It looks old and has a lot of broken things, but my child loves it! Train and different rides are perfect for kids 1 and up. My toddler was absolutely happy with all attractions, animals and ride. Fun place to go!

We have been to Magic Escape Rooms in San Jose and now in Los Angeles. Our kids and I had a great time today escaping the Pirates Den room and the Curse of The Mummy room.The lady who works there is very nice and professional. We escaped the Pirates Den room in 47 minutes and the Curse of The Mummy room in 35 minutes. This is a great example of teamwork.Our pictures were posted on the Wall of Fame. We will definitely come back to escape the other room that we have left.

Love this place! I have only been here twice, and today I got to play Secret Mission. Im not sure if this was a bit on the harder side, or we were really stupid. Haha. Will was great, and explained everything thoroughly. The hour flew by, but Will gave us a little extra time which helped us finish.

I was going to call this place MagIQ Escape Room because of the Disney-style characters and songs that appear here (Alice in Wonderland, Snow White, Pinnochios I have no strings song) but apparently this place has been open longer than Disneyland. I have to assume if Disneys attorney vultures havent swooped in my now, they must be cool with it!

Had so much fun! This place is a hidden gem! Suzie has the best customer service. She is so nice! We will be back!!!!

So much fun! We all went in with great concern of what we were in for and ended laughing and smiling ready for another. Very hospitable hosts that sure didnt seem to get tired of their customers, even though Im sure they get the same questions. Would definitely do again. The medium leveled Pirates was quite a challenge. Cant imagine what the advanced is. None of us had ever done an escape room. It was a great team building activity. We were all co-workers and loved it!

My son had an awesome party for his tenth b-day at MagIQ Room. We brought 4 of his friends, that was perfect. Everybody had something to do. We did need quite some clues by the game master, but she did that it a way that the kids still felt they did the work. There were a lot of different skills involved: math, searching, small motor skills, attention to detail... We solved it with seconds to spare and then we had a fun little party in the same room. Just PERFECT.

Staff very nice . Our group has done several Escape Rooms so we knew what to expect. Challenging, puzzles. Clean bathroom. Waiting area comfortable . They will take your picture and email it for free! First one Ive been to that didnt charge ! We did the Pirates , escaped with 15 min . To spare . Had a good time !

This is a kid-friendly escape room which is the main point for our family. Unfortunately, we couldnt leave the room without prompts, but we were at the height. That was exciting. Thanks for the good times!

It was a first time for me to experience an escape room. Game master made my experience perfect. Children had a great time solving all the pazzles and then celebrating their friends birthday. Easy to notice from the street. Parking is available.

My son went to Harry Potter Escape room party here and it was pretty cool.

It was fun trying to find the clues and stuff within a room but there was one problem I had been very irritated of. While me and my friends were trying to think through of what we should do next, there was a kid screaming through our walkie talkies. It was long for about 5 minutes and the employee actually didnt do anything about it. I think her name was Trinity or something. Everything was fine but that one thing bugged me. Maybe I will come again or not.

We have done a few dozen escape rooms and at this location we did the Pirates themed one (medium difficulty) which is fun with a number of puzzles that need to be solved. I liked that the puzzles varied a bit in what we had to do. The things that could be improved are adding different types of locks, this location only uses 3 or 4 digit number locks. Other places I have been to use directional locks, letter locks electronic keypads etc. Also, there was no timer in the room. They have a gong that goes off every 10min but always nice to have a running timer so you can see where you are at any given moment.

Had a birthday party for 10 year old girl. They had so much fun. The escape master was great.

We brought our son there with his friends . We had a great experience and the staff was awesome! Patient , friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend them and will be going there again!

Wow! What a great b-day experience for my daughers 10th birthdate party. We got a great deal on Goupon and had no idea it was right down the street from us. Kid friendly, the kids had a great time. 1st hour the kids with a charperone did the Wizard escape room the 2nd hours was lunch (we provided pizza and Magiq Room provided snacks, drinks and an extra games and music of their choice. Thanks MagIQ Room!!!

Very expensive and very easy. We did the hardest room and we got out in a half an hour while laying $35/person.

My daughter had a big group of girls over at the MagIQ Room for a two-room birthday party, and everyone had a blast. Suzy and the team were upbeat, fun, kind, inclusive, and went way beyond the call of duty; we brought dinner and cake and assumed that after the escape-room adventure the girls would eat quickly and then be on their merry way...but Suzy entertained them all through the meal! Her energy level and engagement were really a joy to watch. I would give the MagIQ Room six stars if I could. :)

It was our first time at MagIQ Room celebrating my daughter’s 9th birthday! We had a great time! The crew is was amazing! The whole program is well organized and thought through efficiently! The place was clean and cozy. I would strongly recommend this place!

This place gave us a very memorable experience. A friend of mine celebrated his birthday in here. We tried one of their escape rooms and it was a fun filled adventure. The adrenaline rush was flowing all over your system just to finish the entire course and get out of the room before the time expires. The staffs were nice and very accommodating. Surely we will be back for more escape rooms to conquer.

What can I say? I have done the pirate and Egyptian themed rooms here and they were both great. I will be going back to do The wizard room soon. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free parking in back. The rooms are fun. If you are interested in doing an escape room, I would highly recommend coming here!

Great family experience!We took our 9 year old daughters to try the Pirate themed room during their summer break and they LOVED it! They had heard about Escape rooms from their friends and on tv and wanted to try it. The Pirate room was a great first room for them. They were able to complete some of the puzzles themselves while their dad and I worked on some things they couldnt reach or didnt quite understand how to decipher. We made it out with 8 minutes to spare.The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and easy to get to.We are already planning our next trip to do the Mummy room!

It is our second year in a row celebrating our daughters birthday. We came back because of the exceptional customer service and the great birthday package they offer. Last year we did the Secrets of Wizardry room, and the kids (all around 8 years old) had a total blast. This year we chose the Legend of the Pharaoh room and it was equally entertaining for our group (mostly 8-9 year olds). I wouldnt be surprised at all if my daughter wants to go back next year :). Suzy and everyone else there are so helpful and make it fun for the kids and also easy for parents, you just have to bring the cake and order the pizza, they entertain the children for two full hours. It is amazing!

I have done all three rooms at this place and they have all been awesome. The staff are great and super accommodating. If you are looking for a great activity to do with a group of friends I highly recommend these escape rooms.

We had a blast. We did the Pirate room, really fun.We got our tickets on Groupon and came down to check out our first escape room experience. I really didnt know what to expect.I brought my wife and stepdaughter here. THis is fun for family and friends but I can see how this could get really intense real quick.You have to work together as a group. Thats exactly what we did and we escaped.Each one of us has our own set of tools. Im not a math person but I have great dexterity. My wife is great at math. So each puzzle we just took on each part playing to our strengths.Very memorable and fun for our family;

Awesome place, we did the Pirate Bay and although the start stumped us for a bit we got out with plenty of time to spare. Props were awesome and the puzzels were good. I recommend this room, specially to someone who is new to escape rooms. If you are are expert, you might find it less challenging.

This place is AMAZING! The woman who explained everything to us was hilarious and very enthusiastic about her job. The rooms are very well thought out and it is a great family activity. The mummy and pirate room are probably for older kids to adults, and the wizard room is more for kids. Great experience overall.

My daughter celebrated her 15th birthday with her friends and they all enjoyed the Curse of the Mummy Escape room party package. I love this place because it is very convenient and the only place where you can solve the mysteries, eat and play games at a very affordable price. Chantell and Suzy are very helpful. Thank you!

Truly innovative puzzle rooms. Dont want to give any spoilers but they really put an effort into the decision, the immersion experience and the reward for puzzling it out. A genuinely delightful experienced. One of my favorite puzzle rooms in LA.

We had such a blast at the MagIQ Room in the Wizardry Room! The clues were great and we finished in just over an hour! The boys were very happy we escaped - the hour went so fast!!

Went for company team builder was a group of 8 adults. we were able to solve the clues and escape the pirates in 45 minutes and the mummy in 55 minutes.time inside moves quickly and you can brute force some of the puzzles... still a fun experience

Ive gone two different times with my group of friends and we did all the rooms. Every time we went, the staff was super friendly. The rooms were challenging enough, but they all had a different level of difficulty. The magic one was probably the easiest, but it was also by far the coolest. I actually screamed with excitement a couple of times.

After visiting Paniq Room in Hollywood, the game master recommended me this place in Beverly Hills. We did the Pirates room with my family. Even my little brother loved it, the decoration is authentic, by far the best looking escape room Ive ever seen. The puzzles are clever, the host is super friendly! Dont hesitate, youre going to have an unforgettable hour with your friends!!!

Cool escape room with multiple rooms to get through. Unlimited help so you dont get stuck for too long. Just with the help had been more in theme.

We did the pirates den room and there were 7 of us. It was definitely a challenge and we finished just in time. I was the only one who had some an escape room before. I enjoy a more challenging room and this was definitely up there. I would not recommend going with more than 7 tho as there was one area where it felt very cramped with all 7 of us in there. I guess part of the experience.I purchased the room using a Groupon online and that made it definitely a good deal.No pics or videos even though they allow you to bring in your phones, which makes it super tempting the snap the whole experience but dont want to ruin it for others who might want to do it and see the pics online.

I attended the Pharaohs Legacy Escape Room on May 27th, 2018, at 2:30 pm. I highly recommend this escape room. It was our first. This escape room is very well decorated. Puzzles are logical. My group of six women ages 25-74 years old had only slight difficulty solving some of the puzzles. The puzzles are non-linear and do require you to return to previous rooms for information or to use a newly found tool. Although rated difficult, we found it very doable. We arrived enthusiastically dressed for out Egyptian tomb adventure in desert garb, pith helmets, scarves and light weight linens.The game master greeted us complimenting our attire. The walkie-talkie hints throughout the game were terrific. Also the gamemaster graciously let us stay an extra minute as we had tried so hard and were but one step away from escape! I dont think another group was waiting. On the downside, the mummy could use use some sprucing-up. For anyone whose claustrophobic, there is a hallway/passageway that only one person at a time can walk through. It is regular hallway width. All in all, I would return to this venue to do one of their other rooms.

Absolutely fun blast of an experience for Families.We did the pirate room. The set dressing was spectacular. The puzzles were engaging. Was perfect for our 2 families mixed with 10 yr olds, teens and adults. Was way better than the one insane asylum one we did in Hollywood.Wish we could do this room again. But once you know the secrets it will be too easy to do. Cant wait to do the Pharaoh Room. A couple puzzles are a repeat of one of the rooms in Hollywood, but that didnt interfere.I REALLY REALLY WANT TO GIVE 5 STARS. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is that the room was not re-set properly so 2 of the main locks were not closed so we didnt get to fully experience some Excellent puzzles before gaining access to the next phase of the room.Still loved it though Totally Appropriate for Families.SECRET: Listen to exactly what your guide says before they send you in!SECRET: There is very inexpensive parking under an apartment building behind the Magiq room.

We took our two oldest kids (10 & 12) here on a Sunday afternoon for their first escape room experience. We all loved it!We did the Pirates Den and finished the room in 40 minutes in spite of two major props being broken. My wife and I are escape room veterans, but if we werent, Im confident those broken props would have prevented us from completing the room.The lobby is quite small especially considering that they host birthday parties. There were two kid parties going on while we were there and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
