You know, the world today is so inundated with almond this and cashew that... but I for one am glad to know that the Pecan Recreation Center exists. Here, we’re able to get a glimpse into the cultural activities of a nut that doesn’t get the same amount of recognition as the more mainstream ones, and seeing them frolic and play at this center is wonderfully educational. 5/5 stars.

My daughter and I love to come here during the summer. They need to post the correct information tho. Sometimes we come thinking its open and it isnt.

Very nice park. Small but very efficient and the staff is very friendly and community-oriented. Not too many programs offered but they are helpful and resourceful when needed. I love the gym and the swimming pool in the summer.

Calm park. Friendly atmosphere. Local kids with the reefer and what not.

MY DAUGHTER PLAYS VOLLEYBALL AT THIS LOCATION AND THE TIMES I HAVE VISITED FOR GAMES I HAVE WITNESSED THE EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH STAFF AND CHILDREN VISITING LOCATION. IT MESMERIZES ME HOW KIND AND SUPPORTIVE STAFF MEMBERS ARE IN THIS LOCATION. PEOPLE ARE SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE RESOURCES WITH INDIVIDUALS MANAGING IT WITH THEIR BEST INTEREST IN MIND.I LOVE THIS PLACE

Never actually been in the gym part, but Ive heard its nice. The outdoor basketball court is pretty nice, and its covered so it doesnt get too hot. The public bathrooms are pretty gross, but still usable. Its a cool place.

Had a great experience at the park. A very good place for family bonding on a Sunday. The kids love the place. Its cool, nice and clean facilities.

Usually its great.love to play basketball there.the dome in the outside court is great even though some rims are bent.my inly issue is that they have Film crews there often and they arent too friendly with the locals that go during there time there.

I love this place the staff members care and support everyone that gets involves or joins the programs

I visited with my child and we had fun on the contraption and swings. There were a couple of homeless people that we woke up but posed no threat. Parking can be hard to come by. The parking lot is small and there might be cars permanently parked there. The rec center was closed while we were there. There is a public pool and basketball gymnasium. Well be visiting again.

I always walked around the lake and see goose,duck and birds.
