Definitely NOT about art anymore. The people who run Art Walk, definitely into art. The majority of people that come to Art Walk? They are not into art, dont know a thing about art, and likely cant tell you what art is.
Painter/film-maker David Lynch loves this place, so thats good enuff fer dis beatnik!
Great vegan food
Decent gallery in a great space that shows mostly blue chip artists. They have a James Turrell skyroom that is open at limited times that is worth a visit. Nothing amazingly innovative going on here but usually the art is decent.
Beautiful architecture and amazing Turrell in their private office.
Turrell light show is dreamy. Watch where you rest your drink in the garden...
Really cool tiny gallery off the beaten path. Great display of contemporary art and a beautiful courtyard. Lighting is very well managed.
