Out of 5 stars, Id rate this experience a 40! Brilliant!

The instructor is fantastic and great at explaining the process. I took the introductory welding class and was able to learn the basics and got a grasp on how to advance. Highly recommend this place for beginners or even those looking to better their welding skills.

So fun! We took one of the welding classes as a fun date, and it was awesome! 90 minutes, you learn some fundamentals and you get to make something. If you are looking for something fun to do, step out of the ordinary and take a welding class!

I went to The Collaboratory last night and created a torched and welded candle holder. What a lot of fun! Ceri was a great teacher and easy to work with. Surprisingly, I never felt scared or like what I was doing was dangerous because she prepared us so well. Id highly recommend taking a class here if youre interested in art or welding. I will definitely go again and bring different friends over time because this is a very unique experience to share with someone.

Had a great time at Collaboration. Though I Im far from a master at welding it was fun trying to learn it. I go back there again.

I took my first abstract sculpture welding class almost 2 years ago and Ive been enjoying the community ever since! Ceri is an excellent instructor - uplifting and encouraging while still keeping you safe and technically-sound. Support local art in Phoenix with a class and then talk to Ceri about what ideas YOU want to make tangible!
