I was entertained by Dawn, the owner of Graphic Experience. She was able to arrange the framing of my items which has 5 panels. Each panel was priced by her. I paid a $100 + total for all 5 panels. It is a picture of a peacock. She told me that if it may have wood involved for each panel, the price becomes higher. But I did not let her include the wood, so the materials involved a light somewhat upgraded styrofoam which I like even better than placing wood in it. Yet the price remained the same. It really looked nice the only thing is that it was really pricey or expensive. When I called and asked her about it, she asked me, why are we having this conversation? So I said so that I may be able to lessen the price coz I really just remembered the conversation we had. And then she replied, There was some sort of confusion I had in that part. I did not like her answer. I just had to hang up coz her tone sounded upset. Come to think of it, we were having that conversation because I am a customer and I have the right to ask such questions especially when it involves price because you really want to get your moneys worth. And to recall the conversation we had on how it will be done was my right to ask as a Customer. She sounded as if I had no right to ask her. I was the one who had to be upset. I said to myself, I will never go back and have my framings done with her. I still have something in line here that requires framing. If ever, this will be a big income for her coz this will be repetitive, but I will never have it done with her by the manner she talked to me. I will not recommend her shop because the pricing is not reasonable at all.

Got my wife’s diploma framed here. It took about 2 weeks for it to finish, but the best part was I got to choose the exact frame and mat and there were a lot of options. Reasonable price too.

They went above and beyond to frame my custom painting when I was in a time crunch! Very professional and helpful with selecting the right frame and mat for my canvas and even worked on Christmas Eve to have it ready for me! I would definitely use them again for any framing needs I have in the future!

Local frame shop that knows quality AND humanity. If you know your budget, they will tell you what they can do to help you or to Truman corners, they will also hang your art in the gallery space that they own next door for a nominal fee. They hold events approx monthly with artists and art appreciators and as these events they unveil entirely new selection on the walls of the gallery. You cannot have the same peace there from month-to-month, which to me is great. Whether youre talking to the couple who owns the place or theyre highly competent assistant, I hope that you are as pleased with the friendly thorough and appropriately priced Service as I am.

The best frame shop in the Antelope Valley. The quality of work is superb. Ive dropped off several pieces to be matted and framed and Ive been happy with all of them so far.
