I love this museum! We used their discovery boxes a few times over the past several years to supplement our homeschooling program. The process of acquiring these boxes was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The specimens available from this museum are top-notch and rare finds. Its amazing the number of specimens that are packed into the museum. In my opinion, a visit to this museum is well worth the trip. The discovery boxes are also beneficial if you have a student interested in natural history. When we used these boxes, they had boxes suited for the very young all the way through high school-aged students, so there was something for everyone.

An amazing little museum. So much to see. I highly recommend taking an afternoon to visd.
