Clara is a very talented artist who is filled with enthusiasm for her work. I have never painted before and was totally clueless as to what to do. Clara said that I should not be anxious, a lot of people are at first. Come with an open mind, enjoy and have fun painting. Let your creativity flow, dont think too much. I started moving the paint around with my hands and enjoyed the process!. We started with a blank canvas and Clara demonstrated how to apply texture paste and using different tools to create variety of textures. Shes really sweet, constantly walking around, giving us advice on what we can do to improve our art piece to make it more interesting.

I met Clara by chance one night at a restaurant. We realized we both have a shared love of art, and hit it off. She is so easy to talk to. We started painting together on occasion and it was always so much fun. I truly enjoy the afternoons and evening spent painting in her studio.Its so inspiring as an artist to see different techniques and share what we love.Her teaching style makes you feel at ease, even if its your first time.Classes are fun and full of laughter, no pressure just create.Everyone can do it.

During a visit to LA, my girlfriend and I decided to stop by Claras art studio since I have always had an interest in abstract art. After seeing her Flow Series paintings, we were by her dazed by her ability to make art come to life. After presenting some of her newer projects to us, Clara was generous enough to offer us a canvas and some painting tools so that we could have a little bit of fun on our own. I have been to several of Claras classes and I learn something new every time. One painting I did with her guidance got into an art exhibit even though I hadnt painted much before. Claras workshops have given me the opportunity to stretch a creative muscle without fear or judgement. This is MARVELOUS!!! Ive bought couple of artworks in France before I moved to California with my family this year and I must say none of those paintings can stand Clara’s.
