Overall I really liked this store, great selection, quality products, and the staff were friendly and informative.. However, be very careful when buying anything that is size sensitive and uses a display model that is swapped by the clerk. We had tried on a collar and it fit, we asked for the same size as the display item at the checkout and the clerk got one from a storage area. We drove the hour back home to find out the collar was way too small and would not fit. This was obviously not the same size as the display collar. The store has closed by this time, so we call back the following day to ask for a exchange despite the no-returns policy since this was obviously a mistake by the attendant. The store refused. As the clerk had told us jokingly while talking about lubes and toys, some rules are meant to be broken and I definitely think a return policy in this situation is one.

We always stop at the stockroom when we go into LA. Their latex clothing is the best. Always worth the money. Go into the rummage room youll find some hidden treasures. I get all my cosplay clothes here, latex clothing for shoots, and for myself here. I love it so much. Nothing is sexier than syren latex and the feeling of buying some lingerie at this high end store. Love their saying, life is to short for mediocre sex. They keep changing locations and the last two were hard to get to, but their new location finally has a parking lot

Went to one of their sales. Got one item that was marked as not having a charger. Thats fine except the battery was dead so we couldnt use it until we found one on the Internet.Another item worked for one minute and stopped. Thought it was the battery but upon replacing with new ones, it only worked if you tilted it a certain way. Defective.This place is a rip off. Save yourself time and a ton of money and time and go literally anywhere else. Ill make sure no one I know ever goes here.
