Shaded picnic tables for large gatherings. Pretty park. Its nice. Nothing off the hook but a nice quite place for casual picnic breakfast, which is what me and my boyfriend did there

I absolutely love walking these trails. The environment is beautiful and there is so much wildlife to observe. There are several deer, tons of fox and lots of squirrels. I do wish other people would respect the area and not leave trash around. This trail allows easy access to Russs Market and the 33rd and highway 2 area as well as Tierra Park and connects to several other trails.

I love the ability that the trail and the outside gives me a chance to decompress from the stresses of my job and family and just walk and be surrounded but the beautiful nature that surrounds us all, please take the time to go, and enjoy this trail, and the many others that exist in our city while its still warm enough. The overall distance of this trail is 2.25 miles

Very beautiful trails to walk, jog, or run. Gorgeous natural views. Lots of plant and tree life. Play area for small children, frisbee golf for those whom enjoy so. Trails into the trees leading to a river. Very relaxing and glorious.

Though many things are closed down right now the picnic area and the general park area are both being maintained very well. The grounds were clean and the grass was mowed.All the disc golf holes are maintained well and provide a decent challenge.

The hubs plays disc golf here. I bring a dog or two and we tag along. Walking the dogs at Tierra Briarhurst Park is pretty painless. You can walk the trail or off-road it, which is what we usually do. The trails have exercise stops if you are into that kind of thing. The dogs mainly sniff the equipment. After that they arent interested.

Absolutely gorgeous!!! A good place for picnic, bbq, basketball, tennis, and frisbee golf. Also very nice for a walk. Lots of pokestops for my fellow pokemon goers.

Its a nice area for leisure. This area is a little touch of nature, right here in the city. There are activities to entertain the kids as well as a playground. Its also a great place to walk the dog, and everyone should try frisbee golf! Enjoy!

Took the pets and met some friends for a quick hang out. Pretty neat place. Has a skate park nearby. Wide open, and plenty of trail to walk through. The grass got a bit long, but was due to it being too wet to mow properly the last visit. Pups and I like it!

It is very serene if that is what you want, or you can check out the skateboard action for some excitement. Very clean and litter free mostly, dogs are welcome. I like it here and suggest everyone should visit atleast once.

Great, good-sized skate park for a beginner like me. It looks well kept, no major cracks anywhere, any cracks are filled in. Didnt see any trash anywhere. If I had one complaint, its that theres no privacy from 27th st. but the early morning traffic isnt too bad.

Great disc golf course! Perfect place for breezy weather. Multiple tees. Go for a full round or a quick 9. It has become a moderately busy course at times but still enjoyable.

The city could do a better job of managing the forest in the parks. Growing invasive species isnt wise or productive. E en the ornaments crab apples arent pruned regularly. As a hobby I have been grafting real pears onto the invasive Bradford Pear trees growing in the park. As the grafts take, I remove all the other limbs. In time people will spot them. Everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy something special when walking in the park in the future. I got the idea from my travels to Singapore. All the public land that is not utilized is cultivated with food crops by the local population.

I grew up 58-68 on a bordering street, 40th St. This wooded area was my play ground. It was and still is wonderful area.

Lots of open space, basketball courts and tennis courts were in good shape. Baseball and soccer Field had some small dirt patches though.

It is one of the parks in Lincoln that is not so great. The only nice thing about it is the trails that go trough it. The grass is not regularly taken care of. There is always trash laying around somewhere.

Simply beautiful park alot of trails to walk through and a large playground for children to play. Disc golf course between the trails. Check it out!!!

Nice walking path, which even offers a chance to see some deer depending on the time that you visit. The frisbee golf course is a little small, but offers some unique challenges. It’s best to go in the spring before the greenery becomes more overgrown. Autumn is also a good time to go, because if you throw like me it’ll be easier to find your discs in the shrubs. Overall it’s a neat park that includes a playground, skatepark, and multiple workout stations.

Very beautiful short hike that suddenly takes you from city-scape into the deep woods. I went there after 3 days of downpour of around 12 inches and found Beal Slough roaring up the brim; just gorgeous!

Playground equipment is in great condition, lots of open space for the kids to run and play!

Great park but they do not mow the grass very often.

The trail loop is well-designed, with lots of Pokestops and a couple of gyms, but the walk is under two miles and the trails could use some surface maintenance. Not recommended to walk at night--the wooded sections are extremely dark.

Very relaxing area to walk along the trail. Extra close with nature so if youre against bugs, maybe wear bug spray.
