HUGE park. Parking was easy, even on the weekend. Plenty of space to Covid-distance from each other and other groupsLovely park to walk around, spend time, picnic, tennis, golf (apparently!), and pool in the summer

Several reasons why I like this park. Its very large, free parking for cars and busses, lots of green grass, one doesnt hear the noise from the outside. There is 1 large parking lot as u better the park and one smaller as u continue down the road in the park and there is a archery area. (Not sure how to rent equipment). Picnic tables under a large tree is nice. Good for family and friends.

I have been going to this Park all my life having grown up and lived in Cheviot Hills. Even though I moved to Beverly Hills, I take my dog into the park most every day and continue with a wonderful walk (2.3 miles approx) around its perimeter. The hills of Cheviot are quiet and provides a nice walk in a beautiful residential neighborhood.

Went here about a week ago to watch my friend play in an adult league. The park was a little hard to nativate at first, but we drove all the way to the end and realized that there was no where farther to go. The park should have more signs to help you find your way, and I also feel like the parking should be a little more well lit. I was very concerned about my friend walking to her car alone. The fields seem to be well lit and well maintained. The whole center is very busy! Its well placed and convenient to get to.

Great place to take some action/sports photos since there arent any rangers looking over your shoulder, like in every park in Beverly Hills. There is so much space here and is a great place to bring your dog, shoot some hoops or just exercise. Definitely greater than the surrounding parks for photography. Highly recommend for this.

Well maintained park on the West side with tennis courts and the golf field near by. The playground is somehow hidden behind the building so not noticeable easily, but nicely and safely done. Also has an outdoor swimming pool... good place for family outings.

My son grew up here playing basketball (he is now a Berkeley grad). Now I take my dog (on leash) and have met the best people with their dogs. The agility people... not so nice. They have been extremely rude to many people I know so I avoid Tues and Thurs when they take ownership of the park.

This by far one of my favorite places to walk and to sit and eat a quick bite. I also meditate pin scripture here a lot. The view of the golf course is nice and 20th Century Fox is across the street. The public outside restrooms are always clean and it is a good place to take the kids to play. and they have an area where you can walk your dog. They have several tennis courts and an area for folks into archery, basketball courts as well.

DOG OWNERS BEWARE!!!!!My 10 week old (2.8 LB/not bigger than a shoe) puppy was ATTACKED and BIT in the neck by a off leash dog.The careless dog owner stated that he takes his two rescue dogs (brown Miniture pincers & black/grey chihuahua mix [attacker]) to this park to learn how to socialize with other dogs since they are not trained and don’t get along with other dogs...Dog owner please remember to1) KEEP YOUR DOGS ON LEASH.... it’s THE LAW and the rules of this park2) this is NOT a dog park3) there are children here... LOTS of them keep your dogs nearby at all times4) if your dog is NOT trained this is NOT the place to do so... don’t be cheap and take your dog to training classes (if you don’t want to pay for dog classes don’t buy a dog in the first place)5) lastly... educate yourself on dog behaviors to destinguish the difference between dominance/aggressive dog behavior and play when a dog bites the neck and tugs it’s in order to snap the neck & KILL its preyI took my puppy to the emergency room, he is fine but traumatized. My puppy was on a harness+leash so most of the damage was luckily not done to the actual pup (we were away from all dogs having a picnic when the two dogs that we saw from a distance came, the brown minpin was friendly the other one was not).I will not be pressing charges but keep in mind, if a dog bites/makes another dog bleed and you press charges animal control will take the aggressive dog and put him down, since aggressive dogs are a threat to society.

Great park. Has playground for kids, outdoor basketball courts, baseball diamonds and space for soccer and football. Review №60

The park rules are a little restrictive, but the park is very big and it is not excessively crowded. The only downside is that a lot of people take their dogs off leash and let them just run all over the place, and when my dog is training there its not good to have dogs off leash. But that is not all the time and the owners are usually aware their dogs are getting into someone elses area, and the owners usually contain their dogs.

This is a poor excuse for a golf course. There is some definite potential with the layout and location. However, the dreadful state of disrepair combined with the sub-standard management leaves a lot to be desired. Even public courses should have a higher standard than what is exhibited here. Definitely not worth waiting to tee off or to wait in traffic for the experience.

You get what you pay for, thats why LA city camps & classes are cheap when compared to for example YMCA or even STAR programs, The counselors are teenagers! Who thought putting 17 or 18 year olds in charge of more than 20 Kindergartners & elementary school kids was a good idea. They have no teaching credentials , the counselors are practical children themselves, and not trained in team building or conflict resolution between young children. The kids constantly bully each other until one of them snaps, we constantly got calls that either our child did something or another child did something to him, ridiculous!!! We never got calls from our childs school or even when he attended STAR camps. It seems the city rather hire cheap teenage labor rather than actual educators or adult counselors , in order to penny pinch, Theyre piano classes were also a scam ,we signup for about 8 lessons and the instructor missed 2 classes out of 8! She was also either 5 minutes late or wanted to end the lesson 5 minutes early, and thats just for a 25 minute lesson. Stay away from low quality cheviot hills programs , we pay taxes & on top of that pay for the classes, but still no service.
