My daughter and I went exploring here for the afternoon and had a great time. The trails were fun with the terrain running along the creek. Crossing over on downed trees and rocks made it even more fun. Family friendly so we felt safe being alone. Front entrance people were helpful and very friendly. The lake is gorgeous and we can’t wait to return to swim. Definitely a repeat spot for us.

This place is absolutely amazing. There is so much to see and explore. My husband and I went off the beaten paths and explored for a few hours.You really need a few days to really see everything and explore.We can’t wait to go back. It’s worth the drive to go there too. We live 2.5 hours away and we were so happy to experience what we got to there.

Went to France park for the first time. I was really happy to see such an awesome assortment of features that the park has to offer: camping, fishing, a beach, a little hiking and a great place to make memories.It also helped that the staff who greeted me and my wife were super friendly.The waterfall is splendid! For being in an area of the state that feels otherwise flat, it us really a breath of fresh air to see this natural formation. The calming sounds kept my wife and I close by for over half an hour. Just be very careful around the falls as algea does grow on the rocks and makes them slippery.The admission price to the park was $5 per person for adults.

Best waterfall in Northern Indiana, but if youre a waterfall fanatic, its a bit small. Be aware its 5$ a head (not car) we did not know this beforehand.

Absolutely stunning! Definitely a place I will be going to again! The beach is stunning and the campgrounds look beautiful, cant wait to bring my daughter and have a great summer

Pretty little waterfall a short distance on the trail from parking. Theres also an arched lattice wedding spot.

Pretty neat waterfall. Great for pictures. Theres a campsite literally right across from it too so you can even stay there. Plenty of paths around off to the sides of it and one leading directly up to it. Lots of wildlife around too I saw a few fish, frogs, toads, and snakes which made for some cool pictures also.

So much fun and stunning landscape

The sound of the screaming children and alcoholics on the beach will let you completely relax on the sweat bee infested sand. The waterfall is stunning...if you could see it behind that grain of rice. And the only crystal clear water was in my drinking water. And the archway for weddings was great (if you like an 1800’s vibe) Just stick to corn Indiana. I do have to say though, the highlight of my trip... was leaving.

The place is so pretty but the people are so disrespectful to the grounds. The people are trash that come here
