Great customer service. Hours are up to date. Glad it’s open during this time

We had a good time here for my daughters birthday. We went around 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and it is a kid friendly environment. The only thing I didnt like was the sex and grinding type music so early in the day while smaller kids are there. What happened to all the dance music that these kids are listening to now.

I took my daughter here to celebrate her birthday. The party room, customer service, and food were pretty good! However, towards the end of the night, one of the floor monitors decides to snap on my child for almost going on the skating floor with a cup of ice in her hand. The floor monitor cursed my daughter out, and made her cry. I was hurt by the way they handled this situation. I asked if this was protocol.. what happened to simply saying ‘you can’t take that on the floor’ and why did the floor monitor feel it was okay to curse at a child? After security and managers got involved the monitor gave us the driest apology ever. Ms Kim, was the only one that seem sincere. The other lady said ‘technically your daughter was wrong’ WOW! No kid deserves to be yelled and cursed at for ALMOST going on the skating floor with ice. Other than that, my daughters and friends have a fantastic time!

Fantastic Fun place that is clean and has beautiful new carpet. I love that they have an artistic skating club at East End and host an annual artistic skate competition every February. I always enjoy the time I spend at East End Skating Center!

The place esthetically was ok. The crowd was too large, during COVID. Many people did not wear a mask and no one enforced wearing one, once inside. The womens bathroom has a terrible leak. The food lines were too long.

Moms intuition just told me to double back & PICK up my kids...as I was pulling in officers were leaving... I asked security what was the issue behind that...child kidnapped... No extra enforcement was made...NEVER AGAIN...ON TOP OF THAT IT SEEMS LIKE HOT @$$!!

My family member had a party at east end. The atmosphere was great. No drama or violence.

Had a blast here... havent gone skating in about 15 years. Now its time to buy some quads & blades...Ill definitely be back!

Similar to a lot of different skating rinks Ive been to. The food is the same as every other skating rink. Good place to come with friends.

Tonight the majorettes performed on.My child school did family night tonight it was great and the food bar was jumping! We definitely had fun!

The customers made East End Special. The Roller Skaters was very nice and friendly during the adult sessions. However, they had skate guards on the floor with no skates and they charged my mother who is disabled $10 for admission and for rental skates. They also told her she had to get the skates and put them next to her. I can understand an admission fee, but to say you have to get rental skates also was ludacris!! Their should be special concessions for the disable. I don’t believe the owner thinks before he enforces these rules. Luckily, the manager is very kind an patient when explaining why things are so unusual at their rink. Do better East End to your customers who are making your rink great.

I think this place was great. I went there with a bunch of friends and the workers played a lot of good music and a variety of music as well. The bathrooms were very difficult to use though with skates and I think they should try to have handrails in there just to help people out.

Its a wood floor. The music was good and the people were friendly. The floor is a nice size.

Took the grandkids (7 of them) they had a good time. It takes a little if you order food. They also have games to play. It can be expensive when you have more than one or two kids.

My oldest wanted to go skating for her birthday. She loves coming here.

I went during the 18+ hours and it was a fantastic experience. Their wood floor is great and the feeling the place puts off is like no other. The downside was that the place is a little run down.

Saturday morning skating lessons are a fun option for kids.

My husband had the best time here. Not too crowded, the food was good, and the people were friendly.

The DJ That is working tonight is the best. Very funny. He is a fantastic DJ. I cant wait to go back.

Limited and dark parking lot. Staff wasnt very friendly and the ladies restroom was not clean and smelled horrible! Children running and jumping on and over the chairs. Children shouldnt be allowed to get dropped off if they are under the age of 15.

Good to see the Old school and young school enjoy what they love.

I usually take my grandchildren on Sundays. The music is appropriate for children and they have a great time.

I havent been to this skating rink in a LONG time! Recently went for a party and it was the best experience Ive had at a skating rink. The music, owners and environment were great! The DJ was very good, he play games with the kids. The owners were very attentive. They had security guards and everything! The food was soooooooooool good! I was shocked bc skating rink food is yucky! I stopped going here initially because they had shootings in 2005, but now its different. Kids there wanna skate and listen to good music, no fighting or shooting at all...

The floor is a lot better than I remember from 15 years ago. Tell me again why I quit skating?

The black man with the afro who gave me skates was very unfriendly. I wanted roller blades and he made me take skates. He also wouldnt speak loud enough for me to hear him over the loud music. Every time I asked him to repeat himself, he got an attitude with me. Find another skating rink with a lit park lot and friendly staff.

Great spot to hit.... Plenty new hip-hop... R&b... Awesome crowd to skate with.... Just be sure to have stoppers on your skates or youll have to buy some upon entry
