We rented the private bowling room for a birthday party. The service was ok we had to wait a bit for the pizza but other than that we had a great time. The room was sanitized as we were coming in so very clean. It was a great way to get out and be social without being around to many people. Which can be appreciated during these times.

The service, prices, environment and everything else is awesome! Me and my kids spent over 8 hours here in one day and had so much fun and company was over all awesome! Would recommend and always go there when my family comes in to visit!!

Bowling lanes are awesome, people at front desk have no clue how to tell you price for family. When they say one hour thats what they mean,e were on the last frame with three people to bowl and it just cut us off. Close the lane down. Come on. My kids first time bowling oh, they were so upset...

I reserved the Bowl Blast Package for my sons birthday on 1-4-2020. Erin was very helpful and answered all of my questions! Once we got there, Brad made sure everything was ready and was very attentive to my party with our food, shoes, and lane set up. Excellent service by the entire staff

Paid for 3 hours of bowling the pins kept messing up where we didnt get all 10 it happened multiple times called for a manager and they never came

The same guy who was running the prize room was running the front desk so we were helped a little late. However the employee was apologetic and as nice as the rest of the staffing.

My wife and I had fun bowling but the alley itself kept not laying pins or counted pins wrong. For truly competitive play I am not sure this would be the place to go. Its great for kids or family fun. They advertise for leagues but as I said previously the system is buggy and not suitable for competition.

Had my grandsons birthday party there this afternoon. Everything was great. Pizzas where delicious and staf was awesome. His birthday was a great success. Thanks to the staff the helped us from start to finish. Wouldnt hesitate to do it again and will recommend to friends.

Great place, we bowled for a hour. Prices was good. Very clean place. We all had fun and will return.

We used four lanes and ordered pizza. Lanes were broken as the scoring was messed up. We were told the cameras that read the pins were broken. Then after two hours our pizza was still not ready. We asked for refund for the pizza so we could leave and feed the kids since we had been done bowling for a while. Then the pizza was delivered... But no plates, forks or cups for our pitcher of soda. Take your family somewhere else to bowl for a fun evening. Coopers Bowling out by the mall is a lot cheaper, their equipment works and their pizza is better. They have a friendly staff that takes care of you.

Used to be a nice place. Really gone down hill since the last time I was there. Took way to long to check in. Shoes in need of replacing. Food was mediocre. Restroom was nasty. And our lane rarely recorded the correct pins. The lane beside us had bumper rails that the dad had to pull one side up manually everytime they were suppose to raise.

Dont follow up or have anything set for party after a 2 week notice. So unprofessional. Staff more interested in talking on phone, goofing off, hanging out with thier friends then taking care of the customer.

My family went bowling for the first time. It was pretty slow inside, and our lane kept breaking down, which ate into our time. We were not compensated for the delaya, which was almost a total time of a game since we pay for time use versus games played. There was bare minimal staff, only 2, but wed come back still, just not that lane number 5 again.

It was my first time coming to Blue fusion and I must say it was very fun! We brought my boyfriend and his kids and nieces and we all went bowling and everybody was kind and friendly including the patrons, while it was mildly busy they shared their balls with the kids so we wouldnt waste a bunch of time looking for them. We were there two hours and still didnt have enough time to explore everything there! If you have a rainy day or just want to do something with the kids its a perfect place to go and reasonably priced as well! I will definitely be back

Made reservations on January 14th for March 7th. When we got there they had given our private room to someone else. Then not to long later someone else came on for the same room as well. We paid $200 for the private room and after all that they didnt even give a discount. They booked 3 partys for the same 2 hours. What a joke. Our pizza was late as well. Felt like were rushing us out of their way because our private room they gave us was on open room by the bar for a teenagets party. Wont go back and do not recommend this place at all. And a mouse was running around where we were at right before we left.

Place was fun for about an hour or so. But you can tell its ran down and not putting money back into the place or games.

Bluefusion is a family friendly environment. One of the best options for this time of year. The only reason why I did not give five stars is because they did seem a bit understaffed. The wait for drinks, and other services was longer than I felt was acceptable. However, Our food order was served in a timely manner. Even though We had to go to the bar area to place Our order. I am sure that We will go back again. There are many different types of entertainment options.

Best bowling experience I have had. Great place for groups or a small family. Lots of games and plenty of bowling alleys. The owner of the place came over and introduce himself to us and showed us how he cleans up a 7-10 split. Lots of fun and cant wait to go again .

I wish more people would get together and go bowling. I absolutely loved this place but it was very lacking of humans. Especially for saturday night.

Pizza was good. Booked for a private event and after we arrived we learned half the private room lanes hadnt been working. We were compensated monetarily but it would have been nice to have the option to reschedule before the party. It was nice the kids were able to play but some of our guests left early due to the lack of lanes. It is also difficult to contact the person who schedules. I left multiple messages and finally got through.

Great place to go for family outings. Or just to have an adult day. Although when paying for bowling if you have a big group of like 5-7 people pay buy game instead of for an hour. You will not get through one game in that time.

Our company had a great christmas party. We rented the entire venue for an evening. Bowling, games, dinner, desserts, drinks, music. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Employees had a fun night.

Half the games in the arcade don’t even work. It takes forever to get a staff member to help you & especially when you want to turn in arcade tickets for prizes. The bowling area is great! But the front part of the building for arcade is horrible!!! Look at the games to make sure they work before you purchase a card for games

Great for a fun time. Food is available in this venue and outside food and drink are not allowed. Arcade games are independent from the bowling. Party options available. Prizes from the arcade are decent. Spend as much or as little as you want.

Went to here with my friends to bowl for a couple of hours. The employees here are extremely friendly and are always looking to see if anyone needs help with more drinks/food. They also make sure to watch for jams,stuck balls,and malfunctioning pin placers. This is all around one of the best places to go bowling

Completely disappointing establishment. Weve tried for 2 weeks solid to book a birthday party.. INCLUDING making a stop in last night 11/23. We were promised, again, by staff the supposed party planner (apparently the only person on the entire staff that can book a flippin birthday party) would call us first thing this morning. Guess who got a call? Not me... again. So sad, I can remember when the Plaza was there, and burnt down. I can remember when Bluefusion opened, and they had an awesome indoor mini golf, and the big kids play area... both of which are now not operating. What a let down.

Dont Bother Bowling in a Tournament at this place they have NO CLUE. Last day of Tournament was April 28th. Its NOW June 7th and Results are NOT in yet....Does it really TAKE 6 Weeks to finalize a Tournament? What a JOKE Im thinking about Calling the better Business Bureau...................................................................................... (UPDATE!).. Its NOW June 24th OVER 2 weeks from the Announced WINNERS, YET Our Captain has NOT received a Check for Winning this Tournament...TIME TO CALL THE BBB ON BLUEFUSION AND MAKE MORE GOOGLE REVIEWS... THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST TOURNAMENT EXPERIENCE EVER! EVEN IF THEY CLAIMED TO BE VERIFYING AVERAGES THE FINANCIAL PART SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETE LONG AGO NOT AFTER. I RECOMMEND NOT BOWLING HERE!

Really bad overwhelmed service personal. Very rude when paying, long waits for bowling lanes, warm beer. Over priced games, no service to pick up empty bottles or food waste. Open lanes but still people were waiting and when playing you cant extend play time on a lane. Over all bad service and poor food. Nice place but needs new management to coordinate their employees and they need service training and how to deal with customers politely. $25 an hour to bowl, you think service would be better.

Drove 1 hr to bowl. Get there and I was told it was a 40 min wait. Over an hr later I finally get a lane just to find out its broke. 20 mins later still dont know when it will be fixed. Just got a refund and left. 3.5 hrs of my time wasted. They compensated me with $10 in arcade money. Why not just give me a free hour of bowling? Dont know if I will be back. Mixed drinks at the bar were awful but their chicken wings were awesome.

Fun place, theres alot to do from both the arcade and the bowling. There was just one staff member that came off as a tad rude or snippy. Otherwise it was a great time.

Cookie cake to our table and was so over cooked the fork wouldn’t come out. Asked for a new one and it took 50 minutes. The waiter came to the table to tell us “ sorry the microwave cooks it super hard after 2 minutes...” and proceeded to put another hard cookie burnt to a crisp at our table... ummm.... what happened during the other 50 minutes of waiting for an overpriced concrete cookie?

Very disappointing. Alot of broken games, the smaller bowling area was out of service, the food place was closed, and the kids play area wasnt even open. Kids still had fun though with what was there and working.

Great time. If you are there for an hour or more, pay by the hour with a group of 4 or less bowlers. Any more than that, pay by game. Good sports bar, affordable! A sweet arcade for the kiddos!

I dont know where to even start the mens bathroom smelled really bad, the oil on the bowling lanes the so thick my ball was covered in it and I was adding spin to my ball and it just went straight, I went their with one chip in my ball and left their with 3 to 4 cuts in my ball as well as my friends balls. Me and both of my friends ARE NEVER GOING BOWLING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

We go to Bluefusion every few weeks and love it. The arcade area has new games and theyve done away with the paper tickets too. Much easier for us!

I am very disappointed with their customer service! I have not been here in over 5 years and when I got tickets it took my full $20 and I only wanted $10. I then asked the women at the front desk who rudly says I cant do anything for you, the machine doesnt give change (like I shouldve known that). What if that was the last $10 I had, I know she couldve done more and was very rude about the situation. Very disappointed I will definitely stick with Coopers in Marion.

Fun place has electronic dartboard, pool table, shuffleboard, and of course bowling alleys. Great atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Had to be the worst pizza and hard breadsticks Ive had.pretty bad when u cant taste any items on it besides pizza sauce..cicis is 5 times better and thats not saying much. Guy at the bar got me half cup of Pepsi,, then put ice in it and topped it off with mountain dew...i wont be back weather party or no party

Bluefusion is good for fun and games, but I would NOT recommend the Poppys Restaurant. The food takes way too long to be served and its horrible. Ive had better frozen food entrees than what they served that took over 90 minutes to be served. The food was cold too! Its my opinion the manager could use some training in customer service as well to handle such poor situations.
