Wonderful experience. Nice cozy indoor fun. My children LOVED every minute they spent there!

The staff was friendly and courteous. They are stuck in a bad situation. We we put in a room where the door had a catch. It kept getting stuck and was hard to shut. Theres mildew I. The shower and rust all over. The final straw was as my daughter and girlfriend were heading back to the water park the door caught and knocked the entire fire extinguisher box off the wall! It hit my girlfriend in the back. This was my daughters birthday weekend and she is so upset she is bawling and wanted to go home. We left. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. CAN NOT CALL THIS A WATER PARK MY LOCAL SWIMMING CENTER IS FOUR TIMES THE SIZE OF THIS. WATER IS WAY TOO COLD. THE AREA IS NOT CLEAN. NEED TO GO ASK FOR HOT WATER FOR THE SHOWER. AS FAR AS THE HOTEL GOES, WE HAD TO STAY AT THE BUDGET INN DUE TO AVAILABILITY. WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM WE WERE ABLE TO GET AN IDEA OF THE WATER PARK WE MAY GET THE NEXT MORNING. THE NOT SO CLEAN/ CORRODED BATHROOMS MUST BE THE THEME OF THIS PLACE. THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT EVEN COOKED PROPERLY. THE EGGS WE HAD WERE PREPARED THE NIGHT BEFORE, FROZEN AND RE-HEATED FOR THE GUESTS. I CUT MY STAY IN HALF AND GOT A REFUND. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.****ON THE PLUS SIDE, THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

A lot of these reviews are from the parents point of view and i get that. But , do the kids really notice the same things? No. My kids had a blast despite the imperfections we saw. We stayed at the windgate next door. Remember. for the children people. coming home with disappointed kids - think about it - you could have turned it around. you are the parent. Ugh. Rant over. :)

The idea of taking the kids to an indoor water park is great, However, when we got to the rooms they werent clean properly due to the fact their were toys under the bed from an other guest, They didnt have an actual comforter to stay warm at night, and we still have what looked like makeup stains on the top sheet at the corner of the bed. The hotel was booked so I couldnt have even asked to move rooms regardless. The water park water was so so soooooo cold!!! While it was heated inside the actual park the water was very chilly. Everyone was trying to cram into the hot tub. The kids had a blast, I would just have liked to see the pool water even 5 degrees warmer .

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I am listing this as a five star so it isnt put where no one will see my review. DEFINITELY DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!So disappointed!! The water in the water park is freezing! My kids were shivering. We were supposed to stay 2 night.. the hotel room is a joke! The beds are terribly hard and lumpy and the room is just outdated and awful. It was like sleeping in scum. We cancelled the second night and came home with disappointed kids! Dont waste your money!!!!

Great place with a pull and treadmills for the fit! Very accommodating staff and over avarege level of commodity!I would definitely return considering the price!

Nice place. The hotel is connected to the park, the rooms are clean and staff are really friendly. The water park is nice, the whole family had fun!

Absolutely ridiculous to have a water park with cold water. The little kids area was way too cold and the hot tub was way too hot. The only decent area was the bigger kids pool, but that didnt help my smaller children. Its like a water park straight out of the three bears story.

We had a great time. The service was wonderful. We definitely coming back thank you so much

The hotel was a bit dated and the water park did not have as many activities as I thought it would but my kids had a blast. For the price of the hotel and tickets to the water park I cant really complain. The hotel staff was friendly as well as the staff at the water park. The reason I give 4 stars is for how out dated the rooms are.

Wouldnt consider this a water park. The best attraction they have was only open for 5 minuets. Dirty, bad service just overall bad. And stay away from budget inn, westgate is a little more in price but better safer choice.

The staff closed the water slides to grab each others ass and kiss infront of my 9 yr old daughter when I spoke to the manager in the water park Eric he pretty much didnt care and when I spoke to the hotel manager her response was I dont control the water park I wasnt there and nothing can be done

I would go again we had a ball staff is real good and helpful and respect full I enjoyed it and planning to go back my family also had a ball food was great and enjoyed pool.

Me and my family had a lot of fun staff was great and help full price is good and stay Ill be going back hope they stay the same does not change loved it and front desk was help full I recommend it to all and also had a pool we enjoyed

The water park was good for families with small to teen kids passing through the region. The hotel part need an upgrade but all in all the staff was friendly and help us with our issues

Stay at the Wyndham and walk across to the waterpark. Ive stayed at both hotels the Budget Inn is just that low budget. The rooms are horrible. However, the other hotel is nicer and has a lot more amenities. The waterpark is good if you have really young children. My son is 2 years old and he had a blast. Older kids might be bored after a few minutes.

I brought my 10 year old twins here for a weekend getaway primarily for this waterpark. We stayed at the Wyndgate and walked next door to the hotel/waterpark. The area where you have to walk through to the waterpark is a little old but you have to take it with a grain of salt. The female lockers were jammed so the staff graciously allowed us to put our belongings in the back with them. The staff were very friendly. The waterpark was really nice though. Its a condensed/smaller version of greatwolf lodge or massunutten for the most part. I thought the intimacy of it was perfect because I could sit and easily see them wherever they were as opposed to walking around to keep up. It was not crowded at all. The slide wasnt working at first, but opened later on with no lines. They have water basketball, bucket drop, an area for the babies/toddlers. My kids had an awesome time. Yes the water was cold, but I havent met a waterpark that wasnt. There is a very nice warm Jacuzzi as well. Id recommend getting in that first before getting into the other water. I would certainly come again. Its a great inexpensive getaway and I didnt have to sit in the blazing sun. Its also in a great location, next to many stores/restaurants.

The Water Park is nice & clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The only reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because of the hotel we stayed in. To get into the Water Park, you must be staying at one of 3 hotels. The Budget Host & Wingate were both booked. So we stayed at the Economy Inn. DO NOT STAY THERE!! Our room was infested with BED BUGS. We found out that the owner/manager knew of the infestation & rented the room out anyway. I think that the Water Park should cancel its affilitation with the Economy Inn.

CLEAN, very friendly staff, was well worth the price of admission, was much better than the dutch wonderland water park!!!, would recommend this to anyone going to lancaster

The budget inn had dirty sheets. And someone stole my wallet one of the life grauds was very rude to the kids we will not be returning

They closed down, I called the hotel next door and the lady said they sold the building. Not sure what they are going to do with it. 3/14/2018

Not too good the only was, the banana peel and the cherry rush , and the pool . It would have been better if it didnt smells like sweat and barf though .
