At 550 seats its a great venue to see a show. The theatre only has about 25 rows so even if you are in the last row you will have no problem seeing. The rows are steep enough to see over the head of whos in front of you without being scary. You can see opera here with singers from the New York Met for a fraction of what it would cost in N.Y. you can save a few bucks by buying the cheaper seats in the rear. They are still great seats. The easiest way to get there from the strip is take Flamingo AWAY from the 15 fwy to MARYLAND PKY. turn RIGHT go to the 1st light which is COTTAGE GROVE and turn RIGHT. go to the big parking structure on your right and park. The box office is on the side of that parking structure. The theatre is if you turn to you right about 1/3 you will see some stairs. The theatre is at the top of those stairs.Enjoy your show

Nice theater and not very large. The only draw back is that the seats are hard to get to. There are no aisles beween the groups of seats, like as shown in the seating chart! I thought I was getting an aisle seat, making it easier for my 87yr old grandmother, but they are all connected. Youll need to get there really early to avoid booty shuffling passed faces to get to your assigned seat.

Watching Broadway in the HOOD is always a good time, but this theater assures everyone a good seat. The formally dressed staff and beautiful foyer make the experience even better. Two thumbs up! Way to go UNLV!

Very nice theatre and not a bad seat in the house. Acoustics are very nice and the stage isnt overwhelmingly large, but fits a good set very well. The shows here are something to write home about.

Facilities are great for any kind of event. Seating, auditorium and lobby are a bit dated but functional. The mens bathroom, to my surprise, was all remodeled and kept up. I worked backstage the front. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. If you can see a show here, be ready for a loud mix. My heart was struggling through the bass. It all depends on the sound engineer though. All in all a great facility!

The theater itself is good. The lobby however is pretty bland. Also they charge you 3 dollars for a souvenir cup, which is the only thing allowed in, about 5 dollars for soda or apparently alcohol. And then its cash only. The water fountain is all thats there for water.

Home of the Nevada Conservatory Theater. Excellent performances of classics by resident graduate and undergratuate UNLV theater students and guest professionals. Affordable and free parking.

Not really a bad seat in the house. A little leaving on wheelchair access except to leave them at the top of the stairs

Very nice place with good handicapped seating. However they would not allow my daughters stroller to remain in the theater with me even though it would not have been in the way.
