This is my first time at a Michael’s and I genuinely enjoyed how much of a kid in a candy store feeling this gave me. Outside of photography I haven’t done anything remotely artistic in decades but that will be changing very soon.

Long line to check out but it moved quickly thanks to the great cashiers!

They remodeled the store and added lots of new products. Very enjoyable.

The store was clean and well maintained. The associate I asked questions was able to answer them and walked me directly to the product I asked for rather than just give me directions. The cashier was friendly. I would definitely come back to this location.

Good craft store. stay on the lookout for coupons before you visit, theres always something you can get a discount on

Dec 2nd...place is already devoid of most Christmas decorations...employees cranky as usual. Did much better at HobbyLobby.

Very clean store. Long line, but it moved very quickly and everyone followed the 6 foot markers on the floor. Very polite and helpful cashier.

I looked up an item online and sore they had it and what aisle it was in. When I got to the store in the aisle it certainly wasnt the right section I wanted. Too bad they dont have there online inventory up to date. I mentioned that to one of the girls and she was glad to show me where my item was.

Great hobby shop. Pearl paint went out of business years ago near me, and since then I started coming here for all my art needs. Just went shopping today for some reasonably priced Halloween decor, and the check out was pretty quick. Employees seem nice and wish to help. Highly recommended!

Went to Michaels the other day. I love that I can order online and pick up my orders in the store. Just order early enough in the morning and wait for your confirmation email and your good to go. I also LOVE that I had a 40% off coupon for everything I bought!! Makes it easier on my wallet. Thank you Michaels!!!

I used to go to Michaels for everything. And then they stop selling disposable cake boxes. and a few times I went in there and they did not have the cake accessories that I needed for baking. Besides that the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and very pleasant both on the floor and at the register

Thay had little mirror charms I needed for a skit I was doing about the mirror of truth. They accepted coupons for discounts I downloaded on my phone so that $15 worth of merchandise became $10.

Good place for craft supplies. If they dont have it, give up!

Placed an order online for 100 T-shirts. They were ready for pick up at the store within 2 hours. Great service!

Good prices especially after Christmas

Everything about this store screams simplicity. Only complain is the lines and how many people ring at the register .. I felt bad for the cashier. When theres a line that clearly isnt moving pull some staff .. for the customers and cashiers sake .. please and thank you ... good luck my cashier warriors .!!

Today Wendy helped me so much! That woman is absolutely fantastic. Shes super knowledgeable and she explained to me which yarns I can use for my specific need and how to go about it. Totally thankful for all of her help and patience. Overall, Michaels can be a tad pricey but go in with some coupons and enjoy yourself! I spoke with Chris and Dana. Dana wasnt super sure about which spray was best that I needed to use and didnt want to give me the wrong info so she called chris over. Dana was so cool and we talked about making stickers and I found out that dana is trying to make some stickers too which is funny because I never hear if anyone who makes stickers lol. Chris explained everything and he was so nice, definitely a good people person which I greatly appreciate. I love all of the staff at Michaels I have not had any issues yet.-P.s Wendy and Chris are my favs. If you have any questions theyre extremely knowledgeable and so sweet.

This place is like a Wonderland for the crafty! Yarn & fabrics, pens, pencils, & charcoals, many brands of paints, & pretty much any art supplies you could possibly need are available. They have a large framing department in the back of the store as well, though I have not personally used it. I recommend the store brand paints; they are great quality & a nice deal! The jewelery supply area is so great & has elevated the quality of the pieces I am able to create on my own.Coupons are not too shabby either!

My first time coming to this location. Very clean and organized indeed. Service was great, A friendly woman helped me find a few things we needed. We didnt have to hunt anyone down. I was a little surprised they did not have much of a selection for a Native American school project we were working on. And they were quite expensive. We spent 107$ and didnt get everything we needed. I will be returning some of the unused items that were overpriced. Ended up going to Home Depot for dowels and natural wood that we needed. Dowels were much cheaper there. And I find Michaels does not have as much coupons as competition craft store AC Moore. Thanks for reading

Good place to go for craft supplies. All the coupons and sales will drive you crazy though.Check out could become frantic. Ive ordered on line and picked up. Prepaid and ready when you get there. Saves the hassle and time.

Will never be using this place for framing. Used their framing shop to mount an oil painting. After waiting over 2 weeks and paid 200dollars when i pick up the frame it has NAILS sticking through the frame! How do you not seee that! They.were nice enough to.take.money off and kept pucture another 2 weeks to fix. Brought it home. After about 1.month the canvas began to bubble and detach from stretcher. Brought it back in to them. They keep it for another week and tell.me there is nothing they can do to fix it. Are you kidding me? How is theres nothing you can do to stretch a canvas? NEVER AGAIN!

I had a great experience there. I was lpoking for a simple lance to hang my keys on, and with the help of several polite workers I found them. Its a very large store so give yourself time to look around. They have a LG variety of items besides arts and crafts. I bought a beautiful LG calendar with angels on for a senior. I enjoyed my visit. They have to much to mention here. Th eres something for everybody.

This is really up to the customers preference here in this store of many useful items from art, crafts, household, candy and other build-able items can be got here. Just dont get too flattered with staying too long the prices are moderate and you start to get what I call roving around wondering why didnt you think of a store like this. Michael who, am I missing the boat here?

Looking for jar candles. Had none so had to go to 99 cent store. Happier cause i got 2 candles for what i would have spent in Michaels for 1!!!
