Loved the beauty and picturesque scenery. Great place for kids to play on a small beach, multiple playground sets, or riding scooters/bikes on a long waterfront sidewalk.

One of the greatest spots to play Pokemon Go! You have 3 Pokemon Stops and tons of Pokemon to catch. If you have the fever to go Pokemon then this is a great spot! Pop a lucky egg and a stardust star and let the dogs roll in!

There is a great waterfront to walk along and a few restaurants and bars to sit at and enjoy the view.

Gorgeous and diverse. The park has just about everything you could want for a day. It sits on the corner of Lakeshore drive and Jackson Ave. Typically ample parking. Big pavilion next to the main lot that sits right on the bulkhead, which runs a good distance out along the water. The other side has several areas for kids to play all sorts of things. The areas have fences along them protecting lil ones from the street and parking areas. Bicycle, walking, jogging, and pet friendly. Well maintained. It can get busy with the gorgeous sunsets and is the spot to go to for them. Half mile up the street there are quite a few nice restaurants. Theres also a nice public boat ramp.

Two different playground areas for different aged kids, shaded spot for sitting, great spot to watch boats coming and going and a beautiful view of the lake.

First time here and it was quite nice and peaceful! My kids and pups seemed to enjoy it! Nice cool breeze, as well! Not super crowded and lots of others walking with their pets!We did happen to see two alligators in the water...both at opposite side of the lake front...

Great place for fun for younger kids and big kids during the day. It is always seems clean and safe to visit. The people are friendly and dogs are welcome. Big hang out for older kids at night in this area of the lakefront. I have never seen or heard of any problems with these kids there at night because that is the place and the time I usually take my walk on the lakefront.

This is a really beautiful place. Ive been here a few times and it always takes my breath away. You can watch the sailboats, the sunset, or just people watch and trust me, there are some interesting people around here. One time there was a fellow in turn of the century attire standing on the beach playing a fiddle. He legitimately might have just been a ghost, but its still cool. Also theres a park for the kids or whatever.

My grandkids had fun and that is what it is all about.

We were in the Mardi Paws parade again this year. Such a great cause, so much fun, lots of floats, different themes every year, lots of throws, lots of adorable pets with their human families great fun whether you are tiny baby to a well learned adult. Always the Sunday after fat Tuesday. Mark it on your calendars. Btw, lots of play area for younguns

Its really nice to be able to bring the kids to the Splash Park. And you go a little further theres also the lakefront Beach. Words very beautiful and enjoyable at times. I said times because when they open the spillway that year tends to be very dirty water and not to clean for by taste as far as swimming goes. Other than that its a beautiful sight the beach scenery is nice and I love to see the cypress trees growing out of the water.

A great variety of things for kids and adults to do. Plus a great view of the lake.

Nice little getaway for the kids to unwind in the heat of summer. There is a little playset next to the splash pad and a covered bench area for the parents to relax and get out of the sun. The beach, unfortunately, is surrounded by an algae and seaweed bloom due to the spillway being open but hopefully that will diminish in a few weeks. Absolutely gorgeous homes to see along the Lakefront. Enjoyed my visit.

Very relaxing spontaneous Sunday evening on the lakefront with my son.

The playgrounds are in good condition so I feel safe letting my toddler play on the equipment. The splash pad itself seems to be broken (the stand where the button should be is just random loose wires in the cap) but maybe were just missing something. Theres a lot for him to do as well as space to run off energy too, and theyre open to play at nearly all hours (except obviously after dark)

Nice place and well cared for. Great place for the kids on a nice day. The adjacent Parking area / turn around is a popular spot for restless youth type characters to congregate. Best to have the kids away from the park before it gets dark.

I have lived in Mandeville for about 20 years and it is nice to see much needed updates to the lakefront so families with small children can enjoy it to.

Fun place for little kids during the hot summer time. Kids can play while parents enjoy the views of lakefront. There is a jungle gym type of play area along with splash pad during summer months.

Kids love it, the lakefront is very pretty, but needs more playground equipment/swings. Gets very busy with kids, not enough fun to go around. And only one baby/toddler swing.

Clean area and great for kids to splash,grown kids/adults can go to the beach area and swim.Has porta pots for rest rooms,pavilion area, play ground area, splash water area, nice large live oaks with Spanish moss for shade areas and several walking paths. Close to the boat ramp.

Fun place for a little outing or adventure with the little ones. Our 14 month old grandbaby had fun on a hot day. Only suggestion... put more of the cool decking paint around the perimeter and find a way for the black rubber swings not to be about a billion degrees. :)

Splash pad and playground very nice. Beach area is a bit disgusting, they should have a no swimming sign, especially with the sign stating the bacteria in the water.

My son loves going to the lakefront. It is his park of choice. He loves walking by the water, then going to the park and splashpad. I do wish it had more shaded seating for parents.

They have added lots of fun play grounds for kids and children so everyone check out lake front.

My dog loves to poop by the splash park. Google thinks Im at the splash park so now they are aggravating me for a review. Well I guess Google isnt as smart as they think they are. The government needs to break up this monopoly anyways. They have gotten way to big.
