Friendly lady at front counter... but theres no vibe here. If you want more buisness you need to bring it up to 2020 standards. Maybe some fresh paint, fun music, lights, a debit card machine??? Food? People care more about quality, not cheapest price

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! bad staff, bad skates, awful music, skate floor is awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! staff is rude and almost all of the skates are broken somehow. they do not even clean their skates just spray some spray in them.

Skates are horrible, missing screws,nuts, and the trucks falling off the boots. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Not to many places in Caldwell County to go and have fun.Roller Palace is skating rink for kids and adults. Good for birthday parties and my church pays for all kids to skate once a month. About 6 months a year we do that.

Drove 45 minutes to find out they were closed even though it said they were open online. Luckily theres a very nice place just a short drive away with the correct business hours. No signs on the door with hours. Our local rink burned down and I wanted to take my kids skating like I did as a kid so they were so excited. Image 3 crazy excited boys finding out the place was closed after driving 45 minutes. If you intend on running a successful business then stay on top of everything. Otherwise youre gonna fail

One time I brought my daughter and she was having a blast, And about a half a hour in she went to the bathroom and a she told me a girl was giving head to one of the staffs

VERY VERY rude staff. I would NOT recommend going here!! Me & my seven friends were getting there around 10:15 pm and it closes at 11:00 p.m. There was no one at the front desk, so me and my friends opened up the door to see if anyone was in there and there was. When the lady saw us, that is when she came to the front. She asked us if we realized we would only have about 30 minutes to skate and we all said yes. Then we got faced with the problem that two of our friends were not skating because they had no money but they were still going to have to pay to sit in the skating rink. When hearing this, they just said they would wait in the car for us all to be done. When our two friends left, there were five left. She kept asking us how many were skating and we kept telling her five. After trying to give her money for our skates but she would not take it. She screamed at us asking again who was skating and who was not. Her screaming at us did not go over well with me and my friends, so one of my friends started to count slowly to five to make sure she understood. After counting, we handed her money for us to skate. She exclaimed that we take our money and leave. We were all confused as to why she was telling us so we all looked puzzled. After her repeatedly screaming at us for doing absolutely nothing, I snatched the money out of her hand and yelled “Okay!” When leaving, we made it known that we were VERY unsatisfied by pushing the door open and leaving. Me and all my friends were standing in the pouring rain trying to figure out what to do now because we were 40 minutes from home just to skate at THIS skating rink, as well as trying to give their business MORE money but obviously failing. After we all got in our cars, she looked out the door to see if we were still there when we were not hurting a soul. After that terrible experience, it not only ruined mine and my friends night but as well as our plans for the night.

Cheap. Bathrooms are disgusting. Floor is hard to skate on. Paid for kids that didnt get to skate because they had to sit down so small kids could skate. Need 2 separate areas for people who are learning and who can already skate. Very small spot

Dont waste your time or money here, go to the rink in Hudson. On 12/28/16, I called Roller Palace and their recording said they are open to the public on Wednesdays from 7-9. My 7 yo and I drove 20 minutes to get there. When we arrived, the woman working was on the phone and waved us through the door. There was a birthday party happening, and when the worker finally hung up the phone, I told her we just wanted to skate and werent with the party. She told us theyre not open to the public, that he hadnt changed the message for the month(it was the 28th!), and the sign on the door has the correct hours. She was rude and unapologetic when I told her I called less than an hour ago to confirm hours and driving out there to find the hours was unacceptable. The place was also filthy, the entrance was surrounded by a cloud of smoke, and the facility was in disrepair. We left and drove to the rink in Hudson, which was ACTUALLY open, clean and updated, and had gracious staff. We will never go here again and will tell anyone who asks to avoid it.

Sorta messy, the barrier was loose and wood and they didnt have any roller blades. I would not recommend it.Per my grandson.
