If your looking for a fun time for all the family to enjoy and just for something to do, I recommend heading to the Madhouse to jump around or even have a birthday party!!! My son loved this place!

We had a birthday party here for a 10 year old. Service was amazing! Employees even helped the kids through obstacles and played with them.Price was high. Pizzas were terrible. I would consider booking another bday party here since the kids had so much fun.

Being able to play everything, except the VR, for one entry price was great! My kids had a blast running around for two hours. Friendly and attentive staff...highly recommended

A lot of fun for kids and more activities for them then when it was Defy Gravity. Only issue we had was the older woman who works there needs to lighten up. She was watching us like a hawk, never smiling, just telling my kids when they did something wrong. The younger kids who work there were a blast though - Playing with the kids and enjoying themselves. We will be back and just hope that woman isn’t there!

Staff was wonderful and my kids had a blast playing with Jaxon and Mason! Couldn’t have had a better experience!!! 100x better than defy gravity. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Place was as cool as beans.

Hands down the best party location weve had thus far! We had my sons 5th birthday party and I was beyond impressed with the staff. The manager was great and easy to work with. The young guys helping were wonderful with the kids. They not only made sure the kids stayed safe, they were engaged and interacted with each of the kids. I will be having another kids party there.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! My kids and I spend hours here, employees are so friendly and their pizza is amazing!!! We especially like their Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza!! Yum!!

We were visiting family in town and it was forecasted to rain all day so we were looking for a dry, indoor alternative to take the kids and keep them active. Our oldest three kids are 12 and 13 y.o. and they enjoyed it a lot. We also took some toddlers because they offer toddler time where there is special pricing in the morning for moms and dads to bring their little ones. All of our kids had a good time and there was staffing available at all venues so there was order and safety. It was a good time, the staff was cheerful and kind, and we were all worn out after an hour.

Great place! We were in town for a basketball tournament and had some down time and my 14yo son wanted to go. I was skeptical at first because I thought it might be overran with a bunch of little kids and my son might not enjoy it. But when we arrived, the staff was very courteous and helpful and probably because it was Memorial Weekend, it wasnt very crowded. The other staff members on site were absolutely splendid and my son had a great time! They even got a dunking contest going that was fun to watch. The place is very clean, well maintained, organized and very comfortable for adults to kick back and relax while the kiddos have fun. I highly recommend!

Came to the park at 4pm on a Monday because their website says they are open but they have new hours posted on door. If your going to change the hours, it should reflect on the companys website.

Just wondering, since closed tell further notice is there a way to get refunded for gift card purchases? We had gotten our kids all gift cards and now have around $100 in gift cards that we wont be able to use.....

This place is awesome!! Logan and the ladies gave us the best service that we could have, made the experience so much fun! A clean and well-maintained facility. I deeply appreciate how they made my birthday a blast.

The facility was fine. Kids had fun. The Madhouse Kitchen is advertised as a restaurant. It is a snack stand that takes 30 minutes to fill an order. There is one staff working register and making food. It was disappointing and I felt bad for the employee.

This place is way better than HiGravity! Everything is included in the birthday packages except VR. You get two hours of energy releasing fun.

I usually do not write reviews but this place is very cool and seemingly dedicated to giving a superb experience. They have changed their name to Madhouse so it was a little confusing to look up--I brought my grandchildren from Broken Bow today(3/16) and was thoroughly impressed, all the staff was amazing, however one gentleman in particular could have very well ran the entire place himself and more than satisfied everyone. He was a birthday party monitor, that did his job with tons of confidence, energy, and charisma to the extent where my grandchildren kept following the party around because of the amount of fun the kids were having. At one point they had a dance circle going which made for some good fun. If there was a way to book specifically through a person we would have booked a party with him, however when I asked the girl at the desk she said she didnt think there was a selection choice on your monitor, which is understandable because of the sheer amount of parties they do. The other staff on their trampoline court was very helpful but did not do much besides occasionally throw a ball to a kid at the basketball courts. Their pizza is fantastic, it looked freshly prepared and not frozen and comes out in a short wait. They also have some cute art and picture opportunities. Very impressed with our experience. All around a very fun and interactive place, we will be back!

The front desk girls were so friendly and helpful. Dylan and the other young man had fun along with my grandkids. We had the most fun time!

We went assuming toddler time was for toddlers and their parents only. This is not the case. There were teenagers jumping at the same time. It wasnt ever unsafe, but I had to keep a closer watch on where my toddler was in relation to the older kids. If it was actually only toddlers in toddler time, it wouldve been 5 stars. The equipment and activities were great. Staff was great.

Defy Gravity opened early for our school during the day to help us celebrate our last day of school for the semester. Our agreement with them was that we could use just the jump course, but they opened the Ninja Warrior course for us so our students could enjoy it. The staff interacted and played with our students, verusing them in jump basketball etc. We were very grateful for there experience!

Kids had a great time!! Lots to do good service the employees really seemed to have fun with our children.

The facility was nice but the customer service by one of their employees was terrible. She was rude to customers and employees. She yelled, scolded, glared and stomped around like she hated the world. Instead of talking or informing people of things she was very disrespectful. We decided to try this place out as opposed to our regular trampoline park. When I brought this up to someone via Facebook, I was informed that the “ceo” would contact me as they value their customers. Well 3 weeks later and I have not heard a word. I guess they don’t care about customer service. My advice is, go somewhere where you will be valued as a customer.

The staff was great except for the blonde girl that was such a stick in the mud. She had a permanent ticked off look on her face . As we were leaving the place my son and his friends wanted to take a picture on these two gorilla statues they had at the entrance, the manager said go right ahead had sit on them and take your picture. The blonde girl comes over and says you cant be on the gorillas in a mean old lady type of way. So the boys got off them and the manager even seemed scared of the girl. Loosen up lady! Besides the grump we had a great time.

Great fun times with the family! Wish they had a little kids area for 1-2 year olds.

There are obviously changes taking place with new ownership, but we always have a good experience. I know there are other adults out there wondering, yes you can have fun there while exercising too.

Super fun place! Family and I went for the first time to the Lincoln location a few hours ago. The attendant watching us, name was Tristen?, was phenomenal and dancing around while interacting with and monitoring visitors, gave it a very welcoming and relaxed feel. Awesome staff! Definitely recommend this place for somewhere to wear out kiddos!

The VR games are the best but really expensive.

It is a great childrens place well maintained facility and a creative concept. It is fairly pricy as the cost of admission for two kids for a hour with socks and bracelets is about $50 but my boys really loved it.

Lots of things to do besides jumping. The laser maze and nija challenge are fun. The arcade is full of lots of options. The staff if friendly and very helpful.

A great way to burn off some energy. There are several areas set up to provide different jumping experiences, the small child area helps ensure they dont get hurt by a bigger person. Theres a basketball dunking area and finally the big open jumping area. The kids love it and its nice for them to be able to get some exercise in.

A fun outing for the kids! With 3 kids we appreciate the toddler time pricing options and the free attraction cards. Our kids always have a great time here and it really seems clean. We had too of our sons birthdays here and they did a fantastic job!

Really fun but smaller than i expected

I love this place, the one in Omaha is even better in terms of size. There are so many different trampolines and games, always something to do and never too overcrowded. The owners are great guys, too!

I like this place, but urban air is WAYYY better.

When here a little boy ran into me he dislocated my knee cap some now I have multiple tears in my ACL, MCL, MPFL and a tibia bone contusion. There is no ramp to get out the trampoline area and the staff bounced me down the stairs in the wheelchair hitting every step. Hurt so bad and no one ever claimed the little boy.

Used venue for state archery tournamen, overall very nice.

A lot of fun for bigger kids, but not much for toddlers to do while they wait.

I was here for USARS nationals and found it to be a nice venue. The temperature was comfortable and there was a large parking lot which became packed full. I wish there were locker rooms available but it didnt ruin my experience. There were adequate bathrooms for the event but we had to change in there too. The floor they put down for us was great and I would be happy to play here again.

The jumping was fun!!! Dont waste your money on the plastic cups. You can only fill them in the birthday rooms so if there are parties you are SOL. The staff was rude to our kids when they asked about getting some of the balls from behind the court. I understand they cant be going back there every time a ball goes back there. There were more balls behind the court then there were on it.

My son loves to go here, and every once and a while I’ll join him jumping. It’s a great workout for me and he has a blast. They recently added a ninja warrior course which we plan to try next time we are there.

Really fun jumping there! Plenty of space and cool lights and delicious Pizza! Ive seen a few people on this site mention how staff was rude, but from my experience, they are only rude if you are doing something wrong. As for safety, I think it could be a little more enforced but as long as you have half a brain, you can keep yourself out of harms way easily. 10/10 will go tomorrow again!!

This place is fun. The staff are average I would say. Not overly friendly, but necessarily mean by any means. It is pretty expensive for what you end up getting.

It’s a very fun place but some lady was being aggressive towards us for nothing and was being racist towards our friends of color and the worker just stood there. might not be going back anytime soon .

The best place to have a birthday party. They give you 1-2 host staff so they keep the party moving in the right direction. By far best birthday party my kids have ever been to.

Cool place just wish that they had a bigger trampoline next to the free fall. I would recommend it for birthday parties or small groups great place to go.

Went as a group with work. Love the way the trampoline lights change colour when you jump. Trampoline Ninja has issues with motion sense, that and the paid games are a bit pricy. Sorry to the poor prize corner staff who had to wait for me to choose sixteen plastic lizards out of the prize box. Probably a good place to take kids 6-14.

We just walked around the venue to check out whats available and it looks like a great venue for family and kid fun. Theres a pit with obstacles like the American Ninja Warrior show that looks fun.

Horrible Food service! Served cold curdled cheese on top of the nachos with spoiled jalapenos. When brought to their attention on girl stated I know it gross. WHAT? Unacceptable.... Staff to worried about talking trash on each other, than to move and let paying customers up the stairs.thought I would give it one last chance from previous bad experience, much to my disappointment, still exactly the same. Wont go back again.

Fun place for the whole fam. The staff is mostly young Unenthusiastic minors that act like they hate their lives. It would be nice to have people that actually care about children, working in such environment. The worrior is awesome. Reasonably priced as Well.

My kids love going and jumping. It helps to take friends so that there are more people to chase and play with. I takes a lot of energy to jump for 30 minutes.
