Some staff has worked there a while and is very knowledgable. New younger staff seem like they lack knowledge and just want to rush through thing. Younger staff seem like they dont care.

The most helpful staff you’ll ever find. Honesty isn’t always easy in business and before I spent the money on a wood burner the staff (avoiding names) actually told me Home Depot had a better selection. They price match to any competitor + 10%, they have a huge selection of merchandise, and while you shop for your items there’s a kids section too! Funko pops, science kits, all kinds of toys and build it items. This is the perfect DIY place.Pro Tip: There is ALWAYS a coupon for something crazy, 40% your most expensive items or something.Pro Tip: Your receipt will contain a crazy coupon too! Mine was 50% any item in the store.

Very nice Michaels store they have a huge selection of arts and crafts supplies. Their picture frames are excellent quality and I can tell you that there custom frames are just as nice. Staff is a little sparse its sometimes hard to find somebody to ask questions but I certainly would recommend this store.

Very few choices for craft stores in this area. Prices here seem to be a little high due to a lack of competition, since Pat Cattans was closed.

Found some really good candle deals. Was kinda disappointed they do not have a fabric selection.

It could take hours to explore all of the awesome items in this fascinating store and the associate that scanned my items smh she was the cats pajamas... So cool friendly and engaging she had a genuine personality was professional and efficiency was her middle name... She was the on top of the cake

The store was very clean and had a nice layout. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. They helped us look through the store for a product we were looking for. The cashier, Aurora, was very friendly, and worked hard to ensure our experience was great!

Nice selection of merchandise, but its hit or miss as to whether they will accept their own coupons for valid purchases. Customer service is less than ideal. I find that I am frequenting other craft stores more and more because of difficulties shopping at Michaels. Why offer coupons if you dont allow your customers to actually use them? Even on the rare occasion I have tried to return an item with a valid receipt, I have been told that the return wasnt allowed or it was extremely difficult to conduct. Not allowed to return something, with my receipt and within the allotted time?!?! That doesnt even make sense! Shopping online with them is almost impossible. I tried 3 different times to order something for pickup, and could never get the order to go through. Its easier just to go somewhere else.

Great place for the crafter or artist. Has all the needed supplies in abundance. Be sure to go online to get their coupons for substantial discounts!

Acrylic paint section was a disaster & not stocked very well at all. And, as usual, the canvas prices are DESPICABLE. And i really see no point at all to being a rewards member.

Theres something for every level of crafter here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean. I like that they put out seasonal items early enough that you have time to finish crafts for decor or gifts!

I went in for acrylic paint. I found a wonderfully appointed store, clean and very eye appealing. I like clean organized stores it makes shopping easy and enjoyable. I lingered looking at their creative projects and displays.I found a few things on sale that I treated myself to.Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.Definatley returning!

Ahh my favorite craft store! I hit up both locations yesterday. Mayfield store was amazing as always. They have moved some things but the staff that assisted me were great. My only issue with this store is the bathroom is never clean. The same employee sign off sheet has been hanging in there for several months. I almost snapped a photo of it last week when i was there.The Mentor store is okay, but its so tight in there and they dont always seem to have everything that the Mayfield store does, but hey their bathrooms are usually cleaner.

I love Michaels and could spend hours in there but on this particular day, I only had a few minutes to spare. Not only did I find exactly what I needed, I picked up a couple other items for projects Ill be working on later this year. Now if only I could remember my coupons when I go.

Who has ever stepped into a craft store and not had your creative juices flowing? There is always a variety of everything. This store is generally well stocked. They offer fun classes if you are looking for a Saturday activity with the little ones while you browse. Their sales and promos are amazing. Anything you ever wanted to try your hand at, there is something here. The baking section is awesome. With all the tools supplied here, even an amateur like me can pull off something pretty amazing. The staff is knowledgable as well. Always helpful.

I havent been in a bad Michaels, but this one is the especially well stocked with seasonal decorations. They are kind of skimpy in the yarn section, but still a nice store.

The shopping experience was educational. I saw a few items and got great inspiration for creating new crafts.

Theres no help around and in the store for customers. Items mostly dont have price tags/labels. And worse than all of these issues, the cashier was rude and grumpy and exhibited racist demeanor.

Looking for flower arrangement parts for wedding, decent selection, but we couldnt afford in the quantities required.

Although the items I went to purchase at 70% off were limited, I was still able to get what I needed. The store was maintained however the line was long and it was very cold outside so everytime someone walked in wed get a blast of cold air which made waited not so pleasant. The check out person was helpful in packing my glass items. All in all it was a good experience. Id just wished the registers werent so close to the door.

If you cant find it at Michaels it probably doesnt exist. Theres a good selection of everything from white craft/scrapbook paper to seasonal decor to crafty stuff for kids to a fairly big wedding section. The selection of baskets could be better, but its not too bad. Overall a fun place!

I had a perfectly cooked filet mignon at medium rare. Very difficult at some places. Broad menu. Excellent waite staff. Excellent ticket times. Give it a try. Its worth it!
