Very poor place The oak whatever is called is a run down section of this mobile park. why would you cut down trees that give shade to homes. not only that they are in the way all week. Making a mess of the area and prob expect the renters to clean it.

I lived at silent valley park some years back. It was a nice area and loved the trailer I rented for abt 1 year. Never had issues with anyone and maintenance staff were quick to fix things.

I just visted this place to see some old high school friends. Staff appeared very professional. Community members outside of the people I already knew that I spoke with all seemed like good people, as anyone would expect from the state of Texas.

Its a Nice, Calm, and Relaxed community. Not your typical RV park. Its definitely more then just a park. Its an open area with a small Park/ Basketball court for people in the area and its down the road from a gas station. On the edge of town. Not your type of place if you enjoy a small community with compact, small property lots.

Lived there gor almost 3 years..worst place to live after R.V horizon or who ever bought it? Asked to have things looked at and repaired 6 months ago and nothing was ever done. When we moved our our home had black mold in the closest s and in the second bathroom, very serious health condition...and ive heard they will just paint over it for the next family..Management doesnt care!! Except to over charge you..they raised the rent so they could intall spetrum for the whole community...whether you had dish network or direct tv..your still paying for specturm. They lie to your face..and they say they post notices..when they dont.Bottom line dont live here, some home are old and run down but they still want to charge 900 a month..to be honest..living on the street would be better than this place..for real.....

Beware moving in here! Jennifer Hartlett told us since february that we were going to move in that our application had been approved. She tried everything she could to keep my family and i from moving in. She kept telling us she was working on it, and got mad when we told her it doesnt take a month to fix a trailer that size. She started cursing at my husband (which no matter what the situation, cursing is bad managerial behavior), she told me she didnt want my family living there because my husband looks like a big scary mexican, and she has another nice family she wants to move into our unit we have been waiting over a month for. Our application was approved and paid for and we already paid her our deposit and first months rent but she refuses to allow us to move in. I told her where we lived we had to be out by march 28th. She assured me we were in good hands. Now my family is homeless and my kids slept in my car last night because of Jennifer Hartlett and her discriminating self.

I would not recommend any one to move in there. Dont believe anything they tell you, make sure its written down and you have a copy. They are all about money, no extermination, I was without air conditioner for three summer months and it was very hot. Passing the blame is their game.

Its a peaceful community! Although it would be nice to have a community park for the children. The Community Manager is really awesome!!!

Fred Wigginton, the slumlord of this place, has thieving, drug dealing, unlicensed people running the park. His plumber stole several things from my trailer while I lived there. He is so drugged up all the time, he screws up anything he tries to fix. After paying rent and utilities at these places, the cost of living there is way more than renting a real house or apartment. The pest problem is outrageous. The office manager, Jackie, is racist towards anyone who isnt Mexican. Most of the residents consist of many illegal Mexicans residing in each trailer. The only decent employee, Jerry, died last week. If you move here, keep an eye on your things. Johnny Sanchez, his most senior employee, is also a violent woman beater. BEWARE! I dont recommend anyone living here.
