Most the trailers look run down and just looks old and nasty compared to the one on the Southside of manitowoc.....Plus side they have a nice pond that looks cool during summer. Not really close to anything fun or shopping wise right on edge of town

Been here 25+ years, used to be nice until it was sold to AMHC, been downhill since. Lots of active drug trafficking and police regularly dealing with domestic disputes. Owners known to discriminate against renters by not upholding community rules for everyone, just select individuals. Awful management.

I think its too crowded , no privacy,I visit someone weekly

Place is a dive, roads are horrendous in park. The place has a lot of really looking trashy trailers, cant imagine people even living in them.
