We had a really great time here regardless of the horrible prices and rude staff! BUT the reason I am giving a one star review is because when you purchase tickets online, they ask you if you want to sign up for the membership. There was no obvious warnings that the membership they were shoving in our faces cost anything (LET ALONE $40 A MONTH FOR TWO PEOPLE). We signed up, thinking it was a membership where we get emails and just have our names in the system so it would be easier for next time we go. When she showed up we had an amazing experience and still nobody said anything about what the membership really was to us when we walked in to sign in (not the staff’s fault, because maybe the system doesn’t tell them we are new to the system or anything). We received emails (as expected) about the park for about a month, but then a month later our card was charged $39.86 unexpectedly. I tried calling the store, then we contacted customer service just to get no answers and be sent off to the membership department. They said we will have to wait 3-7 days until we hear back, but based off of other reviews I’ve read, I highly doubt it will be even that “fast”.When you read the fine print at the bottom of the membership page it says “Initial membership period is 12 months. After the initial 12 month period has concluded, you may cancel at any time.” Meaning not only did they sign us up for the most expensive membership option they have without making it clear to the buyers, but they have also trapped us into a 12 month agreement too.We had enough money for a one time expensive “date”, not $40.00 a month for something we will never use again. If you are going here, be careful because they are sneaky and a ripoff, but if you can manage to ignore the rude staff and have fun with whoever you brought then you should enjoy your time.

Amazing place to bring your kids!! Lol. My 4 year is a dare devil! He just kept saying the whole time how much fun he was having, how awsome that place was. We both just had a blast. Ive been telling everyone about it. The price is really great for you get to do there.. The staff was so awsome! Friendly. Helpful. And it made the expierence super. The food is pretty good too! Lol everything looks and smells clean. Masks worn by all staff. Its honestly silly to try and wear them yourself. But they are all around on top of the covid curve.

Our family made the decision to move to another state due to changes in jobs and Covid-19. I was initially told my membership could be cancelled upon the move. Then I was told I could only cancel by paying a fee (After at least 5 emails, I still dont know how much this fee is). Apparently if there is an Urban Air within 25 miles of your new home (not convenient for us at all), its not free to cancel. This had not been communicated upfront. Then I emailed asking if I could just finish my time at the new location and only got a response telling me how to switch my membership and this would renew it for 12 months. Every response took 2-3 days from their customer service department and my questions were never thoroughly answered. So while this can be a really fun place to take your kids- buyer beware!! All is well as long as nothing changes in your life!

Worth every penny! I especially recommend urban air for people with disabilities. Every time I bring my friends with disabilities, the manager and staff are phenomenal and very inclusive. They go above and beyond to insure no one is left out of the fun. Wish I could give them more than a review. Thank you Urban Air!

Had a great time here with the kids. Wish it had been around when they were younger. Seeming as how we were in a group we just purchased the trampoline entry but would like to go back for the zip line and other activities. Prices would be a bit high in my opinion if you only had a short while to play. That being said I think they are on par with other such places. Just make sure to give yourself time and enjoy your moneys worth. The monthly payment options looks like a good deal if you plan on going enough. Keep in mind they require their socks to be purchased the first time which adds on 2 dollars to the cost. Didnt eat anything but they appeared to have a decent selection of snacks and food items. If you have a couple of hours and want a little adventure give it a try.

Highly recommend!!! Our family came down from Breckenridge to get some COVID break with little to no expectations. From the min we walked into the place Austin and team blew us away with service, staffed people, cleanliness and most of all SAFE FUN like we never expected. Well worth the money and because of how impressed, looking to get membership because we got a hotel down the road so we can come again tomorrow! Thank you!!!!

I my boys, ages 8-18, to the Littleton location and they ALL loved it and had a blast! All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Definitely going to visit again.

Place is over priced, paid $70 and still were restricted from some areas. For the price spent your better off doing something more justifiable for the price.

This was so much fun. I went here with my best friend for my birthday and we had a blast. It was a little expensive but still enjoyable and fun. We loved all the activities and I definitely want to go here with my BFF for my birthday next year.

This place is amazing. With unlimited visits for 18 bucks a month I can drop these kiddos anytime and they give them a piece of pizza and popcorn with every visit. How can they do this for soooo cheap!! This place had so many cool things to do as well my kids are never bored. They totally love it. The managers over there are awesome!

So much fun for my 5 and 8 year old kiddos! The staff is super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that they were having a great time. It seems that the majority of the people working there are teenagers so major props to them for working hard to keep the kiddos safe and help them get through tougher obstacles. My 8 year old struggled a bit with the ropes course and the guy who was manning it was sure to follow her and assist as needed, which was much appreciated she since was really nervous about the ropes course. Super fun!!

Went there today for the first time and we had a large group ranging from 4 to 26. There was plenty for the little kids to do which is hard to find usually. And of course, there was a ton of stuff for the older kids too. I do think its a little ridiculous that you need to have a pair of their special socks. I understand the need for gripper socks, and I suppose this streamlines it a bit, but still ridiculous. Only real negative was the wait to get food. We wanted to get a quick bite at about 1pm which took over 30 min. Crazy long wait with a 4 year old who didnt want to wait at all!

More things than any other adventure place we have gone in Denver. My kid and nephew had a blast. The $30 package was a great start. We only couldnt go to the virtual reality and bumper cars but everything else was available for us =]. Also if you want to join your kid you only have to pay $7 more. We didnt get that but saw plenty of other adults joining in on the fun so it wouldnt be ackward to do so.

The Zipline is so fun! So is everything else here. Family friendly, and a great place to have b-day parties. The number carts are so fun to drive around in, since some of them you are in a ball that can flip upside down. The VR is awesome! Great game choices and its pretty funny to watch your friends try it for the first time. The obstacle course above the ball pit is definitely something to try as well.

There were adults in charge, yesterday, and that helped keep the mayhem to a minimum. The teenage staff do the best they can, but the young customers know how and when to ignore them. Place is exciting to kids, and kids will burn a lot of energy playing here!And the pepperoni pizza is great!

It was very nice! Ive been to all of the other jump zones and play places in Denver and this one was by far the best! The socks that you buy and can bring back next time is such a nice and safe touch. All of the machines, rides, and attractions were up and running. It was our first time here for a birthday party. The kids working the front were friendly and happy to help. They didnt know where our group was, they didnt have any of the names I gave them on the list, and didnt know what room they were in, but they let us look around to find them before we paid so that was very nice. They did try to help us find our group before letting us go look though. We were having a great time till I saw one of the employees standing near one of the trampoline stations and she seemed to be guarding something. Another employee came to help her clean that one section of the trampoline.I dont know what it was that they were cleaning up but they didnt have any rope or signs to show that that one trampolines was closed for cleaning to stay back..so I saw children not paying attention still jumping on that one and then transferring it to other sections of the trampoline..so hopefully no one gets sick.. another employee came so there was an employee watching and two other employees came with the paper towels and spray. In my opinion I would have liked to see the whole section of trampolines near that area shut down, roped off, or signs put up (like the yellow ones when they mop the floor) because kids were still jumping around her on the dirty one then jumping to the next one spreading whatever it was that the employees were cleaning up. They seemed to be trying to clean it up before anyone saw but I took my son to the opposite side to play and jump because I felt it was unsafe for him to be in that area.. I will definitely go back and other than that we had a blast and I felt like we got our moneys worth. Worse things have happened at daycare, McDonalds, and the swimming pool but you dont stop going there..the employees that I did interact with were friendly and seemed happy to be there and that they enjoyed their job. It was a blizzard outside and I was actually scared for the well being of the employees driving home after closing time. Hope everyone made it home safe..see you soon Urban Air!

Their memberships are a great deal much better than 1 time visit. Its very loud but there are places to sit and work. They also have a little cafe. You can bring your own water but thats it. Good place to wear out the kids and get some stuff done.

This place has some pretty cool activities and entertainment for the kids. I’m only giving it 3 stars because I spent $80 on 2 kids to enjoy any of the attractions they have to offer other than the trampolines. I’m sure they are making a killing with those prices! Either way, the air coaster was pretty neat, but kids say the harness is very uncomfortable. Idk about food prices or prizes, but the kids had a blast.

My granddaughter had her Birthday Party here. Everyone had a great time our hostess was awesome. A great way to get a lot of physical activity while having fun. I bet everyone gets a good nights sleep.

Parental life preserver. Endless fun for months now. A good membership is well worth it here and pays for its self fast while you watch, relax or join in.

This Urban Air location is magical! Not just because of their amazing attractions, bumper cars that flip upside down and a sky coaster that allows you to fly over the whole facility, BUT theyre helping ensure all are welcome and cared for by constructing a low sensory/nursing room. My kids love Urban Air!! So much to do, friendly staff, and the food was awesome! Great indoor place for kids to burn off some energy! Also a fun place for adults! I thought this place would be another tramp place, but it is so much more. They have bumper cars that go upside down. The sky rider is super fun as well as the climbing walls. The warrior course is super entertaining. I appreciate that they have some healthier options in the cafe. The chicken sandwich is really good. Most of the employees are teenagers and are friendly and helpful. They seem to be really enjoying their jobs. The cafe was very clean.

This is a great place for the kids to burn energy and the parents to sit and literally do nothing which is refreshing. My kids can spend hours here.

This place is so much fun! Its a little confusing on who can do what with colors of bands, etc, but not a big deal. I was a little irked that I had to buy their special socks, but I suppose its the easiest way to ensure everyone is following the rules.

This place has a really great atmosphere and attractions. The staff that was there on December 27th 2019, was subpar at best. My daughter was on the warrior attraction and there were kids just playing in the balls and the staff member was more interested in talking with friends. She asked him if he could ask the kids to get out, as rules clearly state, so she didn’t fall on them and he said “they’re okay, just go”.They’re understaffed or under scheduled because on the beam, there was 9 kids on it and a handful more throwing foam blocks at the kids. No one really seemed concerned so after my son had a kid fall on him we cut our trip short and left. I really hope parents start paying more attention to what their kids are doing and they get more staff.

Much better than all of the other adventure places around town.They have great prices on their packages and they aren’t super crazy so you won’t have to wait in crazy long lines.

This has been a wonderful addition to our neighborhood and great experience for our family. I was hesitant at first with prices but took my time to research options on their website, the membership turned out being a great choice! This is a fun place that will tire out your kids for sure. It’s a little understaffed, a little bit unregulated and the systems aren’t totally dialed in yet but it sure is fun. The bathroom had feces on the floor for example but hopefully they can improve the experience and tighten it up over time. Kids absolutely have a blast here.

The attractions were incredible. Perfect for almost all school age children. I went with two 8 year olds.My issues were all about the staff. It started when we were getting our harnesses for the zip line. The young woman putting children in harnesses literally slapped my nephew’s hand when he reached up to adjust his strap. She was rude to all the kids though. No one wears name tags but she was wearing a Yankees hat backwards. I wish she was the only bad egg.None of the staff gave the kids any direction. They were gossiping with each other and did not try to enforce the rules. I definitely felt that if I wasn’t there, my niece and nephew might have gotten hurt. It was total chaos, with too many kids on attractions at once, kids coming in through the exits on the warrior course, and two kids going on the zip line at a time. Most kids will not read the rules on a sign; they need to be told what to do.I also didn’t see a single smile. I have worked with kids and I know how hard it is but my employer was insistent that her employees genuinely enjoyed working with children. I don’t think anyone there liked kids.I gave it three stars because we were there two days after Christmas and it was unbelievably busy. So maybe on a normal day it would be better.

My kids and I love this place! Weve been twice and will continue to go. The staff was nice and very helpful. And the food was pretty good too. Way better than any trampoline place. They have parks upon parks inside. Music and lights make it a lot of fun. Wish these were around when I was a kid. I highly recommend this place!

We had our son’s 8th birthday party here- and all we can say is wow! Every kid had a blast, the staff was super helpful and kind! We got a private room, and the host was awesome and it made it stress free.I can’t say I would ever want to have a birthday party any where else in town. Next time, I’ll be dressed to play too! What an awesome addition to the neighborhood.

Took my son and friends and they really enjoyed it. People need to chill out about the staff. They are kids and most of them are experiencing their first job experience. If you have an issue or need privacy for some reason, ask an adult or manager and I’m sure you will get the response you are looking for.

This isnt Jumpstreet. There is SO MUCH to do! Zip lines, Ninja warrior obstacle courses, vr games...you get the picture. Staff is helpful with the kids and parents can join the fun or relax. Highly recommend for kids of all ages.

Wow finally a place that is a great value. If you are local to the area check it out. Do the annual membership. My son and I go at least once a week. Get atmosphere and the snack bar is reasonably priced and the food is good. Parents bring your phone or laptop and relax while you kids play and get wore out.

Such a cool spot for kids to play. the colors, music, the ball pit, climbing and rock walls and everything about the actual facility is awesome. However... the staff is horrible. the free pizza you get with membership is not good at all, and you ALWAYS have to wait at least 30-40 minutes for a piece which is ridiculous. the staff dont care at all about anything. they cant answer any questions you have about anything. they are rude teenagers who are rude to the kids when they want to go on different things. like its an inconvenience that the kids want to go on the climbing wall and they have to strap them in?.. so rude. such a cool place for kids, but wish the staff and food reflected it.

Its so fun! I love going there, I really like the employees they are really nice. I recommend going there if you want to have lots of fun! The food is ok. If you are going for entertainment you will be pleased. But if you are going there for food you will be a little disappointed. But It’s still super fun.

My 10 and 12 year olds have ultimate memberships and really enjoy going to Urban Air. They partake in a good number of activities and rarely stay less than two hours.

I know of plenty of ice cream shops if you dropped your ice cream, they would give you another! Besides they come in a huge bag and it cost pennies to replace it, not $4! Unexceptable! I will not purchase any food from this establishment! The food is not very good!

I wish they would figure out a better system for check in. I have a membership and literally just waited 15 minutes for two parties in front of us to get checked in. There needs to be a single file line to check in, not 3 or 4 random areas that people congregate towards. Once youre in its pretty cool.

I’m just going to post the email I sent to management after a bad experience with a party there. I waited 2 MONTHS before posting a review for a response and didn’t even get acknowledged, so this is it.Hello,I wanted to provide feedback on a birthday party We held with one other family at your location yesterday (9/15/19). We booked our party online with a time slot at 10 am. We used your stock invitations and had parents fill out the online waivers. We paid for half up front to secure.We never received a phone call or any type of confirmation or check-in regarding our event, so no asking about final guest counts or food.We arrived at 9:30 to set up for the party in the room we booked, only to find out that the doors literally wouldn’t open until 10. So we sat, with cake and everything else, baking in the sun until 10:03 when they finally opened the doors. We were met by our party host, who told us to check in on the computers, which was very time consuming, considering we all thought the reason to fill the waivers out online was to save us from that hassle upon arrival. There were multiple parties happening at 10, so the lines to check everyone in didn’t allow us to get through the process until about 10:20. We then were allowed to put our things in the room, where by that time every guest had arrived and so there was zero allowance for set up and decoration. Because there was no confirmation of guest count, there weren’t enough socks, bracelets and set ups for our party. The host struggled to get our guests outfitted and so they didn’t hit the floors until about 10:35, for our 10am start time. The host then proceeded to spend the entire duration of the party hassling me about waivers, head counts, etc. we had a real dilemma when I invited one girl to our party, but since the family had the monthly passes, they came with all three daughters with the intention of playing during the party. The host then told me that ALL THREE girls were to be included in my guest count, even though only was was invited and already had the highest level membership- I was to pay an extra $75 for them to be in the building. I told her multiple times I was in no way going to pay for the other two little girls, and she kept leaving to speak to a manager and then coming back to talk to me about it. I also had to argue about not counting my 1 year old daughter as a guest at the party even though she participated in nothing, and even had her own bottle of milk to drink. The same went for my friends 3 year old, even though he also didn’t participate in anything and was held the whole time. So instead of enjoying my daughter’s party and taking pictures and enjoying the benefits listed on your website of “Unlike other kids’ birthday party places, we handle everything. From setup and hosting to entertainment and cleanup, we do the work so all you have to do is show up and have fun. “ I was completely stressed out and bothered the ENTIRE TIME. I even had other parents of guests come to me to say the host had been coming to hassle them about our party’s head counts and waivers, etc! Finally, at check out, we expressed our concerns to the cashier, who was much more understanding and apologetic and charged us accordingly. At which point did the manager get involved or check on us? NONE. No quality checks, no coming to speak with me even though the host clearly had gone to him multiple times with questions she didn’t know how to answer. I would think he would have gotten the hint and come to speak with us. But alas, nothing.My feedback is this: great adventure park. Lots of attractions. Luckily the children had a blast for the short duration of the party, since we got started 35 minutes late. Misinformed, unorganized, almost non-existent customer service. Definitely not worth the $585 we spent with you guys, plus the loss of money we spent on decorations we weren’t allowed time to put up. I’m very disappointed and would like to see this feedback assist in your company making necessary changes to ensure better party service in the future

Fantastic fun for kids and adults

Brought my kiddo here not long ago, she had lots of fun. She got a little beaten up but that’s any fun center really. Overall I’d say it’s a good place to spend a day and I’d recommend it to others.The staff isn’t exactly exceptional but most of them are very young so that’s expected.

Kids and adults will love this place. Littleton has needed a place like this for so long and it delivers. Activities for all ages, obstacle courses, bumper cars, rock climbing walls ,dodgeball, slides, ball pits and a great cafe with stuff you actually want to eat. Jeanne made us the best pizza and she genuinely cared about the quality of the food. The membership is a fantastic deal! My son is 6 and loves it every time. Don’t drive by, go inside and see for yourself!I would recommend to the owners that they put banners and signage outside to let public know what they have inside, and post your hours on the doors if you want more business. I tell lots of people about you but they all say the same thing “ oh I didn’t know what that place was inside, it’s hard to tell”!Keep up the good work

This place can be really fun. We came over winter break and it didnt seem like they were prepared for the influx of people but it seems they were handling it the best way they could.

What kind of fun center doesn’t open until 4. Kids are out of school? I get it m-t but seriously Friday as well? Everywhere else that is similar opens at 10. I guess I’ll be sticking with spider monkey and jump street. It’s a great place but they’re not logical when it comes to the hours.

Educate your staff on lactation laws. It’s a kid place you need to have the correct training in place. If you can’t provide a clean place to breastfeed or pump re-entry should be allowed.

Great games and entertainment, terrible prices and service on food. They charge $3 for a fountain drink, then another $1/ refill. Of course the extra dollar doesnt go to the till, that gets thrown in the tip jar, which after youve left a generous tip is a bit insulting.

Jumping through hoops to Cancel membership (no pun intended) Park it self seems like a lot of fun for my kids, but when you sign up for a membership, there is no way to cancel online, once you sign up you have to get incontact with a customer service rep, then they send some form over to a membership cancellation team that is suppose to contact you back with no expected time frame. This seems ridiculously more difficult than it should be Will update when and if they contact me back.

First of all, many of the previous reviews are knee-jerk reactions to an establishment that has just opened it’s doors, and are probably more reflective of insolent people. There will always be a relatively long learning curve for a business staffed primarily with high school kids; many of whom are in their first jobs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and though not overly efficient yet, they will hopefully get there. We did witness a manager dealing with an ignorant and rude customer today, and he did so in a highly professional manner.The daily prices are high, but the monthly membership option is a much more cost effective way to take advantage of this park, (Jumpstreet would be wise to follow this model). There are a myriad of attractions, and my son enjoyed them all. There are also multiple sitting areas around, with a relatively well-optioned concessions area and several vending options. Thus far, the establishment is clean and inviting; hopefully they will continue to keep it this way moving forward.All in all, the membership option makes this a much less expensive, and more diversely entertaining park than some of the neighboring competition, and we look forward to returning.
