Very nice center if out of town a bit. We came from Arizona for a family wedding. Great decor and service, easy accommodations for about 100 even with covid distancing. Set up is great for bridal and groom parties, good parking and outside grounds.

The event center was absolutely wonderful. All of our guests were commenting that it was the best venue they had seen. Karen was awesome and made the whole experience work very well by suggesting what worked best with prior weddings. Her expert advice was very helpful and helped reduce our stress level. We had Kula’s cater our event and the combination of the terrific food and awesome venue made my daughters wedding day very special and a complete success!

We had our wedding at epic event center this past weekend and it definitely lived up to and exceeded our expectations! Karen, Jamie and the staff were always available to help, assist with problem solving and worked behind the scenes to make the day flawless! I received so many compliments from guests about the venue and the wedding! Would highly recommend them for wedding or parties!

Words can not describe how happy we were with our son and new daughter-in-laws wedding ceremony and reception this past weekend. We battled Covid uncertainties, heat, storms and multiple power outages (because of the storms) and I can still say that everything was better than we had ever imagined. Karen and the team at Epic are second to none. When you look up Customer Service in the dictionary, I think there is a picture of the Epic Event Center. They are very open at talking about what will work and things that can present challenges. They made us feel safe with our 300 guests during this pandemic and did a great job of making sure all procedures from food lines and table placements were in accordance with local health department guidelines. Their ideas, which we used many of, were all based on past wedding successes, so you arent just paying for a location to have your reception and/or ceremony, you are getting great advice and consultation too. We chose to have an outdoor wedding, but with high heat and humidity and storms rolling in, the staff was prepared to convert the reception hall into the ceremony hall in a moments notice. They have thought of everything. At the end of a long day, they take care of so much of the clean-up and prepare you to come back the next day to finish picking up everything and help with this as well. When renting this location, I really feel like you are getting 3 days of amazing consultation, customer service and one of the most beautiful, classy and clean locations to have a wedding. And one final touch...for those that make the right choice to not drive home if theyve had a few too many, they encourage you to leave your vehicle and come pick it up the next day. Some of our guests that chose to do this found a note and gift card from Panera on their windshield thanking them for making the choice to not drive home. What a great touch and further example of why Epic Event Center really will provide an Epic Event for your family and friends.

Epic Event Center should be at the top of every engaged couples list to tour. The Epic team is professional, responsive, and most importantly understands that this is the most important day of starting your lives as a couple. They take the time to learn about you and your families, and in a way, welcome you into theirs. Working with the Epic team was absolutely seamless; this included recommendations on table/decoration placement, referrals to vendors, and providing unique accommodations as needed on the day of our reception. We were able to provide the Epic team with a list of our vendors and the coordination on the day of was handled in the background so the wedding party could focus on our big day. Absolutely nothing felt out of place or fell through; all of our expectations were exceeded. Epic is large enough to accommodate 300+ which was close to our guest list. No matter the size the building is beautiful ranging all from the changing of colors on the walls, the white lights that hang from the ceiling, the beautiful willow tree and pond out front, the gazebo and outdoor area with fire pits to the gorgeous stone decorated bar to pull the ambiance together for an EPIC reception! You will not be disappointed choosing Epic for your event, wedding, or reception.

We hosted an anniversary celebration on a Friday evening at Epic. Karen, Jami and the whole family were so accommodating and helpful. The venue is beautiful and clean, which made it super simple to decorate. Epic also had most of what we needed on site (tables and chairs, linens, speakers, etc.) The bar was well staffed the night of the event and we had our choice of caterers. We will definitely be back and would recommend Epic for any wedding or corporate event!

We had our first epic experience at a fundraiser this past weekend. Top notch service (their staff is SO kind), and the venue is gorgeous. And to top it off, we received a Starbucks gift card for leaving our vehicle parked overnight. Hello details and service. This crew cares. Thank you, Jami and Scott. You are awesome!!!!

From a caterers perspective, it was great. Owners were nice to deal with and helpful, and easy unloading into a nice catering room with serving tables close by.

This is an amazing venue! Working with Karen and her team for our recent wedding was incredibly enjoyable. Karen went above and beyond, was very accommodating and worked to solve any problems before they could even happen! This is a beautiful space and I highly recommend for any event!

We used the epic event center for a celebration of life. Karen was amazing to work with. I cant say enough of the setting of this place. All around beautiful place. Highly recommend this place.

Not only did they provide a sleek and elegant venue, they also provides solutions to tie up some of our loose ends for the party. We have already made reservations for next year’s party. Karen, Scott, Nicki and the entire crew at Epic are incredible. My friend got married here and they went above and beyond to make sure their day was perfect. In the wedding and event space being customer focused is something not everyone “gets” however this place does!Beautiful spot for any event especially weddings - and came back the next day to get our car with a note and gift card saying thank you for choosing not to drink and drive!! WOW is really all I can say, Thank you to Karen, Jamie, Scott and the whole team to make our special day over the top! Wouldn’t have changed one thing about our day! It was just so amazing, we had booked very early in the year and up to the day very communicative with any questions that I had and Karen was on top of it as well as all the other staff, outstanding service and made sure not just the bride, but brides parents, groom and grooms parents, all the way down to all of our guest enjoyed their time and if needed anything they were there. Several of our friends that left their autos, came back to a gift card and a thank you note! Jeremy and I would recommend Epic Event Center a zillion times and more.

I was in attendance during a wedding recently at The Epic Event Center. The title says it all... the place was spotless... looked brand new!The lights hanging above added a nice touch and the large back yard area was a great hangout spot! The staff was excellent as well... you can tell they know what they’re doing! Truly couldn’t recommend this place more.Adam

Our son and his now wife held their wedding ceremony there on 6/1/2019. We held our Annual Awards Banquet at the Epic Event Center. The center is beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating. Our members truly appreciated the full bar. The center is the perfect place to hold a company event and would be absolutely gorgeous for a wedding. We already have our 2019 event booked!
