This is a great craft store. They have a little bit of everything! If you need something for a project that you are working on, they will more than likely have what you need. These are pictures from one of the adult coloring book that I picked up.

Never have had a negative experience here. The only downside that certain things go out of stock fast. But other then that, I always find an excuse to go here.

The employees here have been extremely helpful. Usually I ask about where items are that I saw online or if they know if something will work with something else. And they always try to get me an answer or someone who can. Id recommend getting your crafting supplies here.

Friendly service but waited over 10 min in line. Had what I needed and a price I was willing to pay.

I had two pieces of family artwork framed here. I cannot even describe to you what a delight it was to work with Regena in the process. Not only was she knowledgeable and helped me find a good deal, she was legitimately as passionate about making my items look the best they could as I was.

Cashier is a biotch. Lied and said I wasnt in the system for the discount. Didnt want to help me anyway. Wish I got her name. She wont wait on me ever again if I Judy have to go there.

Michaels is always a fun trip. I find that Im shopping there almost everyday.

They have a lot of what youd need to get started in a hobby. But once you want to branch out they fall short. Example is they have paint. But when I moved to airbrushing, they dont have ANY airbrush paints. The whole point of paying that little bit extra that you pay at stores like this is to take it home that day. So saying that you can order it and pick it up later is bunk. Ill order on Amazon and pay less if I have to wait.

So many projects so little time. Half the time I go in there is for 1 or 2 things and leave with a few future projects.

Zero customer service nonexistent. Very rude staff rather do projects then help or even acknowledge customers. Sarge does not recommend

Good to see social distance and mask usages. Would of given it a 5 except, no cart wipes and a few employees had their masks hanging below their nose.....

I was very disappointed with my visit to Michaels today normally I have no problem staff is always friendly and helpful today was the worst experience of my life I have the managers telephone number and I will be giving him a call or going up there tomorrow to talk to him face-to-face I was disgusted and disappointed

Did not find what I needed. Lacking in crochet pattern books or magazines and no supplies for making hair embellishments

It always seems to take way too long to check-out here and there is almost always a problem with being able to scan one of the items I am attempting to purchase. then an employee has to go out to the shelf and get another one thatll scan. Its just a huge waste of time over and over again

Customer service is awful dont even even bother calling

The only problem i had was that i had to walk to the counter a few times for help finding items. Even though there were many associates walking around but they seemed unavailable. And Im a little suspicious that they were following me around the store.

Sales are awsome. Not even Christmas yet and everything is 60% off. I was worried about the ling line but it moved really fast. Employees were very friendly. While walking around the store employees greeted me with a hello and big smile. Cashiers were also friendly.

I always had the belief that Michaels was very expensive. I had no idea that I would be able to get coupons online and buy from home online or go into the store. They have containers for storage that I like. They also have cute little rolling carts -- metal or plastic. I really like Michaels now. The only thing that I dont like is the high prices on some delicious chocolate bars that I have not seen in other stores. You cannot use a coupon on the chocolate candy bars.

Staff are always so rude. It seems I get the same clerk every time too. And if you stay in one area too long trying to decide what you want, they hover around you as if youre going to steal. I think last week was my last trip there. Ill shop online or at Hobby Lobby from now on without feeling like an outcast rather than a cudtomer.

Got annoyed with curbside pickup I parked called and waited over 15 minutes... some car came and got helped before I did... the lady apologized but it was annoying because of whoever I spoke with on the phone said they were sending someone out and never did

Probably the best looking retail store in the area. Not run down, dirty or unfriendly. Wasn’t crowded and was easily able to find everything we were looking for. The cashier could have been a little nicer, but still way better than all the other retail establishments in these plazas.

I go to Michaels when I need to get a painting professionally framed. They have done a few for me and I have always been very satisfied with the results and always at a great price. Of course they have all you need if you are a crafter or make jewelry.

Nice place, just wish they had doll making items. But if you like knitting, or painting or need stuff for crafts for kids, homeschooling, basic candy making or beads quickly try Michaels. This is a nice location right between Walmart and Burlington Coat Factory.

This store carries different items than the Michaels store in Palmdale. This store is clean with a lot of helpful and kind employees. Both of the Price Check machines were working which made shopping in the holiday clearance sections a lot easier. Great deals, especially with the weekly coupons.
