Well this place is quite a great venue, but some of the food was lacking. I thought it odd to have a Buffalo Wild Wings sponsor without any WINGS!We brought a large group from China, and I had to explain baseball to them, which isn’t exactly easy when not a lot is happening, but I tried.The various events and staff, especially the mascots, did really try to make it fun, so I applaud those efforts. I just wish baseball was more interesting.

Such a baseball jewel in Southern Illinois. Best park in Frontier League. Fast field, friendly staff, and pro players. Independent Baseball done the right way. Take the family for a fun baseball experience. You wont be disappointed.

A cute little place to take the family for friendly baseball. The food and service was good. They had a lot of fly balls, so one of my peers got to take one homem be careful when sitting close, especially if you have little kids, because the net doesnt cover as much as other nets do.

Baseball games here are a fun time and there are more things to do during the game if you arent a fan of baseball like I am. There really isnt a bad seat in the house. Theres mini-golf, bags, Foosball, loungers, photo opportunities and more to do. The biggest complaint I have is the pricing. I understand its a sports venue but its NOT Busch Stadium. Ticket pricing is good but parking costs money even though its rarely at capacity, concessions are highly over priced. Do walk around because there are a few unique concession stands that have menu items not offered at the other stands. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings Hot Corner which offers food and alcohol but it is NOT BWW food, I think they just paid money to have their name there. Friday nights there is usually fireworks after the game so thats usually your most attended night.

Miners rocked the Otters 10-2 in 8-1/2 innings.Great facilities. Needs to get a craft beer on tap. Fun activities for the kids too. Fun family night out.

A nice clean park to watch see ball in. I love baseball and have been to a great deal many milb and frontier league games. This is definitely the nicest frontier league park Ive been in. The field itself is all turf, including the infield, which makes ground balls play faster; makes for some exciting times on the dirt!

Its great! They always have stuff going on and its fun to just watch. For a ball park things are not SUPER expensive, but just make sure to watch out. Maybe eat before you show up? The food is good, but not diner good.

Nice place to catch a ballgame but theascots are something else. One was creeping on my sister and the other one refused to high-five me. Maybe higher better characters to be part of your company.

Great time and environment for kids! I love that they bring the players out after the game for autographs and pictures! Fireworks after the games are amazing, honestly better than some 4th of July shows!

My grandson, his cousins, their mom and I enjoy taking in a game as often as we can. We wish there wasnt an off season

Im tempted to give it 4 stars but it would be out of pity. The facility itself is quite nice. The people working range from friendly and completely competent to rude idiots suffering from gross incompetence.My food was stale (twice) and they only have crisp and clear brand bottled water which is awful by the way.Its a relatively cheap way to spend a Saturday evening. Parents with young kids will probably enjoy it more than me. Theres lots of stuff going on to attract them. Frankly I wish there was more just plain old baseball but apparently maybe Im in the minority.I want to like the miners and their Park and Facilities but tonight was a reminder of why I havent been back since the last time I went several years ago and I think thats unfortunate.Let me put this another way - the people who can afford to go to Cardinals games on the regular or really even at all will probably not enjoy this.I could go on and on about the sociology aspect of this team but Ill save it for another time.

We are so fortunate to have our own frontier league team right in our back yard and the games are always fun with plenty of fun stuff going on in the background. Friday night fireworks are great in July.

We went for the miners free youth clinic. The G.M. went above and beyond and gave all attending tickets to the double header that night. Very modern stadium and way easier to get to then St. Louis. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great time @ De Soto Day at Rent One Park. Kids loved it! Miners eon in extra innings! After game fireworks were a great added bonus! Wonderful family oriented facility.

Great place to go during the summer to watch a baseball game and not have to drive and spend the money like you would going to St Louis. Really cheap to go see a baseball game for fun with friends. They also do fun on field games which is fun for the kids. They also added ping pong, bean bag toss, and a mini golf place. The mini golf cost, but the other things are with admission!

Great family friendly place to go. Food and drink prices are what you would expect at a larger ball park however they do have specials on certain days. They have a kids zone with inflatables and mini golf.

We love to go to the Miners games. Great team, great ball park, great food. Very family friendly. Not a bad seat in the house. Great views all around no matter what side you sit on. Great value for tickets too. Well worth it.

We were here for my step sons high school graduation. This was during the Rend Lake water emergency. They did an excellent job by offering clean port a pottys and they had their concessions open.Every thing was very clean and comfortable!

It is a typical minor league baseball park with tons of parking. Since I was there with a visiting team I cant add much about the spectator experience.

This is a great park for this level of minor league baseball. The team is a Frontier League team, but the quality of the park is equal to stadiums I have seen in either the New-York Penn, South Atlantic, or Carolina Leagues. All seats have a great view, and the facility is well maintained. The prices are very fair, and the parking is a breeze. The only small, small issue with the park is the lack of food choices. There is enjoyable food, but not that many choices. This, however, does not detract from the experience at this park.

This is a beautiful park. Plenty of parking, easy access, lots of workers helping people, and great concessions. The team is really good and the games are first class. Play ball!

Nice place. Cheap entertainment. We’ve quit blowing money on Cardinals games and come here a couple times a summer instead. It’s much closer and a heck of a lot cheaper. The ballpark food and drinks are good too and not overpriced. If only they had real grass and real dirt instead of the synthetic stuff.

This field and program was built with the fan in mind. There are cheapseats and great suites. And everything in between. Always clean and the staff is always attentive and kind. There is no better place for family outings.
