The staff was very friendly. We wanted fireworks that would be good for our grandkids and Brian help us find great ones that they enjoyed. He even had us put back a package saying he could do better. thanks for great experience, kids loved. (The ladybugs were great hit)Will be only place we go for our fireworks.

Great deals. Way better than Phantom. Much bigger selection and better stock. The propane cannons outside were a little too loud for small children, but fine once inside.

I always spend around $1000 every year on fireworks yearly for the 4th and most of the fireworks I bought from boomtown were either duds or backfiring so I had to stop allowing my kids to use them. My finale cakes were misfiring and one completely blew up and extremely hot pieces flew over 50 feet ruining my annual family celebration. One piece caused burns on my nephews leg and other hot pieces literally burned holes on my family’s clothing. My leg was burned as well And it’s healing but thank God I turned my body when I heard the huge explosion. I called BOOMTOWN multiple times and even left a voicemail and they completely ignored me . I will NEVER spend my hard earned money there again . They don’t even have the decency to return my call to apologize at the least !!!!! So unprofessional!!!!

The prices are good, and the people are very friendly. They will explain the effects of each product and how it works to you. I go there every year.

Great costumer service! I was on my way back home from the mall on route 30 with my 2 kids, decided to stop here and get some small fountains and sparklers etc etc for the kids. Went to pay and ended being just $3 short. My cashier Mary insisted it was fine as I was trying to put something back to bring the price down. She let me go with all my stuff! On top of that, she gave the kids some pop-its and was super helpful and friendly! You definitely dont see costumer service like that anymore. Will definitely be back next year!

Visited 6-3-2017. Huge surprise. Was expecting the typical ridiculous pricing found at nearly all other fireworks stores in Indiana. Dropped in on a whim on the way back from Albanese candy outlet. Prices are very good. I did not feel ripped off at all. On top of it, they were selling bottles of water for 25¢, just as a courtesy. Possibly the cheapest for fireworks in Indiana. No stupid fake membership card or forms to fill out. The front row of the store is buy 1 get 2 free, but I think they do that just need because everyone else does. Everything else is respectably priced per item. No need to buy one item at 10 times the normal price to get 4 free like other places. Just buy what you want. Good selection of aerial repeaters, fountains, novelties, firecrackers, shells. The guy running the place was great, full of suggestions but not pushy. There are not 100 billboards on the highway for this place. In fact, I did not see a single one for this place...And Im glad. This place is not fancy and polished like other stores, but that is what makes it great and worth the trip. Awesome collection of vintage signage on display as a bonus for stopping in. If you are going to Indiana for fireworks, please stop by this place. Its only a few miles past the one near Sams club and its well worth the trip. Stopping anyone else would be a waste of time. This is my favorite firework store in the country. They always have great fireworks, better stuff than any big box store. The prices arealways very good. The best part is the owner and the employes. Everybody is like your friend and they know their products. I cant wait to return to the store.
