Absolutely horrible communication. Get an email apologizing for the poor communication. In the email, they give the time for that nights practice with the field TBD.No follow-up communication on field assignment. Was asking people parking if they were CSA. Practice starts at 6. At 6:10, a coach from another program tells me where CSA usually is. When I was asking around in the area before, it was all Magellan. Finally got lucky and found someone that said CSA was there.Calls, FB Messages, Emails to admin all went unanswered. Finally got a response on FB about 5 minutes before practice endedFor a Follow Up: The girls were supposed to have their own team. We were told they would have enough girls to play. That never happened. They practiced with the boys.There were only two games during the year, where they played against their own team two times. For one of the games, they even had goals!To make up for this the U7 Boys and girls that were put together this year were offered to play indoor Futsal with the U8 boys for free!I would not recommend this program to anyone. I was so hopeful due to watching my Nephew have a good experience the year before. I dont know if it was the change in administration or what, but it was awful this year. No communication and a horrible program.The only plus, is that the coaches are good.I would recommend another program like Magellan if you want to throw a lot of money at it like CSA or the YMCA youth programs.I sent an email explaining my frustration with the program (politely) and never did get a response, so par for course for communication all year.
