A shining star in the heart of Lancaster. The actors and the shows have always been first class. There is no need to deal with crowds and traffic traveling to Broadway. Our Fulton theatre truly rivals anything offered on Broadway. We must stand together and support our local history and landmarks.

Saw a lovely performance by the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra here. The orchestra was pure perfection, while the theater was beautiful inside. We were all the way in row Z in the gallery, but could see and hear perfectly. Parking is a little difficult, you might have to walk a short distance from your car to theater.

I am completely disappointed with Fulton theatre. Tickets during the pandemic were strongly encouraged to be donated. If not, they gave you a refund minus fees. This is unbelievable. We did not cancel going to this show. We would have used the refund to return when it was safe. I will NEVER return to this theatre because of this situation. There should not be a penalty for a national pandemic. I have lost 8 shows at the start of the pandemic and not one theatre removed fees from my refund. Shame on you, Fulton theatre.

Wow my first time and had no idea how close you are to the show! Amazing cast and love that you can meet them after the show. Loved that you can reserve your drink ahead of time. The history behind the Fulton is remarkable.

Beautiful old theatre....Chicago was done wonderfully ...costumes were totally stunning. Talent superb...cant take pictures during show but took one of chandeliers & stage

I cant say enough about how much we love The Fulton. We have 2 little ones and the family series has been an amazing way to share the theater with them in an easy way. After just a couple shows, we decided easily to subscribe to the family series. This season we also enjoyed taking them to Peter Pan for their 1st full length show. The whole family thought it was wonderful.

It was great to attend a spectacular musical....The Million Dollar Quartet..in this restored historical landmark in Lancaster. We sat in the Mezzanine section in the front row which affords a great view of the stage with the exception that there was a railing blocking my view as I am 53. I would suggest going up a row or two..but never having been,I didnt know this. The theater,over 150 years old, has been restored to its original showcase style. You can tour Mon through Fri at around 11am and have at least 6 in your tour. Subscriptions for the season are for sale. The Lancaster Symphony plays there. The Fulton provides a variety of top notch productions.A must when in Lancaster

We truly enjoyed the Fulton Theatre Production of Murder on the Orient Express on Friday, January 31, 2020. Most unexpected and entertaining was the production companys comedic twist, rendering a normally classic murder drama a veritable knee slapper. Great set design, costumes, acting, lighting, sound, stage management, every aspect exceptional. A must see.

Murder on the Orient Express was an outstanding production. The acting was amazing and the props, backdrops and moving train were incredible! Thanks to the FULTON for gracing our community with Broadway-caliber live theater. We love you.

Beautiful theater and amazing productions! I take my younger siblings (9, 11, 12) to see the Childrens Theater Christmas production every year and it is a blast! I appreciate the coy adult humor and the kids love the music, dancing and decorations. This is a must-see for any local or non-local who is interested in seeing a show in the area. Heads and tails above other (even the most notable) theaters in the area!

The Fulton is a beautiful landmark in our county. The shows are always excellent and they do an outstanding job. This is a beautifully maintained landmark with some very important Lancaster county history.

Ive seen several shows here and its always great. They even helped the Garden Spot High and Middle school Drama Department with costumes and other stuff when I was in still in school. Its an excellent Theatre and Historical Landmark in Lancaster, which has plenty to choose from, and should check it out if you love Theatre!

I always look forward to shows at the Fulton. Weve seen Once, Peter Pan, Mama Mia, you name it!! There isnt a bad seat in the whole place!Drinks are a little on the expensive side but they do let you take them in the theater if you buy a cup, and you ARE allowed to use the cup again if you go to another show! It gets something like $2 off your drink that way too.

Went to see Peter Pan today with family. What A FANTASTIC show!! Thoroughly enjoyed by all ages! I Broadway caliber is an understatement! BRAVO! & Congratulations to the cast for a successful show!

My husband and I enjoyed a date night here. We saw The Irish and How They Got that Way. Was an excellent show. Very unique atmosphere - working pub - which lends to the intended subversive experience.

Tonight was the fourth time I’ve been to a show at the Fulton. We saw ‘Murder on the Orient Express’. Once again I was not disappointed!! The actors & the staff are fantastic!!! Each time I go, I think I have a new favorite. I can’t wait to see another show!

Our family recently went to see Peter Pan at the Fulton. The dancing, singing, acting, Orchestra and stage settings/effects are all engaging and stir the imagination. We have seen many productions here over the years starting when I was a child and my Mom bought us season tickets for the childrens series (we always stopped at the roasted peanut and candy shack that was around the corner at the time).The Fulton is a midsize live theatre venue so all but maybe a few of the seats are good ones! For Peter Pan we sat up in the Mezzanine (center) which gave us a very good view. If you want to interact with the cast who sometimes come off stage into the audience and aisles, you will want to sit downstairs. The Fulton has a rich history and beautiful (well maintained) old architecture you do not find in more modern live theatre buildings.The Hager parking lot is conveniently located across from the Fulton and there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance.It was really refreshing to find the concessions at intermission are very reasonably priced ($1-$2 for most snacks and drinks) and they take cash or credit. Having 2 younger children, I also appreciated that they do not have a touristy gift shop. They sell a few items but the lobby is mainly a nice place to chat and relax and have a snack or drink or look around at the prints of shows long ago and other historical details before the show or during intermission. For Peter Pan they also set up a family photo op upstairs complete with backdrop and props so you can ham it up and take a snapshot memory.

It was a very nice experience ,I watched 42 street and All was great the music,lighting,the custume designes ,sound and the performanceAbsolutely recomended.

They always do a great performance and every seat is a good seat. I caution those with canes or limited mobility, the elevator was not working and the stairs a steep. With the new construction, problems should resolve.

A four in the way to a five with new additions. We enjoyed a lovely evening watching Evita. There really isn’t a bad seat in the house in this compact yet three tiered theater. Parking abounds as do good restaurants. For ore theater dinner. My only complaint is having to buy their sippy cup for my GT when I brought several from other theaters. I don’t want to deny the theater revenue but I only need so many cups at home.

We were doing a scavenger hunt through out the town of Lancaster. One of the clues required us to go inside the theater. The staff was super friendly and allowed us to enter the theater without purchasing a ticket...definitely would love to go back someday to see a show!!

I see several shows on Broadway or Philadelphia per year, and yet the Fulton shows are some of my favorites. It is a small theater so every seat is great, and the talent is Broadway-calibar. You cant beat the value! The studio series is also a great way to experience theater.

Lancaster has much to offer and a visit to the Fulton is always a highlight. We saw Mama Mia last week and it was an excellent production. The thing I love about the Fulton is the nostalgic atmosphere that cant be replicated in new construction. The theatre is well designed with virtually every seat offering a pleasant experience. The shows are always top notch, but make sure you get your tickets in advance shows are often sold out.

My husband and I saw Peter pan. They did an excellent job. I have seen better, such as Les misérables, but this one was fun and light-hearted compared to that.

Great local theater. Well run and managed. Public parking and great restraunts in walking distance. Alcoholic beverages available preshow and at intermission. Just saw Peter Pan. Wasnt bad but not one of the many others I really enjoyed.

Outstandingly beautiful historic theater in downtown Lancaster. Always fantastic renditions of plays and Broadway shows offered for reasonable ticket prices. Also, the home of the wonderful Lancaster Symphony! Parking handy across the street in open-air lot, or a block away in the Prince Street garage. Lots of great eateries within walking distance, too. Definitely worth a visit to this treasure of historic Lancaster!

This was my 1st time there. Beautiful inside. The act I seen was to honor DUKE ELLINGTON. The staff there were very friendly. The actors and actress were right on the money. This moved me so very much that I cried A lot. I was in Awe.

First time at the Fulton last night to see Chicago. Very talented cast and crew, vivid set and detailed props. Small gift shop and bar was efficient. Had dinner at a local restaurant and walked over. Well worth the drive up from Baltimore. Excellent experience!

Excellent and intimate venue, there is not a bad seat in the house! Box office was very friendly and helpful with my grandfather purchasing tickets. Bathrooms were clean, although some were out of order on a Saturday night - slightly inconvenient for guests. The play itself (Mamma Mia!) was very well done by the cast and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend coming to this historical theater, and we will be coming back ourselves!

Theater is gorgeous. View from the back is even good. I would recommend getting a seat closer than the 7 row from the back of the 2nd level though to see to the top of the stage area.

Its worth every penny spent to keep such a monument to the arts available to us and generations to come, and to support the talent and those involved in making the productions happen. Went to see Momma Mia tonight. The play and cast were excellent. The building is the oldest theater in Lancaster. If you get a chance to go please do. They dont have theaters like this anymore.

Saw Mamma Mia tonight and it was incredible. The theater is historic, great atmosphere, and the staff is always nice. Seen quite a few shows here and has multiple different seats with all great views.

Saw hunchback last week and it was a high quality production. Loved it. I especially love the historicity of the Fulton. What a treasure for Lancaster! Of course, because of its age, you have to put up with some seating discomforts that would never be acceptable in a modern auditorium or theater but that is well worth it.

There is nothig like an afternoon play at The Fulton. Always an excellent play!

Show itself was amazing, theater was okay. We purchased some of the last seats for the Chicago show, we bought tickets that said they had a clear view and while you could see the main stage the ceiling overhung so anything above the stage you couldnt see at all. (These tickets definitely should of said obstructed because my husband is 6 2 and had to duck to see much of the show) Overall staff was friendly and bar takes credit cards which is great. Will be back just will ensure we are more selective on our seats.

The cast of once really impressed us. I’ve seen once on broadway and if I’m giving that a 10 this is a 9. The theatre is amazing. I really wish once was playing longer so I could come see it again. Never know I just might.

Dont miss this gem in the Heart of Lancaster County. Broadway level shows, if you miss Treasure Island all you can do is be regretful, it was one of the best shows Ive ever seen, including Broadway shows. Convenient parking, elevator for the second floor, and accessible seating upon request. Very reasonable prices, incredible shows. If youre going to build a meal into your trip to the Fulton, plan carefully. We try to go to brunch prior to a matinee, and it was impossible. We ended up with the Neptune Diner, not our first choice and had a long wait. If you live here, youve never been to the Fulton, plan your trip and grab a seat, you wont regret it! The shows literally transport you. The staff are very accommodating, and even offer different types of headsets, no charge.
